For dryness of the skin you should take multivitamin tab daily ,and use moisturiser daily and take healthy diet like green leafy veg, salad,milk ,fruits take banana or apple regularly and drink plenty of water. For a better sex life, I advise you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. Do meditation for mental strength.

1. Your weight should be 64 Kg. 2. For indigestion problem: Avoid fried/spicy/ oily/ outside foods. Have small frequent meals at 2-3 hrs interval. Include fruits, vegetables & curd in your diet. Take 10 mins light walk post meals.Drink 3 litres water daily. Eat slowly chewing your food well. Chew ajwain post main meals. Avoid foods with chemicals/additives. Try home gardening/ organic food. 3. Check blood thyroid levels. 4. A balanced diet with correct exercise regimen can help you in weight gain

Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like *physical or emotional stress, inadequate protein intake, genetics, anemia, aging, hormonal changes, prolonged illness, deficiency of vitamin b6 and folic acid, thyroid diseases. *hair fall can also result when one indulges in too much dying, blow drying or use of hot curlers. *dandruff can also be great cause behind hair fall. Take homoeopathic medicines 1. Weisbaden 30 (4 drops in little water) every morning empty stomach only one dose in a day for 15 days. 2. Jobarandi q (10 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days and update. Hello, I am giving you some tips to prevent constipation: 1. take 6-8 glass of water in a day 2.Regular Physical activity Keeping mobile and active will greatly reduce your risk of getting constipation. Ideally do at least 150 minutes of physical activity every week. 3.You should have about 30 g of fibre a day. You can increase your fibre intake by eating more: I am giving you list of some fibre containing food fruit vegetables wholegrain rice whole wheat pasta wholemeal bread seeds oats 4.Toilet habits Never ignore the urge to go to the toilet

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. If your pain is mild and localized to your lower back region, do not worry too much since this is your first episode and it could be just a muscular strain. My advice would be to continue with conservative form of management including rest, ice packs locally, local analgesic sprays, short course anti-inflammatory medication as you are already taking. I am not a big fan of belts for support, so maybe you can avoid that. Do not bend forwards acutely, lift heavy weights or engage in long travels till your pain completely subsides and take care of your posture at home and also in your office. Normally pain should be better in 2-3 weeks time, please let me know if it is not settling/increasing etc. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance.

Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. A NIGHT FALL / nocturnal emission / wet dream or involuntary leakage is an involuntary ejaculation of semen that occurs during sleep or along with urine while urination. Studies show that approximately 83% of men experience a nocturnal emission or leakage at some point in their lives. There is nothing wrong with a person if he or she experiences a nocturnal orgasm or nocturnal emission or leakage, as they are normal and healthy experiences. If you have experienced a wet dream, you should not feel ashamed. There is no way to prevent nocturnal orgasms or emissions from happening. Sage tea is the best home remedy which is used to treat conditions such as nightfall. If you drink at least two cups in a day, the chances of getting wet dreams will reduce too. Take fenugreek with honey on a regular basis. Exercise regularly and practice yoga and meditation to keep calm and relaxed. I suggest online sex counseling. Take care.

Sleeping disorders have become a prominent problem these days. A combination of diet and lifestyle practices is responsible for it. A good night's sleep is necessary for the body in order to nourish the mind and the overall health. Ayurveda identifies sleep problems as a resultant cause of pitta and vata. Loss of sound sleep can cause lethargy, tiredness, and depression. Here is a list of Ayurvedic tips that can effectively tackle the sleep problem and help a person sleep like a baby at night:

  1. Meditation: Meditation is a very effective way of dealing with anxiety and stress. It relaxes the body and calms the mind. In order to do this, a person is required to sit firmly rooted in a quite ambiance and focus on the crown of the head. The focus should be on the rhythm of exhalation and inhalation. While maintaining the breath, the inhalation and exhalation should be continued till 15 minutes. If the mind wanders, slowly counting 1 to 100 and counting back to 0 can help to focus. It should be ensured that a person is concentrating on the breath and refraining from sleeping. Meditating regularly can dramatically help to get proper sleep during the night.
  2. Yoga: Yoga is an age old practice that effectively helps a person in relaxing his/her mind and does away with all the stress. Some of the effective yoga poses that assist in sleeping better include savasana and corpse. They help to relax the nervous system, cut down emotional stress and help to reduce fatigue. Each pose should be practiced for 5-10 seconds in a set of 4. Yoga has notably helped millions of people in sleeping well at night.
  3. Pranayama: Pranayama is part of yoga which focuses on breathing techniques. As per yoga techniques, there are three stages of breathing. The first part involves the diaphragm moving backward into the abdomen that helps the lungs to draw oxygen for its lower portion. The next is the turn of the intercostal muscle to expand in order to get oxygen for the middle portion of the lungs. The upper portion of the lungs gets oxygen, at last, causing the clavicles to rise a little. A slow inhale and exhale for a stretch of 15 minutes is what pranayama is all about. It is known to be mighty effective for relaxing the nervous system and getting a good sleep at night.
  4. Herbs: Certain herbs such as passionflower, skullcap and chamomile are known to be extremely effective to soothe the nerves and assist in sound sleep. They can be consumed by making a paste on a daily basis. Even oil massage with Brahmi oil is very helpful for a sound sleep at night. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult an Ayurveda.

Divorce is very difficult for both the adults and worse for the kids. So it is quite understandable that you are depressed. If the divorce was granted on valid grounds you need to accept the verdict as final and move on. I am sure there will be lessons to learn and that is really important when moving on. You should meet with a counselor and talk about all your feelings and mistakes you have made that had contributed to this failure in your marriage. There is nothing wrong about being honest and open, now that your divorce is through, but it really helps to frankly look at the errors or willful behaviors that were the cause. Do not talk ill of your ex, even if it is very tempting but neither should you hesitate to speak the truth. The companionship, the good times, and good memories will tend to bother you, but if you are mature, you will let them be positive, especially if you talk about it in your sessions with the counselor. You will need a good listener more than anything else. Quickly get back into circulation, mix around, and get into occupying activities: you are a free man after all. Avoid getting into another relationship right now until much of the baggage is sorted out. Life is precious and any time lost in brooding will disturb your personality irreparably and cause unnecessary heartburn and permanent disturbances to your equilibrium. It is a lot easier for a man to get over divorce for various reasons and so you must act rather than wallow in self-pity. I recommend that you resettle down with another woman if you are so inclined, subject to having learnt your lessons!
