B12 Def. can cause neurological symptoms weakness , numbness, in some cases paralysis. b12 is deficient in plant food, mostly found in meat product, eggs etc. u can take also take b complex capsule

Sir/madam. Actually I am very thin only of 50 kgs. And as per your previous advise I stop masturbation. But the problem arising from 1 month that. During night time when I sleep, that time automatically my sperm is coming out, and that of more quantity, this happen for 4-5 time with me. So what can I do to overcome with this. Hi lybrate-userglad that you asked this question. Some times the metabolism in the system is very fast. So you don't gain weight easily. Eat frequently. Also take up weight training to build on your muscles. Include a lot of protein rich foods in your diet like fish, grilled chicken, eggs, sprouts, nuts and oilseeds, paneer post the workout. You are still 15 years, in a year or two with hormonal changes things should fall in place. All the best.

You don't have to take any medicine to become fat. Eat more no. Of chapatis, more rice with butter or ghee. Eat more fresh dark green leafy vegetables, more fresh fruits and also take fruit juices. Take creamed milk and also take milk products like cheese, khoa, etc. If you eat non-veg then eat 2 to 3 pcs. Of egg or fish thrice a week. Also you must take exercises daily as it helps in better absorption of food and also increases your satiety.

Hello sir, you have to follow good diabetic diet. Just have high protein, high fiber, low fat, low calorie diet. You should have idea about your carbohydrate counts. Sufficient water, every day 30-45 min physical activity or yoga, every day 10-15 min meditation, avoid tension and stress.

Hello doctor. My mother suffered in heart problem, she conserved the doctor, then the doctor says small hole in the heart valve and she is very fat also. The doctor says reduce the weight is quickly because it will allow the heart attack very easily. She has take diet also, she will take oat's continuously in breakfast. So how to she reduce the weight, place give suggest this problem, then it will help to safe my mother's life.

She can eat healthy food without starving. No fats or sugars , lots of salads minus salt , fresh fruits , a glass of toned milk & curd , an egg (if she can take ) Remember dieting after a certain age is difficult because one cannot exercise as much as a young lady , secondly digestion gets weak with time , bones hollow due to less calcium. Something advised for young may not work and be practical for her , but oats as you have mentioned she is taking are good for all age groups. She may not loose weight so quickly and it is not wise to wait for heart valve surgery ,it should be done at the earliest. simultaneosly make dieting a habit for her.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

1-2 hours before playing, have a glass of fruit based milkshake. Carry replenishing beverages like salted buttermilk, fruit juice or soya milk tetra pack for break in between. Make sure to have sips of water in between. Handful of nuts will give a good boost to your energy levels.

Lybrate-user we accumulate weight over long period of time due to unhealthy lifestyle. It is advisable to change lifestyle and expect to see result over few months and not 2 weeks! being fit and healthy needs atleast two thing consistently. 1. Good diet. Eat more fiber/salad and eat less sugar/processed food 2. Exercise. You don't need gym. Go for daily joggging or do floor exercises at home. Finding a buddy to exercise will help a lot. Keep a goal of fitness for year.
