You need add more protein rich foods on your diet and also going fats, like milk products paneer, yogurt, cheese, milk,soy, tufu,all pulses, legumes, dry fruits like almonds, walnut and also if you are non-vegetarian then include chicken, eggs,fish.

I am suffering from weight lose. I want to gain weight so suggest me that to gain the weight.
Weight loss can result from a decrease in body fluid, muscle mass, or fat. Other causes of weight loss include, but are not limited to, cancer, viral infection (such as CMV or HIV), gastroenteritis, parasite infection, depression, bowel diseases, and overactive thyroid. If the secondary causes are ruled out you can try following steps for weight gain. 1.Eat lot of proteins. Protein forms the building blocks of your muscles. Eating sufficient protein is required to gain muscle weight instead of just fat. If you're trying to gain weight, aim for 0.7-1 grams of protein per pound of body weight (1.5 - 2.2 grams of protein per kilogram. High protein foods include meats, fish, eggs, many dairy products, legumes, nuts and others. Protein supplements like whey protein can also be useful if you struggle to get enough protein in your diet. 2.Eat at least 3 meals per day and make sure to eat plenty of fat and carb 3.Eat lot of energy dense food. Add lot of spices, condiments and sauces sothat the food becomes tasty and you can take more of it. Energy dense foods are Nuts: Almonds, walnuts, macadamia nuts, peanuts, etc. Dried fruit: Raisins, dates, prunes and others. High-fat dairy: Whole milk, full-fat yogurt, cheese, cream. Fats and Oils: Extra virgin olive oil and avocado oil. Grains: Whole grains like oats and brown rice. Meat: Chicken, beef, pork, lamb, etc. Choose fattier cuts. Tubers: Potatoes, sweet potatoes and yams. Dark chocolate, avocados, peanut butter, coconut milk, granola, trail mixes. 4.Lift heavy weights and improve your strength. This will help you gain muscle mass instead of just fat. 5.Squeeze in an additional meal or snack whenever you can, such as before bed. 6.Use large plates if you are trying to get in more calories, 7.Good sleep. Sleep is very important for muscle growth. 8.If you have a mix of foods on your plate, eat the calorie-dense and protein-rich foods first. Eat the vegetables last. 9.Don't smoke. Smokers usually experience weight loss. Quitting smoking can lead to weight gain. 10. Drink milk and weight gainer shakes which are rich in proteins, carbs and calories. 11. Don't drink water before meals or along with meals as it can reduce food consumption. 12. You can also try supplements like Creatin Monohydrate. Simply consume 3–5 grams per day. However, it may take three to four weeks to maximize muscle stores. Better to consult a Naturopathic physician before starting any supplements for weight gain.

Body fat increases due to minimal physical work and eating processed carb rich food. We keep on eating certain foods thinking they are not unhealthy. But they are actually unhealthy, like - white sugar, refined flour (maida) & oil. When we cook something or even eat a biscuit, it contains either or all three of these hidden unhealthy foods. Eating 1 biscuit gives calories more than you can burn in a 30 mins walk. But we do not think much before eating these foods. Most of our packed and home made snack foods are culprit for increase in fat. Replace these with natural foods like fruits, salad and nuts.

To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy and natural food + daily exercise. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. Eat 20 almonds & 5 dates daily. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, banana shakes etc. If your are Non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish.  For Veg - have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. No need for any extra supplements. Natural diet is best. Go for 30 mins walks / exercise / yoga daily. Feel confident about yourself. All the best!

Your walk routine is good. You should continue it. To reduce weight, eat more salads, with each meal. Take 2+3 fruits daily. Avoid sugars, oils in diet. Reduce 20% of your diet.

Dear lybrateuser, - You can maintain your muscle mass by consuming a well balanced diet with more of proteins & doing regular exercise at home - have fruits, vegetables, whole grains, protein rich foods like eggs, nonveg, milk & milk products, legumes, pulses, sprouts, soya products, tofu, nuts such as almond, walnuts, pista, cashews - do regular exercise like jogging, swimming, playing an outdoor game, do push ups, pull ups, squats, crunches, light weight lifting twice a week - for your exact calorie & protein requirement as per your activity level & constitution consult a dietician on forum .

hello sir, take high protein diet . take milk and milk products. take shakes, cold coffee, chocolate shake,dark chocolate , banana hake, any sweet item after dinner,whole pulses, .do stretching exercise alternate days. take juice with glucose, panner , tofu soy milk.have small and frequent meals. don't skip your breakfast and meals.take plenty of fruits.

Hi! Egg is a good source of protein but eating egg alone will not help you in gaining weight. You need to increase your total calorie intake comprising of good carbohydrates, protein & fat. Eat frequently at regular intervals. You need to get your present diet & health assessment done. After that depending on your calorie intake a diet needs to be planned.

No steroids are safe. Please don't accept such advice from instructors, as it is in there own self interest. Also it is too early for you to start these things. It takes much longer time to grow muscles. There is no short cut. If you try short cuts, you will always have to keep taking these drugs and will have plenty of side effects in later years. Unnaturally made muscular body is not the most healthy or disease free body.

If your weight is 70 then it's ok with you but if you are feeling lethargic then start consuming high protein diet for treating weakness. This can also built little weight too. If just want to regain weight follow a protein, high carb diet. For detailed diet plan can contact privately.

Hello, For acidity take cold milk sip in multiple times in a day. Avoid highly spicy, sweet and chilled food items. Avoid tea and caffeine drink. For weight gain take protein rich and calcium rich food. Add protein powder in milk (2spoon in 150 ml full cream milk). Add egg and paneer in your diet. You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.
