To control hair fall, I would advice you to : 1. Do not wash your hair daily. 2. Give you head hot oil massage - mix of olive, almond, coconut and sesame oil. 3. Eat food rich in proteins 4. Apply some natural herbs like bringraj, amla and shikakai 5. You can apply raw amla juice daily 6. Use apple cider vinegar to maintain ph levels of scalp 7. Keep your head covered in sun and pollution.

Hello You need not worry. Drink plenty of water. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Start your day with peanut butter sandwich. After 2 hours take 500ml milk. After 2 hours take 2-3 chapati with ghee applied along with paneer curry. Evening banana shake. Take apple before workout. After workout take 1 scoop of whey protein powder. Dinner take 2-3 chapati with ghee applied along with paneer or soya curry. Thank you

Norma level of vit d is between between 20-50ng/ml. A level less than 20 ng/ml indicates vitamin d deficiency. Vitamin d3 is essential for healthy bone, teeth, muscle, cell growth, immunity, neuro muscular functioning and overall health. Deficiency causes ricket/osteomalacia, poor hair growth, increased risk of cancer. 1. Expose yourself to sunlight for 15-20 minutes daily in the morning 2. Take milk, cheese, egg yolk, fish (salmon/mackerel/ trout/sardines/tuna) cod liver oil, mushroom, cereals, orange juice. 3. If you have deficiency of vitamin d you have to take vitamin d supplement 60000iu/week fo r 3 months after consulting physician.

Hye. Thankyou for the query. It's possible you are not eating as per the body's needs. Skipping meals, eating more of junk foods, not drinking enough water- coupled with stress and work overload can lead to acidity and headaches. You must first work on the reason for headache. Eat regular meals, stay hydrated, avoid excessive tea or coffee and avoid smoking. If all this still does not help check your eyesight and check for migraine.

Do stretching exercise alternates days. Take high protein and high calories diet. Take milk nd milk products. Take after dinner any sweet item take soya milk, paneer,tofu.

Hi Lybrate User, There is no scientific evidence to show that fat burner supplement will create any weight loss. These are just myths which seem very convenient to people. Good health has no short cuts. You can't buy good health else all rich people would be healthy and fit without any problems. A nutritous diet and intensive exercise is the key to good health and fitness. When you go to gym. Spend 20 + 20 = Total 40 mins on Treadmill with speeds from 8-10 kmph. Then do skipping 500 times. After that do 10 rounds of Surya Namaskar. Within one month you will see the changes in your body and in two months your friends will say 'Wow'

3. Causes imbalances in blood sugar level:

Hi. Tell your grand father to do the stretching exercises for 5 to 10 min daily. It will relief the pain. And apply hot water formalization for 5 min daily before the exercise.

Weight reduction You need to have a diet and exercise plan based on your BMI, age & weight and sex, presence of any diseases. Please note that weight reduction cannot be achieved overnight or over a week/month as many ask. It is an ongoing process of reducing food intake and exercising to burn the calories you consume. There are exercises specific for each part of body like cheek, hips, thighs or abdomen/ buttocks, or chest. Comprehensive exercise & diet plan based on whether vegetarian /non vegetarian can be given. May also need to do some tests. In brief, Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/2 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 KMs and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no shortcut or medicines without exercise & dieting to take just as much food as needed for your activities. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. By cutting 500 calories a day (a total of 3500 per week), and otherwise eating a balanced diet, you may find you lose approximately a pound a week. This rate of weight loss is considered reasonable and healthy. For any specific doubt you can ask me. You should lead a healthy lifestyle and have balanced food, cereals, fruits lean meats in stead of red meat fish eggs avoid alcohol and spicy food. Go for morning walk followed by free uh hand exercises regularly. Do some yoga and pranayum like kapal bhatee etc have plenty of water by mouths.

For weight gain you have to follow a good diet. You should take good protein diet after workout& alsoyou should take a balanced diet with right ratio of calories, protein & carb. This diet will help you a healthy gain 2-3 kg in month. You should take a healthy meal in every 3 hours. Don't drink water or any liquid before or while eating. You have to include these foods-dairy products, soya, sprouts, egg, potato, rice etc.
