Take pranacharya jukamonil syrup 1-1 tsf twice a day with warm water...and laxmi vilas ras 1-1 tab twice a day...take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day..1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep...avoid milk...cold drinks....take hot water steam....

Some thing wrong with your digestive system. Try this for joint pains try this. Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Consult after 10 days.

Do warm up, stretching. Apply ice. Do gradual exercises. Don't do too much in too less time without supervision.

My sister is 21 and she has an unusual problem with her nose leakage since her she has this problem. Even after this many years she is not able to get rid of it. With this nose she feels dizzy all the time and her heads feels heavy. It is like she is having cold 365 days of a year. What might be the problem. We have consulted doctor he gave some medicine, she feels a relieved after using them but I feel that it is not the permanent solution can you figure it out what s her problem.

Hi lybrate-user. You sisters symptoms sounds like she is having allergic rhinitis. Allergic rhinitis, often called allergies or hay fever, occurs when your immune system overreacts to particles in the air that you breathe-you are allergic to them. Your immune system attacks the particles in your body, causing symptoms such as sneezing and a runny nose. The particles are called allergens, which simply means they can cause an allergic reaction. Symtoms:- 1. You sneeze again and again, especially after you wake up in the morning. 2. You have a runny nose and postnasal drip. The drainage from a runny nose caused by allergies is usually clear and thin. But it may become thicker and cloudy or yellowish if you get a nasal or sinus infection. 3your eyes are watery and itchy. 4your ears, nose, and throat are itchy. Medications:- 1. Cof x-10 ml with warm water after food. 2. Tab vyoshadi vati -2 tab twice a day after food. Follow these medication for 15 days. You wil be relieved of your allergic issues

Normal at ths age pain abdomen needs deworming with albendazole every 6 months regularly. Now adays junk food nd bad dietary habits leads to worm infestation commonly and pain abd. Other most common is mesenteric lymphadenopathy which will be fine as your child grows nothing to worry. Some kids evn have psychological pain abdomen fr their wish to be fulfilled not going school or they under some fear and all.

Quad Clenches: Lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, Hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short Arcs: Lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight Leg Raise: Lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

try to improve your habit, take lunch and dinner at proper time, dinner should be taken at least 2-3 hr before going to bed, take tab flagyl 400 1tab tds, tab lan 30 empty stomack in morning for 1 5 day.drink 3-4 liter of water dailytake isabgol in water at night. welcome for further help.

What should I do?
Hi , are you already using specs? nevertheless, I would suggest you to get your eyes checked by an eye specialist for sometimes any deterioration in power, leads to eye pain and also headaches. Simultaneously, I would advise you to take regular breaks, relax yourself for sometime and then get back to your studies. Remember that de-stressing yourself at periodically is essential to your staying engaged with your studies, and enjoying learning throughout. Also, if you stay relaxed and focused, probably you may not require to study that hard and long as you you do now and still be able to learn/ score the maximum with minimum effort. Make sure, you take care of your posture and the needful ergonomics to make learning/ studying a joyful experience. Symptoms of jaundice are - light-colored stools, dark-colored urine, and itching of the skin, nausea,vomittings,decreased appetite. If u have such symptoms, get ur sr bilirubin checked. Hope this helps u .
