pigeon chest, is a deformity of the chest characterized by a protrusion of the sternum and ribs. the chest wall is rigidly held in an outward position. Thus, respirations are inefficient. deformities can have a significant psychologic impact. Some people, especially those with milder cases, live happily with pectus carinatum. For others, though, the shape of the chest can damage their self-image and confidence. bodybuilding techniques may be useful for balancing visual impact. Most commonly, pectus carinatum develops in 11-to-14-year-old pubertal males undergoing a growth spurt. the use of a customized chest-wall brace that applies direct pressure on the protruding area of the chest produces excellent outcomes.. This device is easily hidden under clothing and must be worn from 14 to 24 hours a day.

Do u have any pain and tingling/numbness in any or both the legs? U can get MRI done to rule out any soft tissue injury...see some good orthopedician as well as physiotherapist to help you out.

I am 27 years old male, whenever I sleep, I start snoring, I think I snore from last 4-5 years, but recently my friends tell me that I snore very loudly now. Hi, please follow these tips to stop snoring: - reduce your weight if you are obese. - perform pranayama (breathing exercises) everyday. - quit smoking which irritates the mucosal layer of the nose and throat and causes blockage and results in snoring. - quit alcohol and sedatives which relax the throat muscles and results in snoring. - sleep on sides instead on back. - elevate the head by using a thick pillow which eases the breathing. - clear the nose before going to bed. - establish regular sleep pattern. - keep the bedroom air moist by using humidifier; as dry air irritates the mucosal membrane in the nose and throat. - perform throat exercises like repeating the vowels a, e, i, o, you loudly for 2-3 mins few times a day or keeping the tongue behind the teeth and moving it backwards - 3-4 times a day. - anti snoring appliances can also be used.

I am 26 old boy and I am suffering from back pain since 2 years fastly I was told I am having ankolysing spondylitis but other doctor told it is just osteoporosis my xray of spine shows little syndesmophytes at d12-l1, l1-2, l2-3, l3-4 my sacroiliac joints are normal .i had been doing regular exercise and medications and ind I am 70% good but still I am not able to bend forward ,not able to wake up without support basically the main problem is not able to bend forward I think my lower spine is stiff I haven't got any fractures please help me to cure it.

Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

Follow these best tips to get relief from stomach pain - *take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. *take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening. * take 1 tea spoon of liv-52 syrup daily one time. * walk for atleast 15-20 minutes daily and avoid long duration continuos sitting. * avoid taking nonveg at night & in day time after taking food, do not sleep in day.
