Hello lybrate-user, having 1/2 glass of water with meal and a glass post 30-40 minutes should be fine. Gas problem happens due to empty stomach i. E not eating for long hour or indigestion. Having small frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hours will help. Avoid late night dinner and sleeping immediately postmeal should be avoided. Have 1-2 tsp sauf post meal or chewing few mint leaves should help.

Hello, Anuja, There are lots of other foods you can have instead of egg and milk like whole grains, pusles and legumes, white meat and fishes, nuts and oil seeds, soyabeans and its products etc. Combine them with a balanced diet consisting all nutrients, drink plenty amount of fluid, avoid foods and drinks higher in calorie but empty in nutrients, do regular physical exercise, have your food small amount frequently and get 8 hrs. sound sleep.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Hi to gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

Tummy Tuck Surgery - Abdominoplasty!

Abdominoplasty, also known as “tummy tuck” is a surgical procedure aimed at removing excessive skin from the abdomen. This surgery removes the extra fat and skin, thus making the abdomen flatter, resulting in tighter muscles near the walls or border of your abdomen. You should consult a doctor and strictly follow prescribed procedures before and after the surgical process. It must not be confused with liposuction i.e. the cosmetic surgery which removes excessive fat deposits in the body. 

Abdominoplasty or tummy tuck is beneficial to you, 

  1. If you possess good physical health. 
  2. If you are a non-smoker or have recently quit smoking
  3. If you have a stable health and realistic expectations about the outcome of the surgery. 
  4. If you have been pregnant previously and now need to lose weight and fat deposits. 

The surgery is not suitable for the following cases: 

  1. If you are planning to get pregnant, then it is recommended to perform the surgery after delivery. This is due to the fact that your muscles can be stretched again after the surgery. 
  2. If the appearance of scars after tummy tuck is a problem, consult your doctor about the scar replacement procedure. 
  3. If you still smoke or are absolutely unable to quit. 

Types: 

There are two procedures of tummy tuck. These are decided by the surgeon during your consultation and some pre-surgery medical tests. The procedures are: a) Complete Abdominoplasty and b) Partial or mini abdominoplasty. 

In Complete Abdominoplasty, the surgeon cuts the abdomen from hipbone to hipbone and your skin, tissue and muscle will be operated. In the case of partial or mini abdominoplasty procedure, the fat deposits are usually located below the navel region and the surgeon may not move your belly button. The entire procedure may take around two to three hours. 

Aftercare: 
Proper nutrition and healthy meals are required for this surgery. You must follow a balanced diet and focus on post-operative care.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. What does neck and shoulder pain indicate?

The stabbing pain that you experience around the neck and shoulder region should never be ignored as they may indicate health problems that require medical attention. There are certain points that you need to keep in mind the if you experience prolonged pain in these areas of the body.

1. Neck injury? your neck and shoulder pain should be seen as a warning sign that you need to take a look at the neck injury you may have sustained during a rear-end automobile accident. More specifically, whiplash injuries that happen when the head experiences a sudden backward and forward jerk, straining the tissues of the neck. 

2. Pain in these areas of the body could indicate abnormalities in the vertebrae of your neck such as herniated disc, causing added pressure on the nerves of the spinal cord.

3. Your neck and shoulder pain complaint may also point towards muscle strains. Lifestyle factors like working long hours in front of laptops or desktops leave you with no time and zero energy to exercise, resulting in serious neck and shoulder pains.

4. Your neck and shoulder pain may also indicate the problem of cervical spondylosis. This is a degenerative disc disease, which is characterised by severe pain that originates from the neck and radiates till the shoulders.

5. Even heart problems, such as a heart attack can cause pain in the shoulder and the neck. When this happens, the condition is known as referred pain.

6. Adopting an improper body posture during lifting of heavy materials can induce pain in your body parts, with neck and shoulders being the most vulnerable areas.

7. You may be suffering from a condition known as rotator cuff injury in which the group of ligaments and muscles that support the shoulder get injured during lifting or playing any sport.

To avoid aggravating the pain from becoming more severe, you shouldn't ignore any ache that arises from these areas.

Dear excessive weight gain occurs only when calories intake are more than calories burnt, It can put a person at risk of thyroid disease, diabetes , kidney problems, arthritis etc... Dear to decrease weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach daily. 3. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 4. Its just one month since your delivery happened. Wait for next 7-8 months before you start exercise to reduce tummy. Don't be in a hurry. Your body isn't ready yet.

It is better to avoid for six weeks to heal the tissue. There is no hard and fast rule to avoid sex. But a female need psycological support to recover and her desire remain less.For prenancy it depend upon what type of surgery done so your gyno can tell better to you.

Tension can never be the way out.Question is how you implement this tension as your strength to reduce your weight.You will have to really work hard on your eating habits and your daily schedule but prime important is your mind and at the age 13,I dont think a child has a strong enough mind to control her habits.So being a homoeopath,I will try to reduce her weight with some homoeopathic medicines and a diet plan according to her tastes,so that she dont feel uncomfortable.So please provide me the details that how and when she started increasing weight and what are her food habits and diet.

64kg wt for 19 years old is good enough you want to make your body then take healthy balanced diet and do regular exercises play outdoor games join a gym if you want to.
