Please suggest me any medicine for less sleep. The medicine should be without any side effects.
For good sleep, just try out these simple ways - 1. Stick to a sleep schedule- Go to bed and get up at the same time every day. Try to limit the difference in your sleep schedule on weeknights and weekends to no more than one hour. Being consistent reinforces your body's sleep-wake cycle. If you don't fall asleep within about 20 minutes, leave your bedroom and do something relaxing. Read or listen to soothing music. Go back to bed when you're tired. Repeat as needed. 2. Pay attention to what you eat and drink - Don't go to bed hungry or stuffed. In particular, avoid heavy or large meals within a couple of hours of bedtime. Your discomfort might keep you up. Nicotine, caffeine and alcohol deserve caution, too. 3. Create a restful environment - Avoid prolonged use of light-emitting screens just before bedtime. Consider using room-darkening shades, earplugs, a fan or other devices to create an environment that suits your needs. Doing calming activities before bedtime, such as taking a bath or using relaxation techniques, might promote better sleep. 4. Limit daytime naps - Long daytime naps can interfere with nighttime sleep. If you choose to nap, limit yourself to up to 30 minutes and avoid doing so late in the day. 5. Include physical activity in your daily routine - Regular physical activity can promote better sleep 6. Manage worries - Try to resolve your worries or concerns before bedtime. Stress management might help. Start with the basics, such as getting organized, setting priorities and delegating tasks. Meditation also can ease anxiety. Identifying and treating any underlying causes can help you get the better sleep you deserve. It is globally accepted that, for a healthy living, one should eat more in breakfast, normal in lunch and little in dinner because energy consumption is more during the day and less at night. Those who consume the main meal as breakfast with a light lunch and light dinner will have better chances of losing weight than those eating their main meal at dinner. It is not about what you eat but when you are trying to consume food. If you regularly consume most of your daily calories just before you lie down to sleep, it can be bad for digestion The reason we may feel sleepy after lunch, or after eating in general, is due to the amount of insulin produced after certain meals, which can trigger our 'happy' and 'sleep' hormones. At the same time, the brain releases serotonin that causes drowsiness. Moreover, food also influences melatonin production in the brain. Tiredness jyada rahti hai, left hand ki hatheli pe khujli bhi kabhi kabhi hoti hai aur jyada work karne ke baad chakkar aate hai dimaag ghumne lagta hai, tension nahi le pata hu problem suru ho jati hai. Allopathy ki medicine pichle 1.5 years se kha rha hu lekin kuch time ke baad fir wahi problem. Samajh nahi arha ye kis wajah se hai abhi tak koi sollution nahi mila.

Tiredness (bodily or emotional weakness) and lack of energy typically go hand in hand. Though both symptoms are common and often mild, persistent or extreme cases may indicate a serious underlying condition, such as depression, testosterone deficiency or a sleep disorder. Fungus (Taenia cruris) usually grows in absence of oxygen. Exposure to more oxygen helps in preventing fungal growth. Fungal infection occurs due to poor immunity. To get rid of it we need good nutritious food. Avoid all types of shampoo and soap For this problem, we need to see the case to come to any conclusion. I am feeling low, worried about my family and my health as there are some symptoms that I am experiencing like headaches, dry eye, leg weakness, fatigue etc after my father was admitted in ER due to CABG and COPD in 6 months. Before that I was very healthy and happy and after this I am unable to concentrate always in tears and feeling different kind of pains which the doctors could not find out after having multiple tests and MRI of brain and spine. Cause of fever, cough and cold may be due to environmental change in weather, eating cold, sour and oily food, cold breeze of air. So the cause needs to be evaluated You are suffering from URI means upper respiratory infection. Take medicine @ Hepar sulph 200 and belladonna 200, 4 pills thrice a day and report thereafter for further treatment.
