First you have to confirm whether she is pregnant or not by doing urine pregnancy test (from chemist). If positive you have to meet a gynecologist immediately.

Appendix has nothing to do directly with pregnancy. If your f. Tubes were not infected alongwith appendix, then you need not fear.

It is too late to block the pregnancy. If your period is delayed by a week, buy a Urine Pregnancy Test kit from a chemist and do the test.
