Avoid cosmetics and over the counter face products. Overwashing won't remove pimples or spots. You need to use cold water and wash face with a salicylic acid containing wash twice a day and not more. It vil help reduce the oiliness to a large degree. U can also use a natural face pack of orange,honey and curd for fifteen minutes once a week and wash it off.This vil decrease the oil,whiten and moisturise ur skin.

Sir I am feeling pain in middle of throat and neck. I consult Ent he say that small node is developed, he say it develop due to allergy and he give me one antibiotic azithromycin 250 and one loratadin & Ambroxol hydrochloride tab, sir is it any sign of throat or other cancer. Hi, most probably your ent physician, who you consulted, has prescribed you the right medicines given his clinical assessment of your problem. I would advise you here to have trust in him and complete medications as prescribed. Do visit him for a follow up as has been advised by him so that he can review treatment progress and do the needful. In the meantime, do keep your life style and diet streamlined. Avoid foods that you are allergic to, and also hot, spicy, cold foods and drinks. High calorie, sweets, oily, greasy and fast food stuff be best avoided. Do warm saline gargling at least twice daily. Avoid yellow bananas. Avoid direct blast of cold air and also avoid bath with cold water, use luke warm water instead. Keep your mouth clean, brush every time post meals, preferrably with a neem paste.

Use rose herbal face pack. Or take multani mitti 1 tablespoon add 1/4th tablespoon of jaiphal powder and 1/4th tablespoon of turmeric. Make a paste of it by adding raw milk to it. Apply it on skin and wash it before it gets completely dry or after 20 mins. Use almond oil after it for moisturizing the skin. Follow it for few days to see the change and take next advise accordingly.

Respected sir /madam I have severe motion sickness. I can't imagine of travelling. Whenever I travel in a car and bus I feel vomiting, nausea, dizziness, headache, restless ,sweaty etc. Some times I feel I will die. 1.Before travelling do not take spicy or heavy meals.. 2.Do not sit facing backwards from your direction of travel. 3.Sit in the front seat of a car. 4.Do not read while traveling . 5.When traveling by car keep your gaze fixed on the horizon or on a fixed point 6. do not smoke, 7.Get fresh air if possible. 8.Do not talk/ listen/ think abt motion sickness 9.Listen to music and take deep breathing 10 solve some mental puzzle 11. keep drinking small amount of water to keep hydrated 12. can take carbonated beverage .

1. Use amla (gooseberry) juice on scalp and also to drink. 2. Mix curry leaves with coconut oil and heat up and let it cool. Massage scalp with this oil. 3. Apply hair packs like Egg with Yogurt, Banana. 4. Have lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits rich in Vitamin C. 5. Protein is the most important element for maintaining hair health. Make sure your diet in protein rich sources like eggs, fish, chicken, soyabean, sprouts, pulses and grains 6. Zinc, iron & copper promote healthy hair. Some sources of this are – eggs, whole grains, all types of seeds like flaxseed, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, Dry fruits and nuts etc.

We are not very sure. However for asthma for asthma problem you can do deep breathing exercies which will definitely be helpful for you. And also do breathing exercises in the east corner of the house where you get more energy as it is in the sun rising side.

Acne scars can be reduced or controlled by including some habits in your daily life style. 1. Keep your skin clean – Wash your face daily with an oil control face wash. You can also use a good AHA glow face wash that not only controls oil but also removes dead skin and bacteria. You can also use a good tea tree face wash. By shedding the old dead skin, your skin feels rejuvenated and clean. Apply a good toner, like tea tree toner after washing your face. After toning, apply an oil free and non- comedogenic cream on face. Last but not the least, apply a good sunscreen with minimum 30 spf daily. 2. Face packs – Occasionally apply good oil controlling face packs. Multani mitti + Lemon + yogurt is a good face packs for oily skin beauties. You can apply organic apple cider for 5 minutes after washing your face to kill the bacteria that clogs your pores. Green Tea can also be used as a toner once a day. 3. Diet – Most important thing is diet. Eat fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. Reduce junk food intake, colas, alcohol and soda and consume whole grains. Keeping your digestive system healthy keeps your body and blood toxins free. Drink green tea, lemon juice, orange juice and food items containing Vitamin C as it is responsible for maintaining good skin health. Drink at least 10 glasses of water every day. 4. Exercise – Exercises, yoga, suryanamaskar improves the blood circulation and balances hormones. They keep skin healthy and boost body’s immunity to deal with several issues and not just acne. Include it in your daily regime.

Dear lybrate user! the varicose vein may affect in future, but sure about the condition with the doppler study. 1. While sleeping raise your leg above your chest level 2. Use varicose stocking 3. Avoid injury or wound in that leg 4. Do regular walking or exercise 5. Keep your blood glucose level at level always. Thank you

Pets can be amazing companions and help you cope with your life problems. There can be times when you might feel low and lack motivation to do anything; a pet can change that scenario and bring about a positive change in your life. They keep you engaged and help you take your mind off from various problems in your professional and personal life.

Here are few reasons why having a pet can significantly improve your mental health:

  1. Petting lowers stress levels: Petting your furry friends is a major stress buster. It has been observed that petting a dog or a cat releases the hormone called oxytocin, which is associated with lowered anxiety and stress levels. When you connect with your pet and engage yourself in grooming and petting, it naturally reduces your blood pressure and lowers the level of cortisol, thereby, producing a calming effect. 
  2. Pets reduce loneliness and isolation: Pets can constantly keep you company, if you don't like being lonely. Dogs and cats can make friends easily and due to their intuitive nature, they can sense it when you are feeling low. They refuse to leave you alone and provide your mental support. Pets also help you socialize especially if you take them out for a walk. They help you interact with other pets and their owners.
  3. Pets are great listeners and they keep you engaged: Pets can distract you from your problems and stressful situations, which plague your mind. You and your furry mate can spend a wonderful time playing games or by simply clicking pictures together. Pets are also good listeners and hence you can vent out your feeling without the fear of being judged. They help you heal and get over certain things which would otherwise be a lot more difficult to overcome.
  4. They love you unconditionally and keep you happy: Seeing your pet welcoming you after a hard day at work can instantly lift your mood and make you smile. They love you no matter what mistakes you made and keep you energized, positive and motivated. Caring for your pet and reciprocating their love can make you less self centered and more motivated towards your goals.

Check for dengue. Get admitted to a big hospital. You may require the service of a specialist. Don't neglect. Pay highest attention. It can be fatal. Recurring fever is bad news.
