Only taking multivitamins and vitamin C will not help in gaining weight. You need to have proper balanced meals throug the day which includes carbohydrates, protein,healthy fats, vitamins and minerals to achieve the goal that you want. According to your height and age your ideal body weight should be 65 kg. Try doing some strength training exercises for 30-45 min3-4 times a week ,along with a healthy diet to reach your goal in 6 months. There is no short cut for long term results. So all the best!

Hello, You might be anemic. Have high proteins and iron diet. Include lots of calcium rich foods in the diet. Juices, smoothies, porridges, milkshakes will help.

Hello, You can start having appetizers like warm soups, staters etc, they will help you built your appetite. You might be weak may be because there is insufficient food in oyur body. Stat having smaller meals and gradually increase the quantity. Starting meals with bit semi solid liquids will also be helpful.
