Gastritis problems and stomach pain problems walking chest pain and nasal congestion and cough and breathing problems. I have already take psychiatric medicine using in using 5 years but I have withdrawal completely.

1. Don't overeat 2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style 7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 9. Drink lot of water. 10. Curd is good for u. 11. Everyday preferably sleep on same time exercise in the form of yoga, cycling, swimming, gym, walking etc. For more details you can consult me.

My son aged 10 years is having huge among of gas formation in his stomach. The gas has now risen to his head and the head pains all through out 24 hrs for the last 7 days. Usg has been done and every internal stomach organs is found to be working fine. His stool is regular and absolutely normal. No pain in stomach only the portion just beneath the diaphragm pains. His headache continuous for 7 days at a stress. Gas does not emit from his rectum.

It’s because of ipilll n may be pcos. There is no fixed time in which one bleeds after taking ipill. Sometimes unexpected bleeding occurs more over it is not necessary. Next menstrual cycle can be early or delayed as side effects of the pill.

If the cough is due to reflux, we usually use prokinetic medicines along with medicines to treat gastritis. But you should try to eat slowly, after chewing the food well. Don't sleep or lie down immediately after eating. Consume small quantities of food at more frequent intervals.

Honey is fructose sugar is glucose + fructose no harm in taking honey but should be diluted first. Do not stir transfer from one glass to another till all dissolves.
