Dear lybrate-user, you may hv allergy to dust. Use protective goggle glasses while playing. Also take steam inhalation at night with closed eyes.

Mr. Lybrate-user, to keep away from any addiction is very simple. You need very high moral for dat along with some motivation by any one or more your loved person - may be your mother, sister, father, brother etc. Meditation also helps. But most important thing is your mind nd determination. If you determine it strongly you can easily keep it away. Distraction is another way:- means you can engage your mind in some other productive thing you like. All the best, just do it. Before you say I can not, say I will try and then give it your best.

Me lybrate-user, dryness of eyes at your age is not good. I suspect it may not actual dry eyes. Simple way of avoiding dryness is proper blinking of eyes. Keep your brain alert about blinking. You can use ophthacare eyedrops (himalaya) but not more than one month.

Lasik is the best treatment for removing spectacles today. Cost varies from 30 to 40 thousands in various cities and according_to machines used. According_to latest study it is not safe to remove glasses above 7 diaptors if corneal thickness is less than 500 micron. Cases having keratoconus are contraindicated for lasik. Rest, there are no major sideeffects in safe hand surgeon after proper pre operative workup.

Dear if you do not have headache or any other problem even after not using spectacles, if it is only 0.25 sph, you need not to use it. Many people do have such numbers but they do not need to use it.

Dear Mr. Lybrate-user, darknaess below eyes is due to many reasons which includes stress, vitamin b deficiency, low haemoglobin levels, night shift jobs or studies leading to inadequet sleep and many skin diseases. Try to find out your reason among above. To balance body weight you should have balanced diet which include high proteins, low fat n carbohydrate, exercise atleast 30 min for minimum 5days in a week.
