My friend suffering from ocd from last year and he is 18 years old and now he is okay upto large extent and he want to stop the medicine he take and doctor said it would take more than year to stop it.

Learn To Play An Instrument: Learn to play a musical instrument and regularly practice it as music stimulates the cells in your brain. Studies have shown a strong connection between relaxing forms of music such as instrumental or Celtic music and the motor areas of the brain which are linked to the learning and cognitive spaces. This happens because music triggers the “feel good” neurotransmitter in your brain.
Dietary Changes: Incorporate more nutritious items to your diet such as fresh fruits and vegetables as they are rich in fibre and vitamins which keep the brain and body healthy. Adding fish oil or fatty fishes such as salmon and trout is a must because they are rich in Omega-3 acids which help your brain retain information for a longer period.
Over-indulging in junk food can cause your brain to slow down while extreme crash-diets can cause lethargy in the cognitive areas of your brain. Hence, you should aim to balance your meals.

Sir I was in more depression for past 5 years. I have psoriasis problem for 8 years I used many ailment on my face and body my face colour changed black colour. Always some thought are going on my mind always even at the time of watching tv and when reading books I was trying to control my thoughts not able to do I was happen for me more the 5 years everything it looks like I am doing for namesake. I cannot able to eat properly also while eating also some thought are going on mind im feeling alone always .and also I was addicted to masturbating also for 4 years I cannot able to concentrate on studies. Always thoughts is going on my mind till morning to night. I did not get my sleep properly. I was always angry on someone and fighting with everyone and quarrelling I have no friends .i am trying to make friends but no one is talking to me properly .sir what is any solution to solve this problem.
