U take low calorie low sodium high protein high fibre diet. 45 min walk daily speedly. Don't take rice at night. Drink 10-12 glass of water. Don't drink immediately after meal. 4 -5 meals in a day on frequent interval.

I am 24 f, 5'5" 48 kg and a teacher by profession. I leave early at 6 and skip breakfast most of the time. For lunch I eat one chapati and in the evening I have some fruit juice followed by a light dinner. I feel lazy and tired to do anything or to eat. I have oily skin and want to live a healthy and energetic life. Kindly suggest a diet chart.
