No problem, Eating right will help you. And if not much, every 4 hours walk for 10 mins it will help. I will give you a diet chart for two hundred rupees according to your working style which will help you.

I am 42 years male from Hyderabad. From last one week days suddenly I am feeling like chakkar. I hope some kind of weakness. Please suggest me.

Chakkar could be because of BP. Please get it checked in a nearby hospital. Drink glucon D water twice a day. Chakkar aane band ho jayenge. Drink coconut water daily for 3-4 days.

U should proteins. Reducing oil will not help alone. U also need to exercise regularly to keep it away.

I am doing dieting by taking very low carbohydrate content food in night. I am only taking cornflake in large quantity along with fruits and salads. Is it good step taken to reduce my weight and cut down on tummy. Also will it have any adverse impact on my blood sugar level? Kindly suggest what else I can add in my diet in night time.

It will make your body weak and there will be sudden collapse. Eat everything thats natural made at home (freshly cooked. Never go on crash diets. Eating fruits in day increases your sugar levels and may add up to your fat deposition. Fruits should be eaten only in empty stomach.

If you are suddenly feeling low without any reason, it is possible that you are not getting sufficient Vitamin B complex. Always have a banana in the morning on empty stomach. It has a lot of effect on your mood. Whenever you are anxious, chew some cashews, they will also help in elevating mood.

Eat frequently in every 2 hours and drink warm water. Have a banana first thing in the morning after 10 mins of waking up and always have dinner within 2 hrs of sunset. If sun sets at 6 pm, have dinner max by 8 pm. Dinners are mostly the reason of weight gain.

I read your article on "Calcium Deficiency - 3 Signs You are Suffering from it" After reading this, I am sure that I am deficient with calcium. Can you suggest the medicine for me as I am in trouble for last 1 one year. One more thing is that when I go to doctor, he always says there is no deficient of calcium. I am confused. please suggest.

If the doctor has confirmed that theres no deficiency trust the doctor. Have Cheese slice. Cheese has maximum Calcium content. Also drink one glass of milk to get your Vit D. Vitamin D is essential for Calcium absorption in body. Sit in sun between 7-8 pm for 15 mins regularly to get Vit D from Sun. It will help you a lot. Eat Rice regualrly, rice helps in absorption of both Vitamin D and Calcium.

When you stay away from home, it is common to get deprived of nutrition. Always have your fruits, dairy products handy. Eating the right food at right time is important. U should know what is good for your health and how the food has to be consumed and at what time. The way we eat food, the quantity determines our weight and muscle growth. We can further talk on this personally.
