Once cavity starts it can't be stopped. Its a progressive process. Get an x-ray done to know about the extent of the cavity. If its superficial then go for filling. Or if pulp is exposed then you need to go for rct. Rinse properly after every meal. Rinse mouth with chlorhexidine mouthwash.

I am 22 years old. I have a hole in my teeth from last 1 year. Whenever I used to eat something made up of sugar I get lots of pain like swelling. Kindly suggest.

Hole in teeth has to be treated. If its more deeper you have to go for root canal treatment, otherwise it can be treated by normal fillings.

Limit acidic drinks like soft drinks, cordials and fruit juices. Food acids soften tooth material and dissolve the minerals in tooth enamel, causing holes (cavities or caries). In severe cases, teeth may be ?eaten? right down to the gum.
