It's very simple. You may use some finest herbals combined in carefully decided ratios to do away problems of hair, which however, need to be supplemented with oil combo massage on head and proteins and iron rich diet.

Hello lybrate-user to reduce belly fat include a variety of whole grain in your diet in form of oats, ragi, barley, jowar and whole wheat foods. This can be added in form of chapatis, dosas, idlis, cheelas, porridges. Consume 4-5 servings of fresh fruits, vegetables, salads. Also make sure water intake is 2-3lts per day. Regular physical exercise of 30 minutes per day is essential & food consumption should be slowly with proper chewing to avoid over eating.

1. For increasing weight. First we have to work on your digestive system. It will do aam pachan and will increase your digestive power and appetite. 2. Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day. 3. Take small meals 4-5 times a day. 4. Eat healthy n light food. 5. Drink plenty of fluids. 6. Avoid constipation. 7. Walk 1km daily in evening. 8. Follow up after a week.

Apply uv avo sunscrenn whn you go out in sun. You can use glen aloe vera cream to reduce tannin. Aplly it on affected areas evry night.

Doctor, I get sleep in intervals of time like even though I go to bed at 2 am I'll wake up at 7 feeling a little drowsy which again forces me to get back to my bed, so when I do that, I'll get sleep somewhere around 8 and again I'll wake up at 10, but still with a feeling of drowsiness and sometimes even though I have headache and less sleep in the previous day I can't sleep properly when I go to bed and the problem is I got used to this kind of way since last 2 years. So is there any way to solve this or is it any internal disease.

Hello firstly start taking a full nutritious diet. A good diet is a nutritional lifestyle that promotes good health. Homoeopathic medicine for fair skin is berberis aquafolium mother tincture. Take 5 drops of it mix with water, twice a day. 2. Hello, kindly follow advises given below 1. Avoid using computers continuously, take rest for 5 min after working for half an hour 2. In pain free interval do neck exercise (kindly learn exercise by registered trainer) 3. You can use thin pillow while sleeping so that normal posture of neck can be maintained 4. Maintain proper posture of body while watching tv/ studying kindly go for cervical x ray ap and lateral and review with reports consult orthopeditian for further management.

How to have thick and denser hairs?
Hi. It's normal to loose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! medication: take homoeopathic rx - schwabe's wiesbaden 200 & alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use schwabe's arnica shampoo and hair growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use bakson's arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. Daily once for 1 month. Investigations advised: get your blood tested for (empty stomach) - cbc, s. Iron, s. Folic acid, s. Ferritin, s. Calcium, s. Vitamin d3, s. Vitamin b12. If there is any family history of thyroid dysfunction, get thyroid function test done as well.

If this has been happening only in the last few months, then look back and see what event had triggered this much of anger. If not, it is possible that a long pending anger is finally getting out with this degree of violence because it has piled-up so much that it is coming out in bits and pieces. In that case, there may be some unresolved issue in childhood that cumulatively is forcing itself out at this juncture because this is your late adolescence and the feeling cannot be contained any further due to the levels of testosterone. Meet with a counselor and discuss your past to find out the location and genesis of this anger and make some effort to resolve the same with that person. You do need others? help but a professional will be ideal. Your parents may know some things about your early childhood to throw some light. You could take them for the initial session to share their information with the counselor. The counselor will help you with anger management lessons and you will definitely feel better. You may also work out much of the anger with vigorous exercises, meditation and yoga. If it is too much and you are a spiritual person, you could hand over the anger to god and feel completely great. If you find that certain people have been responsible for this anger in you, you must learnt to forgive them for your own sake. You may not forget (because that takes a long time) but with forgiveness you could move on with your life and live peacefully. Currently your acting anger out in this manner will get you into trouble with all and sundry and you will lose friends and companions. You will become a loner too, and may at some point become depressed. Your youth is in your favor and if you are cooperative, this can be done and dusted soon.

These are the methods to treat fastly pimples: • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day.
