Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

I have weight problem from childhood, its difficult to loosing fat for my body, I try so many things workout, diet even I can not loose when I am not having my meals properly, I tried many medicines also but no inch less, and Dr. Will shock det how I am not loosing! First we hav to work on ur digestive system...Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day...Follow up after 1week...drink plenty of fluids..avoid constipation.

To combat constipation. Take plenty of water, buttermilk, fiber rich foods, n fruits. Fever n pregnancy has no link. Fever may be the result of some infection in the body. Increase in breast size may be linked wid pregnancy or some tyms a hormonal imbalance due to fever. For the better results pls consult a gync. Take lot of vegetables. Avoid junk n processed foods n also outside hotel foods for combating constipation. Take asafoetida if you hav constipation as a home remedy..

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. g. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

I, aged 66 years, diabetic and also postural hypertension feeling giddiness most of the time, although, on medicines prescribed by a recognised military hospital.Feeling fast loosing energy, tiredness all the time, panting, already angiography done a year ago with 40% blockage, little over weight.Cant I be treated permanently for diabetes?

In the treatment of diabetes there no concept of temporary or permanent. You shall have to monitor and continue treatment. Angio report is not at all bad. Brisk walking and medical supervision can take care of it. Better loose those extra Kgs by walking briskly daily. Exercise shall increase your energy and fitness level. Take some fresh fruit regularly, which are not very sweet. Can take a apple a day. It contain high fibre. Only liquid fibre containing fruit so far I know. Papya is good. Nuts are good for you - contains lots of antioxidants. Increase your protein intake either from animal or vegetable source depending on your dietary habit. Sleep tight for at least 8 hours at night. For your Postural Hypotension, Only follow these. Your above practice shall bring down the problem though. 1) Don't start walking after rising from horizontal position. Sit for a minute if no black out start walking. 2) Don't stand in a place for long time or take care while rise from squatting position suddenly. 3) If any time you have a black-out bend forward or sit and bend down your head at or at lower level to heart. And wait till black-out is cleared. It shall take a few seconds. I shall appreciate your feedback.

Eating a fruit or drinking its fresh juice doesnot have that much impact on nutritive value but we are deprived of fibres while drinking fresh juice and fibres helps in digestion.So fibres are a must in everyday life and people who donot consume fibres on daily basis suffers from more digestive problems.

Less weight is sometimes common according to age. Ayurveda believes in digestion not into giving heavy food for weight gain. According to ayurveda, food which are easy to digest but nutrient can gain weight. But I need detait history for perfact solution. Like your appetite? bowel habits sleeping habits kind of your work or job life style diet etc. But till you can do following: take daal rice more. Use cow ghee n milk. Avoid over eating start massage with til oil in morning, after that, do exercise whatever you want then bath focus in yourself avoid stress anger fear take ajvayan 1 tsp after meal. Start chyavanprash in morning. No need to hurry its a slow process.

One should avoid drinking water immediately before and after food. One should drink water atleast one hour before and one hour after food. Drinking luke warm water hasno special benefit. Puri contains carbohydrate and the ghee used also contains cholesterol. It will add calories and you will put on weight. Avoid taking puri daily.

Being a dietitian my views: there is no single diet chart for everyone. To plan a specific diet we do collect lot of information like height, weight, food frequency, digestive history, medical history, likes, dislike, lifestyle, eating habits. Remember one thing to follow a diet it should be personalized according to person's body type and not generalized. Starting with there is no pills or powder or shake which can help you to lose weight in a healthy way. To lose weight eat an hour within walking up and dinner at least 2 hours before you sleep. Avoiding eating anything after dinner. Breakfast should be your king size have good complex carbohydrates and protein rich. Eat every 2 hours small frequent meal do help in weight loss. And do not overeat. One can come to ideal body weight with few lifestyle modification. Have green tea only 2 cups a day. For exercise I would say diet plays 80 % role and exercise plays 20 % role in losing weight. Personal advise on gym. You should not make your body habituated with machines rather do simple walk or surya namaskar or planks. So only with healthy eating one can lose weight.

Hi for increasing body weight, start eating more chapatis and rice with ghee or butter. Take creamed milk upto 400 ml daily. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables, take pulses and pulses products. You can eat homemade fried foods but avoid eating from the market. If you eat non-veg then eat 2 to 3 pcs. Of egg or fish thrice a week. Also take 4 to 6 pcs. Of almonds or cashew nuts or some raisins. Must take exercise daily as it helps in better absorption of food and also increases your satiety.
