Hi Lybrate User take pathayadisdangam Kashyam 20 ml two times a day before taking meal. Use Tablet migrakot 2 tablets two times a day. Use Tablet saphagrain two tablets two times a day. Avoid oily spicy fried salty acidic foods. Tc Thanks Regards.

Your question seems to be incomplete. There are many reasons behind a headache. Headache can be a sign of stress or emotional distress, or it can result from a medical disorder, such as migraine or high blood pressure, anxiety, or depression, cold, sinusitis or trauma. If it's associated with gas or hyperacidity, nausea, vomiting, then 1st you need to resolve the underlying cause. Take some dry coconut 3-4 times daily in case of normal frontal headache.

Hi lybrate-user early osteoarthritis changes respond well with physiotherapy and medication, I don't think vit d level would matter much for knee pain that's other entity, I would suggest start knee static and quads exercises with avoiding squatting sitting cross leg you Will feel better, consult for more information.

As arthritis is very common that you get generally bilaterally. Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. You can take Ultrasonic therapy in one of the nearby physiotherapy clinics which would help to heal the damaged cartilages along with shortwave diathermy which would help to improve the blood circulation. Wear knee cap so that you will feel firm while walking or climbing stairs. This is a general strain and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try! One time you can do hot water fermentation that would help to reduce the muscle strain.

Avoid sitting on floor. Squatting.its sign of early osteoarthritis of knee. To prevent your kneee. Try to reduced your weight if you are obese. And do quadriceps exercise.

Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. Hi Lybrate User use Veliya Rasnadi kashyam 15 ml two times a day before taking meal. Use Dashmool kashyam 20 ml two times a day. Do light massage by applying sachardi oil and than hot water fomentation. Avoid spicy fried salty acidic foods. Tc Thanks Regards.

Old aged people complaining of sudden back pain we have to rule out fracture spine. A very common senario in old age .Better to take xray spine to rule out this. Pain killers ylto be used very cautious in old age people.

If you have leg pain then you have to rule out the casues for having leg pain. First of all check your weight and your haemoglobin levels, as Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there are no issues with the knee joint or back pain. Since you met with an accident probably you would've had blood loss and also you must be having mineral or calcium deficiency that is one reason to feel very rigid or stiff in that area. Hot water fermentation that would help to reduce the muscle strain. Keep ice in the area where you have pain/or where the muscle is injured.
