I am a lawyer by profession aged about 33 years, female unmarried by nature very simple and down to earth believes people easily and hit back by their fake attire if I really adore or respect people I try to give my best for them but when in return I see no honest appreciation I am broken and become impulsive .Even sometime if people say wrong things about me I loose my temper and become a completely different person even my friends say me to calm down, control my temper, do meditation but really my anger, temper,is affecting my life in enormous ways lowering my esteem in front of people people who are really doing wrong are making fun out of it and I am set back please guide me what to do .Today at last I am searching for anger rehabs. Ashwagandha is a short woody shrub that belongs to the Solanaceae family. The powder is obtained from its roots. Take 1 glass of warm milk and add 2 tablespoons of ashwagandha powder to it. Then, mix one teaspoon of clarified butter (ghee). Stir it well and drink two times a day. Do this for one month.

Please exercise daily for an hour. Fast walking. Jogging or hill climbing. Go on a strict diet. Reduce all oily. Fatty. Sweet food. Eat salads. Veggies and fruits. Have dinner before 8. It will help in reducing your body mass and weight.

Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, sprouts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking.

Helli lybrate-user thank for the question. On going through yiur question I hereby give you few remidies to help you to gain weight 10 more tips to gain weight: don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. Eat more often. Drink milk. Try weight gainer shakes. Use bigger plates. Add cream to your coffee. Take creatine. Get quality sleep.

i suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating ......

Your BMI is 20.5. It means your weight is in normal range. You should aim to be fit and strong. Eat healthy. Eat fruits .dry fruits. Milk products etc. Eat natural. Stay fit and stay happy.

We often say that oil free food is best for healthy living but I can't find any in daily eating food. What according to you could be eaten on daily basis which also is oil-free?

Oil free food is not the answer to good health. Your body needs healthy fats in your diet. Most of your vitamins need fat for absorption, your brain needs good fats, protein and fat metabolism also depend on essential fats and your basic cell structure too needs essential fats. So don't try to look for low fat foods. Enjoy the foods with healthy fats. What you need to avoid is the bad fats you get from junk and proprietary foods.

I will suggest you to Get your blood checked for CBC and follow up with reports and Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Eat a high-fiber diet. Get insoluble and soluble fiber. Limit foods that are high in fat. Choose lean meats. Incorporate probiotics into your diet. Eat on schedule. Stay hydrated.

Weight gain can be a time-consuming process. But you have to be patient and practice it correctly. You should take every 2 hourly meal and fix your meal timing and include good amount of nuts and High Proteins Like Eggs, lean meat, fish, skinless chicken, pulses, sprouts, and dairy products that rich sources of proteins. Please take fruit shakes (Like banana, mango) + 5-6 almonds and 1-2 walnut.

you should have balanced diet as per your bodyweight and height ht in cm 100+wt in kg your diet should have plenty of leafy vegetables and cereals, carbohydrate and fat and protein fruits and lot water avoid red meat as far as possible instead have lean meat like chicken, fish,eggs etc go for morning walk followed by free hand exercises yes you can go to gym but do it in moderation and get your blood pressure checked up.

Hye Thanks for the query. Fruits are to be eaten when the body needs an instant and sustained source of energy. Eating a fruit as an early morning snack or before/ after sport or activity or play or to break a long gap between meals is a good idea. The next meal can be taken after an hour or so of eating a fruit. Always eat seasonal and local fruits.

Cold and body pain for several days without relief has to be investigated with blood -cbc. Aec. Ige and after the diagnosis only treatment can be decided. Usually simple viral cold and coryza will fade within 3 or 4 days without any treatment.

I am 5'3" and 116 pounds. When I eat I seem to get full very fast. It doesn't take much food to make me feel full but I still have the desire to eat. I get bloated almost every single time I eat. I eat a wide variety of foods and I try to eat healthy as much as I can. But why am I feeling so full so fast? And is there anything I can do to prevent or ease the bloatedness?

Lybrate-user, my suggestion is if you do some yogasanas pertaining to abdomen like pawan muktasana, mandukasana and abdominal exercises plus regular brisk walking for over 1 hour a day, this problem can be overcome. If need be you may take some digestive enzymes. Thanks.
