Hello sir I am 19 year old young boy please tell me how increased my weight and height.
Do exercise like swimming,skipping,yoga,tennis.Take food more frequently.Eat cake,pastries,ghee,butter,cheese with food.Avoid fast foods as far as possible.Use bigger plate.Take whole cream milk.Include more sweet potato with white potato,kale,banana,chikoo,mango,grape.Add extra amount of protein as these will help to gain weight.Add extra healthy fat in cooking.Take nuts and seeds.Use weight gainer supplement.Avoid smoking and alcohol.Drink lots of water.Quality sleep.

Dear weakness can be due to many reasons, such as impoper sleep, hornonal imbalances, certain deficiencies & less of antioxidants in our diet so start doing these things it may help 1. Take proper sleep. 2. Eat balanced diet with all essential nutrients & enough of fruits & vegetables. 3. Take more of antioxidant rich sources in your diet, green tea atleast twice a day or an apple everyday. 4. Take enough of low fat milk & milk products in your diet.

I have knee joint pain since 2 years. I have consulted with Dr. and he given some calcium tablets. I have checked CRP. RA factor. ESR. Uric acid. Everything is normal The pain will be more in cold. What I can do next?

Dear lybrateuser, - To keep healthy & fit you have to have a well balanced diet with more of fruits, vegetables especially green leafy & seasonal ones, whole grains like whole wheat, brown rice, oats, corn, quinoa, protein rich foods which include eggs, non veg, chicken, fish, meats( if you have), milk & milk products such as cheese, yogurt, cottage cheese, butter milk, soya products, tofu, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews, peanuts, seeds, healthy fats as in olive, canola, sunflower oil, fish, avocados, walnuts, flax seeds( rich in omega threes) - avoid deep fried, refined & junk foods - combine a protein/ healthy fat food item with a carbohydrate at every meal, also have a protein snack to keep up your energy levels & build your muscles, also do regular exercise to keep fit.

Hi, My knee pains now a days. At night also it pains. Got slight relief when I massage with Dr. Ortho ayurvedic oil. There is some deterioration in knee as per x Ray report. Taking glucosamine and calcium. But no remarkable relief. What to do?
