For cough start eating jaggery (gurh) after everytime you eat food, get a sarso oil body massage from your mother or sister once a weak. Consume cow ghee with your meals, drink hot milk at bed times, start doing surya namaskar in morning, also start doing prithvi mudra 20 minutes everyday with your fingers, in 3 months you will gain 6 to 10 kgs naturally, but be regular. Eat a heavy breakfast. Keep your intestine clean by drinking 3 to 4 liter water everyday but do not drink water after meals, drink after 90 minutes.

How any person cause bp or diabetes or sugar and what should be the precautions taken that no to happen?
Diabetes (particularly t2) and high bp are familial diseases, meaning if parents have then their children are most likely to get. Apart from that there are many other causes like inactivity, (no exercise), over weight and obesity, junk food, migration to bigger cities and stress. In case of diabetes beta cells in the pancreas either produce inadequate insulin or there is resistance its action or both. Excee fat opposes insulin action. Similarly over weight and excess salt (sodium) also increase blood pressure. To avoid both these conditions one has to have a very regulated life style. Maintain normal weight, exercise for more than 1 h a day, avoid smoking & alcohol also avoid deep fried foods.

Hi firstly, start doing surya namaskar in morning and start eating triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. Start a fruit dieting every alternative day, means you have to eat fruits every alternative days & normal fruit every other alternative days. Avoid late night dinners and try to eat nothing after sunset. Sit in vajrasana after every meal you eat for 10 minutes. Walk atleast 30 min in morning.

On average for a person of normal weight 54g of protein is required. Soya milk, cottage cheese, milk, egg, tuna, peanut butter, mixed nuts, green peas are rich in protein.

If you are a working women, concentrate on your work with passion, no if you are studying or a Home maker, then it is a problem. Women who are not working, face great problem to sit idle. To divert they pay attention in television. Currently most television program will lead you to stress due to poor story and frequent advertisement. which will ultimately lead to stress. these mental stress stimulate the vagus nerve which will stimulate the hunger. so they start to crack the snacks a lot. There is no specific diet, All foods will do some good things, keep changing the food often. When you go for diet which give you stress, don't follow diet have what ever you like but with limitation. Concentrate in sport or exercise daily to keep your self engage. Take care

To loose weight one has to persist with a drastic reduction in the intake of carbohydrates, (specially refined sugars) and fats, increase the intake of proteins and increase the expenditure of energy by regular exercise. Starving ones self does not work for any length of time and three meals at regular times, eaten slowly is the best method. Avoid snacking between meals, have a good breakfast, moderate lunch and a light dinner. The foods to avoid are sugars, or anything that contains sugar and fat such as bakery products, ice creams, desserts, fried foods (like pranthe, pakore, puris) pizza and potatoes. Rice can be replaced with two chapattis made of multi grain atta. To fill your stomach one should take lots of fruits (papaya, apples, guava) and green vegetables (cucumber, ghia, laoki, teenda, and tori) and sprouted dal. Milk should be double toned. Your protein intake should be increased by taking egg white, grilled / steamed fish or chicken made in small amounts of olive / sunflower oil. Vegetarians can use soya bean dal, nutri nuggets, tofu and cottage cheese made from double tone milk. Go for a run or walk for an hour every day.

Hi. Don't worry. Stop eating junk and processed. Do regular exercise. Add more protein in your diet like eggs, milk and milk products, sprouts, pulses. Peanut butter is another yummy remedy for gain weight. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. No drink before and with meals. Respectable doctors, I'm sandeep and I'm 20, build 75kgs at 5" 10 height. I worked on gym n exercises for muscle growth 2 years ago and stopped it an year ago. But I didn't get fat accumulation in my body but at that time my face got blotted later it got into normal shape again. Now I got started gym again so does my face getting blotted again. Sandeep there are several reasons why your face may appear bloated. These include a reaction to drugs, general obesity and water retention, which is usually caused by the foods you're eating. Drinking too much alcohol can also induce facial bloating. By avoiding processed foods and drinking plenty of water, you should be able to reduce puffiness. After you have checked with your doctor that there is no medical reason that your face should be bloated, there are many exercises you can try that will help reduce the appearance of a puffed-up face like facial yoga,blow balloon etc..

I am 61 yrs old and a diabetic since 2004. I take metformin tablets 1 gm twice one in the morning and one in the evening after meals & glyperimide 2 mg after breakfast. Other medicines are atorvastatin 10 mg, and bp medicine along with tablets containing multivitamins, minerals, antioxidants etc. I have been suffering from erectile dysfunction over the last few years but has worsened over the past few months. Typically foods reach in flavonoids vitamin d mufa and pufa work well in the condition. Ayurveda considers this as a vata disorder and recommends similar kind of diet.

For adults, the recommended dietary reference intake for vitamin c is 65 to 90 milligrams (mg) a day, and the upper limit is 2, 000 mg a day. Although too much dietary vitamin c is unlikely to be harmful, megadoses of vitamin c supplements may cause: diarrhea. Nausea.

Dear, You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day 2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals. 3) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal…4) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods. 5) avoid late night sleeping habits A) take 30ml of triphala juice and 10 ml of honey early in the morning on empty stomach and at night before sleep. B) take 10 gm of BLACK CUMIN SEEDS along with 10 gm of jaggery after meals. C) take 2-2 tablets of arogyavardhini vati and chandraprabha vati after meals, D) take 30 ml of aloevera juice along with 30ml of lukewarm water. Do all things for 30 days.
