Dear lybrate user, if you to every time fit, you must avoid heavy food. Your diet s hound be semi solid salad fruits, juice lemon water. You should drink atleast four glass water early morning without brushing all back for proper diet chart.

Your BMI is 23.2.your weight is perfect as your height. 7-8 hours of sleeping time is necessary so its good. What you have to do is to do some exercise and balanced diet. WE becomes fatty when our calories intake is more than we burn, so main concept is that we should regulate our intake calories and at the same time do some physical exercise .To burn the fat in shoulder area best exercise is aerobic exercise.In the morning you can do regular aerobic exercise. And for regulate intake of clories you should take balance diet ,take fiber containing food as it digests slowly, eat green vegetables and seasonal fruits ,shifts your focus on salad, curd,green leafy vegetables, fruits ,avoid sweets, fried items, junk and processed foods as it increses weight. pcos is curable by hormonal therapy.but management of weight and diet is also important.avoid oily,fatty,spicy and junk food in diet.take light food and small meal at a time,half of your hunger.

Always feel good and confident about yourself. Apne aapka kabhi Kam ya Kamzor nahin kehna. Work on good diet and good exercise and be strong. To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. Take small meals but eat something solid every 2 hours. 1. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. 2. Take one peanut butter/cheese sandwich daily. 3. Eat 20 almonds & 5 khajoor daily 4. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, chikoo shakes etc. 5. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. 6. Dals have good protein. Have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. 7. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. 8. No need for any extra supplements. Natural diet is best. 9. Go for regular walks / exercise / do yoga. Sleep well. 10. Take deworming tablets every six month. .Feel confident about yourself and be positive and smile.

Some tips for weight gain :- 1) Include calories in your meals. 2) Increase the number of meals. 3) Take high protein foods. 4) Yoga 5) Do some weight gain exercise. 6) Eliminate stress. 7) Get enough sleep. Some exercise :- 1) Twisting crunches 2) leg curls and leg press 3) Triceps push down 4) Pullups 5) weighted crunches 6) seated dumbell press Some foods :- 1) Full cream milk 2) Beans 3) Lentils 4) Fruits and vegetables 5) Cereals 6) Healthy fats and oils.

When the lazy weekends hit, most people are tempted stay in bed all through the day and skip the daunting task of bathing. But there is a host of reasons why one must never think of skipping the bath, and it does more than making one feel fresh and smell good; it is a great way of serving to keep fit and healthy.

  1. Reduction of muscle tension: A simple warm shower can help in the reduction of muscle tension and relieves overstretched muscles. It helps in healing sores by relaxing them and improving elasticity or flexibility of the muscles particularly when an individual takes a bath after exercising.
  2. Improvement of blood circulation: Indulging in a warm shower or immersing oneself in a tubful of water can increase the flow of blood through the limbs and aids in the nourishment of the damaged cells. With the growth in circulation of blood, the blood pressure reduces, and the function of the heart is also improved.
  3. Reduction in blood sugar levels: Research says that people with diabetes, who regularly immerse themselves in warm water for about 20 minutes have witnessed that their blood sugar levels reduced by about 13 percent. The participants of this study had also lowered their regular insulin intake by 18 percent.
  4. Improvement of the immune system: Along with the warm water bath, cold showers can also proffer several benefits. A study showed that one must take a cold shower to stimulate the vascular as well as the lymphatic system for the production of more and more number of immune cells so that it can combat infections and this would reduce the probability of falling sick to a considerable extent.
  5. Treatment of depressionFor individuals who are prone to suffer from depression, a cold shower can aid to a high degree. As a person immerses in cold water, the nervous system gets activated and increases the level of noradrenaline and beta-endorphin which is known to reduce depression. A cold shower also transmits electrical impulses from the brain which can trigger an anti-depressive effect.
  6. Improvement of reproductive health in males: Those individuals who are willing to improve libido must take a cold shower regularly. A recent study conducted by the Thrombosis Research Institute showed that the male reproductive hormones increased to a significant extent in those who take cold showers. On the other hand, men who take hot water showers can have lowered sperm count since the motility reduces when the testicles come in contact with hot temperature. But the normal levels are restored once the person starts taking cold showers.
  7. Helps in the reduction of stressBy taking a bath, one can get rid of all the tension and worries. Chromogranin and cortisol levels reduce to a significant extent in people who consistently suffer from depression and anxiety. Bathing regularly helps in removing the toxins from the body. Individuals who sweat a lot must never skip a bath. The body removes out toxins through sweat and thus, taking a shower would decrease the perspiration odour. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult an Ayurveda.

You cannot work on a specific body part. You have to work on overall fat loss and toning. Try to eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Include exercises that tone your back and abdominal muscles too. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets and singular ab exercises or ab machines will not give you targeted results. The fats will remain as it is. It's all about overall work out and balanced diet.

Please note the followings in respect to your queries: 1. Banana and Milk -- Bananas are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. Your blood sugar is slightly high You have not given details of duration of your diabetes and the medication you are taking now as well as your other coexisting diseases. i suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating ......

My daughter drinks only 250 ml milk per day. She is 5 year old. Sometime I give her paneer .custard etc. But it's not in everyday diet. She doesn't eat curd even. Do I need to give any supplement for her Or it is sufficient milk.

Hello, Don't force-feed milk, as that's not the only food nutrient with vital nutrients. Include cottage cheese, bean curd, lentil, pulses, Greek yogurts, corn, green vegetables, smoothies, nachni in her diet. Keep her overall diet healthy, she should be fine.
