Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Hi lybrate-user thanks for your question. You need more carbohydrate by rice, wheat foods along with high quality protein, dairy foods, banana, paneer, soya, milk etc.

U need homeopathic supplements though u need to have high protein start with peanut butter on bread in breakfast. Milk add some protein supplements m take high Nonveg content in boiled form in lunch or dinner.u can have clear chicken soup

Hello less weight is sometimes common according to age. Ayurveda believes in digestion not into giving heavy food for weight gain. According to ayurveda, food which are easy to digest but nutrient can gain weight. But I need detait history for perfact solution. Like your appetite? bowel habits sleeping habits kind of your work or job life style diet etc. But till you can do following: take daal rice more. Use cow ghee n milk. Avoid over eating start massage with til oil in morning, after that, do exercise whatever you want then bath focus in yourself avoid stress anger fear take ajvayan 1 tsp after meal. Start chyavanprash in morning.

Use honey and tulsi on an empty stomach in the morning and evening.Take healthy foods.Avoid fast foods,junk foods.Take lots of vegetables,whole fruits.Use unrefined foods with refined.Take extra fish,egg,meat,soy,skimmed milk etc.Use healthy fats in cooking.Take nuts,seeds.Drink lots of water about 3 lit/day.Take sleep for 7-8 hours at night.Do exercise like yoga.These are common but for more details consult me privately on lybrate.

You have not stated your height. It appears to be correct. Do not overeat and create problems in future. Staying healthy should be the policy. At present many are suffering o/a obesity. Eat lot of fresh vegetables and fruits. Exercise regularly.

I am 50 years old. I am suffering from severe pain in right hand fingers except thumb and little finger. With the 3 fingers I could not attend for any work. And their shape emerging curved day by day instead of straight. Besides I am suffering from diabetes, bp, thyroid, spondylitis in 2 shoulders. Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Rotate your head clockwise and anticlockwise, forward and down, left and right a few times. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Consult after 5 days. For further guidance and treatment.

Hi Nitin You need to improve power of your liver to improve your anabolism so that you can gain muscle. Taking 1 cytofresh tablet daily will help you. Eat protein rich diet to gain weight.

Hye, thanks for the query. You need to have a balanced diet. Avoid fasting for long. Eat small frequent meals. Avoid junk, packeted, processed, proprietary foods and avoid too much of coffee or tea and totally avoid aerated drinks. Include in your diet, nuts, dry fruits, fruits, vegetables juices like spinach, carrots, beets or soups like drumstick, carrot, tomato soups, pulses, dals, sprouts, oilseeds like sunflower or pumpkin seeds in salads, eggs, lean meats and dairy. Sleep well and stay active by exercising at least thrice a week.

diet and workouts go a long way in helping you gain strength to gain weight, you must eat more calories than you burn. When you gain weight, some will be fat and some will be muscle. To gain muscle, you must eat protein. To boost the ratio of muscle to fat gain, you must exercise. To gain muscle and strength, you must engage in resistance exercise. To improve bodyfat percentage and gain weight, you must cycle through phases of gaining muscle and losing fat. I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. Lybrate-user firstly you start doing daily 50 mnts physical activity of your choice, secondly eat your food devided into 3 main and 3 small meals mainly consisting of high fibre low sugar, low fat and fill you stomach 1/3 with water and only 1/3 with food, keep 1/3 portion empty for air to digest your food properly. Avoid junk foods.

. With proper diet you can easily increase your weight. To gain weight it is not about eating too much, but eat high energy and protein dense food frequently in small portions. 1 start eating high energy high protein food. Like almond, ground nut, dry coconut, cashew nut etc. 2 start eating jaggery, khajur, etc. Above all are high energy foods. 3 milk and milk products like cheese, paneer, and curd include in your diet. If you are non-vegetarian add eggs, white meat like chicken, fish in your diet. Above all are high protein foods. 4 eat food which is less in fiber so it can be digested easily and make you hungry again. 5 instead of eating large quantities of food in single meal take small portions of food frequently above are some common instruction. You need proper guidance of an expert for definite results.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

To increase height your every meal should contain good quality protein sources such as eggs, lean meat, milk & milk products, soybean, sprouts in your diet and to reduce gastric problem try to include small and frequent meals, and include amla in diet to improve digestion.

Weight gain can be a time-consuming process. But you have to be patient and practice it correctly. You should take every 2 hourly meal and fix your meal timing and include good amount of nuts and High Proteins Along With Calories Like Eggs, lean meat, fish, skinless chicken, pulses, sprouts, and dairy products that rich sources of proteins. Please take fruit shakes (Like banana, mango) + 5-6 almonds and 1-2 walnuts. In lunch have multigrain roti + 1bowl dal /palak paneer/ egg white bhurji + 1bowl salad. Evening have fruits shake/lassi/badam shake Dinner: 1-2 paneer stuffed roti/1-2 multigrain roti+ 1bowl dal+ 1bowl salad. Exercises To Gain Weight and Get Enough Sleep.

The first thing you need to understand is that when you gain weight you’re either gaining muscle or you’re gaining fat. So the healthiest way to gain weight is by putting on lean muscle, which means while you’re going to be eating more, you need to be conscious of what you’re eating. Take foods high in protein, fat, and carbs (carbs on days you’re working out) and trying to stay away from foods high in sugar, especially added sugar. This being because a lot of the sugar we eat gets metabolized into fat, and high-blood sugar levels have been linked to metabolic syndrome, cancer, Alzheimer’s disease, memory loss, and even premature aging. Here are important foods for weight gain.... Soya, lean meats, salmon, tuna, egg whites, sprouts, pulses, rajma, chole, tofu, beans, whole grains. Take expert advice. Thanku.
