I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. I am a patient of hypothyroidism and on 100mg thronorm. I go for zumba classes and dp extensive workout for 1hr. I am not on diet but I don't intake oily and fatty food. Still I am not able to loose an inch after 1 month of zumba classes!

Hi For a hypothyroid condition there is no specific or special food. And it is best advised to have a diet planned as per the thyroid levels, lifestyle and history. Though you can follow some guidelines - have small frequent meals. This is very important. Do not fast for long hours. It will only cause to reduce metabolism. Avoid a very heavy meal at one time. Avoid fruit juices, aerated drinks or sugarcane juice, honey, jaggery or sugar if having insulin resistance. Avoid junk foods. Exercise and stay active. Do not attempt to try out too many remedies as you could go into lowered metabolism. Sleep well. It's all a matter of discipline.

For losing weight, need to modify your diet & lifestyle: 1. Have small frequent meals ayt regular intervals instead of 3-4 large ones 2. Eat slowly chewing each bite well 3. Avoid skipping meals 4. Avoid junk/processed/ready to eat/ fried/sugary/ outside foods, soft & hard drinks, sweets, chocolate, candy, ice cream 5. Replace simple carbs- potato, sugar, honey jaggery, sabudana, cornflour, arrowroot flour, corn, refined grains (maida, noodles, biscuit, cake, white rice, white bread) with complex carbs-whole grains (atta, dalia, suji, millets, jowar, barley, oats, quinoa, brown rice, atta bread), whole legumes (sprouts, soyabean, rajma), whole fruits, vegetables & salads 6. Drink 3 litres water daily 7. Take stairs instead of lift & walk/cycle instead of hiring transport 8. Take 15 mins light walk post meals 9. Brisk walk daily for 60 mins. 10. Avoid lying down within an hr of a meal Tea will not effect pregnancy.

All about Menorrhagia

Menorrhagia is menstrual condition characterized by an abnormal loss of blood or heavy, prolonged bleeding. Although heavy bleeding is not uncommon in premenopausal women, menorrhagia is a severe condition which generally interferes with your daily activities. If your vagina bleeds irregularly or between periods, in addition to such heavy bleeding that at least one pad or tampon gets soaked every few hours, it is highly recommended that you seek medical attention.

Symptoms
Signs and symptoms of menorrhagia include:

  1. Soaking through more than one tampon or sanitary pad for every few hours
  2. The need to use double sanitary protection
  3. Heavy bleeding for weeks on end
  4. The need to wake up at night to change your sanitary protection
  5. Restriction of daily activities due to heavy menstrual flow
  6. Symptoms of fatigue, such as excessive tiredness as well as shortness of breath

Causes
Although the exact causes are unknown, here are a few causes that may be responsible:

  1. Hormonal imbalance is when there is an hormone imbalance, the endometrium develops in excess and sheds away with menstruation
  2. In Ovary dysfunction, if your ovaries do not ovulate, your body won't be able to produce the hormone progesterone resulting in a hormonal imbalance problem which may lead to menorrhagia
  3. Uterine fibroids are benign tumors which start appearing in your childbearing years
  4. Polyps are small benign growths found on the uterine lining
  5. Adenomyosis occurs when your glands from the endometrium becomes embedded in the uterine muscle
  6. By using Intrauterine device (IUD) menorrhagia may occur as a side-effect
  7. Pregnancy complications, for instance, an ectopic pregnancy can cause it
  8. Inherited bleeding disorders, such as von Willebrand disease
  9. Certain medications like anti-inflammatory drugs
  10. Other medical conditions, like pelvic inflammatory disease or endometriosis

Treatment
Treatment for menorrhagia depends on a number of factors like the cause and severity of the condition, or your tolerance for specific therapies or medications.
Some drug therapies for menorrhagia include:

  1. Iron supplements
  2. Tranexamic acid
  3. Oral progesterone
  4. Non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs
  5. Oral contraceptives
  6. Hormonal IUD

If drug therapy is ineffective, other treatment options may include:

  1. Dilation and curettage
  2. Focused ultrasound ablation
  3. Uterine artery embolization
  4. Endometrial ablation
  5. Myomectomy
  6. Endometrial resection
  7. Hysterectomy

t2 diabetes is a preventable disease, (one which normally seen occurring adults or older aged persons. But certain precautions need to taken -like regular exercise for more than 1 h a day, maintaining near normal weight (ideal body weight = height in cms - 100 x 0.9 = wt in kgs), avoiding sweets, direct sugar, deep fried foods. Also important to follow strict dietary schedule. Plus avoid smoking and alcohol. If all these life style modifications are adhered to then it is possible to avoid the risk of diabetes.

Tips for reducing body odor:- keep yourself clean:- shower at least twicea day and you'll wash away sweat as well as reduce the number of bacteria on your skin. Use antibacterial soap. Towel off thoroughly: once you've showered, be sure you dry yourself completely. Apply antiperspirants cut out or cut down" offensive" foods or drinks:- foods that tend to make you sweat more, such as hot peppers or other spicy foods, might also contribute to body odor. And the aroma of foods such as onions or garlic can be carried in the sweat, making you smell bad. Drinks with caffeine or alcohol may also cause you to sweat more.

Tongue shows everything in relation to health

Clean your tongue every day. Otherwise glands under the dirt are unable to emit digestive juice required for proper digestion. Therefore make a mandatory habit to clean tongue everyday. When we see food we prefer and inhale smell of cooking of next door neighbor. Saliva automatically starts secreting and we feel hungry. Due to stimulation of vagus nerve.

In-case you forgot to clean then you will get acidity and indigestion. Its a body bio-chemistry. If tongue clean then you will get at least proper digestion.

Improper digestion very soon brings lots of diseases. So by this act you will get skin not luster-less, hair will receive nutrition if balance diet taken.

So put a little attention in morning. Just 10 seconds. See tongue in the mirror and clean it. With reverse tooth brash. Then for the day health is maintained.

Check when you have fever if you clean tongue, after few hours again you see tongue is uncleaned. In fever appetite is poor.

Everyday take 1 glass of water and drink before 1 hour of two meals to dilute hydrochloric acid. Dilute acid is more effective than concentrated hcl in context of digestion. Your intake of food will be more than the normal and no gas acidity will come. Take 1 glass of water after 1 hour of meal.

Experiment this on yourself and justify my words. Eat everything in less quantity and eat throughout the whole life.

Exercise is mandatory. Do 5 minutes free-hand exercise (pity). Everyday when you get time to enhance flow of blood in body. Japaneese do exercise before the start of everyday duty. It increases working capability.

All problem comes on over eating. Control your tongue and the diseases are controlled. Be remain healthy.

The main enemy of your poor health are worms. In 95% cases specially for children. So beware of worms (parasites).
