I am suffering with stomach and gas problem. I have consulted many doctors. But medicine works till the time I keep continue taking medicine. Follow bland diet for 2 weeks. Stop all kinds of outside food n junk food. Stop non veg and milk n milk products for few days. Drink a glass of warm water every morning empty stomach. Medication. Tablet ajmodadi 1-1-1 syrup triphala 2spoons at night dadimavaleh 2-2 take all the treatment for 3 months.

Hi Doctor! I am 28 and recent report shows I don't have PCODs, irregular periods or no periods for long time have been a part of my life till now, but recent report shows I don't have PCODs and still I don't get periods. Is is dangerous - even worse than having PCODs and no periods? I am married since last year but we stay in different cities so my sex life is not that much. Is not having PCODs related to sex life, is this betterment because of this?

Its good if you don't have pcod, you need to be happy. It is very good everything will settle down once you settle in relationships with husband. Meanwhile for irregular periods just directly consult a sexologist and understand your body's sexual physiology. Avoid taking menses and pregnancy on head and stop worrying. Hi, please follow these tips to get rid of constipation: 1. Drink 2-3 lts of water per day. 2. Consume lot of fibre in your diet like raw vegetables, fruits, whole grains, oats. Etc. 3. Eat one fully ripe big banana at bed time. 4. Drink one glass of hot milk with one spoon of ghee in it at bedtime. 5. Take your food at regular intervals. Avoid spicy and oil fried food. 6. Never curb the urge to pass stools. 7. Never put in lot of pressure to pass stools. 8. Take 1tsf of isabgol powder with a glass of hot water at bedtime to get an easy evacuation. 9. Do sitz bath twice daily.

Penis size is something about which most of the men are obsessed as they don?t have proper idea about the size of their organs. But please remember, size hardly matters unless it is too small to perform intercourse. But when it is really small, application of oil/ drug shown in TV/ newspaper will not help, unless we can actually diagnose the cause of small penis and treat it. So, what you need is a proper check up by doctor to determine the cause of small size and then get it treated.

  2. Workout is another answer for All Your Problem: It is always better that you are physically active so that you can keep the heart rate at a good speed. This will speed up metabolism rate, burn unnecessary calories, and increase the rate of your heart so that you can lose weight at the same time stay active. Besides, physical activities like aerobics and swimming are some high-intensity workout that reduces the risk of heart attack to a great extent. Right from kids to adults above 60 years of age should perform a workout of at least 30 minutes even a walk is fine, but staying physically active is extremely important.

You need to look at the food what you are taking, and what is the maintaining cause which is leading to loose motion. May be anything that you have added in diet or altered within 3 days.
