There are no reports of either formulations causing excessive sleep in babies and they are safe. There is no need to change the dose.

You MUST NOT drink alcohol till you complete your course of pre exposure prophylaxis (days 0, 7 and 28) You can drink alcohol after the injection on the 28th day.
