What is Bacterial Vaginosis?

Bacterial Vaginosis is an infection that occurs in and around the female genitalia. It does not usually pose a major health threat and is a mild infection that can be controlled and cured with timely medical intervention. Although it is believed to be sexually transmitted, it can also affect women who are not sexually active.

Bacterial Vaginosis can however, be dangerous for women who are pregnant and are near to their delivery date. It can cause severe uterine infection and increases the chance of miscarriage.

In some cases, pelvic surgeries, which include caesarean, hysterectomy, abortion or other abdominal surgery, bacterial vaginosis can be contracted during the surgical procedure. This can further complicate the condition of the patient.

Bacterial Vaginosis is a common complaint among women who have physically reached the child bearing age and symptoms of this physical problem can become prominent at any time of the menstrual cycle.

Causes of Bacterial Vaginosis

  1. Unhygienic washrooms

  2. Dirty, unwashed underwear

  3. Multiple sexual partners

  4. Change in the vaginal pH, causing the reduction in the protective acidic secretion that prevents the growth of other harmful bacteria

  5. It can also arise from the placement of Intrauterine device (IUD), a contraceptive device placed to prevent the eggs released by the ovaries, from reaching the uterus.

Symptoms of Bacterial Vaginosis

  1. The most common sign of bacterial vaginosis is a foul smelling vaginal discharge.

  2. The discharge increases after sexual activities.

  3. Discomfort during urination

  4. In some rare cases, there is itching and dryness

  5. In most cases, bacterial vaginosis does not reveal too many symptoms and does not even cause intense irritation.

Treatment

  1. Bacterial Vaginosis can be treated with antibiotics that are generally to be continued for a course of 7 days.

  2. Symptoms and discomfort of bacterial vaginosis generally recede within 2-3 days. However, it is recommended that the medicine should not be stopped even after the symptoms disappear.

  3. Only in rare cases, certain antibiotics may lead to a vaginal yeast infection. In case of redness, inflammation, irritation and undesirable discharge, you must seek medical attention immediately.

for loosing weight try having warm lemon water with honey every morning. Below tips could help you start your weight-loss journey. 1. Never eat a snack out of a carton or a cover. Always use a cup or a plate to so you know how much you are eating. 2. Have at least one bright colored fruit and one bright colored vegetable a day 3. Take a small snack box to office with almonds, walnuts and other dry fruits to satisfy your cravings 4. Try to have your dinner by 8 so that you are not too hungry and also make healthy choices at dinner. 5. People who eat breakfast have a better success rate at losing weight. 6. Beware of zero trans fat and fat free foods as you might end up eating high sugar and carb containing foods. 7. People who are emotional eaters learn to identify the emotion that makes you eat unhealthy food and try diverting your mind to something else you love 8. If your plates are too big trade them off for a 9 inch plates 9. Replace your weighing scale with a tape measure. 10. If you want to reduce weight to should make strict low calorie diet plan. You can use low calorie supplement like glucerna sr. Replace your dinner with glucerna sr. 6 scoop in 200ml norm water.

It is really good that you are exercising regularly. But it is also important to eat clean for fat loss. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: •Exercise at least 5 times per week •Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues. Stop when you are 80% full. •Sleep 7-9 hours per night •Don’t engage in extreme diets •Stay consistent with your habits •Incorporate non-exercise physical activity •Ignore food advertising Your diet can comprise of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Eat fiber foods like cucumber and carrot when you r hungry. Drink 250 ml water before staring your lunch and breakfast. Avoid fatty foods.

If you are menstruating, you can't be pregnant and vice versa. Intermittent bleeding during confirmed pregnancy is a serious problem both for you and the baby. Please meet with a qualified doctor.

you are young so its advisable that you control your weight now, otherwise it could turn into obesity also, I am giving you some natural remedies that will make you slim in a natural manner. I am suggesting you some simple lifestyle changing tips that will not just make your body proportionate and give you a desired shape but will also help you obtain a healthy body. Dear. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight. * body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soup or salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Reduce time of your exercises by 20 minutes and start morning evening walk 15 minutes each time. Take one glass water before food, have fruits in meal and breakfast.
