Without getting in to much complication of diet chart I suggest you do take plenty of water. Have time fixed for for your meal breakfast, lunch. Dinner take small meal at a time but take frequent meals may be 5 times a day include green vegetables, fruits, dal, egg, milk in your diet eat less ghee, butter, sugar walk for 30 mts daily this will keep you healthy and happy any further problem contact on private chat.

Dear, you must be able to understand concentration, attention span, recollection and distraction. If you are able to watch a movie for two hours continuously, if you are able to play a game for an hour, then you do not have any concentration problems. There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Please note the following in respect to your queries: Straight ahead running puts very little stress on the ACL so you can likely get back to some running when you are comfortable and your surgeon is satisfied you are healed. It is also important that you strengthen your gluts and butt muscles to help control your leg motion and reduce your risk of damaging the ACL in the future. Your PT should be helping you with that portion of your rehabilitation. It takes at least a year for the graft to revitalize to the point where the tissue can repair itself. What that means for you is that each time you stretch the ligament before it is revitalized, you are stuck with a new longer length ligament; so the graft can become sloppy and not as effective at keeping your knee stable when you make lateral or cutting movements. The lack of stability is likely why you went through the procedure in the first place.

Hi. Let me you about hairfall. In layman's language, hairfall can be divided into 2 types - temporary hairfall and permanent which is called 'Hairloss' rather and leads to bald areas of smooth and shiny surface. In temporary hairfall, hair grows back again from the same hair root, but in case of permanent hairloss, because of formation of DHT (Di- Hydro -Testosterone) around hair root it gets choked up which subsequently affects the blood supply to the hair and thus hair root is lost forever. Many factors are responsible formation of this DHT or hairloss- hereditary, post-illness/ ailment, post-delivery, post- chemotherapy, nutritional deficiencies, hormaonal imbalance, insufficient sleep, sudden loss of weight, stress/ tensions/ excessive anger any other underlying diseases, etc. Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs, pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnut and almonds), iron-rich food like green vegetables, also take flaxseeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smooking and excessive alcohol intake.
