Dear you can increase your muscle mass in your arms and the whole body as such by taking a good source of protein foods, besides a regular strength training exercise regimen. The high protein foods include low fat milk and milk products like curd and cottage cheese, pulses, spriiuts, nuts, soya milk or other products like tofu, whole grain cereals, eggs, and fish.

I am make 76. Diebetis since 34 years ptca done 10 years back. On beta blockers & blood thiinners sine 12 years. Now suffering from back pain since one month. Also constipation. Inuilin human mixtard twice a day 30 units morning 25 unit at night suggest medicine for back pain & constipation.

Back pain is due to gaseous formation which gives pressure on back so take following ayurvedic medicines hingvastak churn a 1/4 spoon with warm water before food two times it will cure constipation also if constipation relieves no any back ache remains.

Hye. Thankyou for your query. There’s no overnight fix when it comes to healthy weight loss, but you can adjust your lifestyle to promote quick, natural weight loss for the benefit of your health and your appearance. Successful, long-term weight management needs to focus on more than the food you eat and the pounds you lose. It needs to focus on your overall health. Reshape your body and your lifestyle by adopting healthy habits and breaking unhealthy ones. Replace all processed foods in your diet with vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low-fat dairy, lean meats, eggs, legumes, nuts, seeds and seafood. Focus on the variety of whole, unprocessed foods you can eat instead of dwelling on the junk food you eliminated from your diet. Eat smaller portions at every meal and avoid going back for seconds. Take a smaller scoop of rice, half of a piece of chicken instead of a whole piece and one less egg in your morning omelet, for example. Make time for breakfast every morning. Eating breakfast helps prevent overeating and is a habit of people who successfully lose weight. Pack to-go meals instead of eating convenience foods when you’re not home. Store foods like chopped fruits and vegetables or cooked grains, legumes, eggs and meats in your refrigerator so you always have something to grab when you’re in a rush. Buy fresh vegetables and fruits from the grocery store if you forget to bring healthful food from home. When you can’t avoid dining at a restaurant, opt for a salad as a starter, and always ask for the dressing on the side. Clear soups, lean meats, seafood and grain-based dishes like roti, whole grain bread are other good choices. Exercise for 30 to 60 minutes at least three times per week to build muscle and burn more calories. Pilates, strength training, aerobics, swimming, dancing and yoga or a sport like football are ideal choices. If you’re new to exercising, start with brisk walking and jogging. Adopt physically demanding hobbies like bicycling, hiking, jogging, power walking to promote faster weight loss. If you don’t have time for new hobbies, increase your physical activity with things like walking the dog, playing with the kids or jogging instead of driving to a nearby store or taking the stairs instead of the elevator.

To lose weight, you have to maintain an input-output ratio. Whatever food you eat contains the input calories which gives you the output calories in the form of energy. If your input calories is too much, you are likely to put on weight. The best way to lose weight is to exercise or spend the additional calories accumulated in your body in the form of fat. The other most important thing is to eat wisely. Try to cut down the excessive calories you are eating and make sure whatever you eat is healthy. Some tips to lose weight - 1. Have more fruits and vegetables than junk food and juices. 2. Avoid sugar as much as you can 3. Exercise 3-4 times a week. 4. Have an early dinner, preferably before 8 p. M. 5. Do not starve yourself. Eat small meals 5 times a day. 6. Have barley soup in dinner and avoid rice at night. 7. Drink lots of water daily.

HI Lybrate USER…. 1) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 2) sleep upto 10-10.30 pm…. 3) avoid coffee and tea…. A) Eat 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jiggery during meals… B) Take 200 ml of fresh butter milk with pinch of saindhav lavan after meals… C) take 30 ml of aamla juice along with 15 ml of honey in morning on empty stomach D) take fresh juice of beet or pomegranate in morning instead of breakfast…do all these things for 15 days…gives you good result…THANKS.

Running walking exercises are helpful to reduce weight. Sleep helps peace in day life it will not help to reduce weight. Because of stress you may take additional food also. Headach as of now for headache you can take tablet paracetamol. But we will have to make a diagnosis to get to the cause of it which can be either due to frontal sinusitis or due to migrane or due to refractive error of the eyes or due to other causes for which we have to investigate. If you want medicine than, I will prescibe contact for good diet.

To increase weight take more dense fruit, vegetables. Take cake. Pastries, chocolate, ghee, cream, butter etc. Eat more protein foods in diet. Take whole cream milk or milk shake 300-400 ml/day. Take weight gainer supplement. Include more good fats like olive, avocado, coconut, refined vegetable oil, almond, walnut, flax seed, sunflower seed etc. Don't drink water during meals. Proper sleep.

Take medicine to maintain thyroid test in normal range. Ask a doctor for required dose. Keep repeat testing every three months or so. Reduce fat and sugar consumption. Eat more vegetables and fruits. Eat 200 gms of salad half hour before every main meal. Eat less chapaties and rice and more of dal, soya badi. With this your weight will reduce. It will be better if remain in constant touch.

Hi, Morning sun is the best for Vit D. Take calcirol 1 sachet once a week for 6 weeks to restore Vit D to normalcy. Take a walk in morning sun for 15 minutes as sun is the best source of Vit D. I am vegetarian. I am hypothyroid patient but since 2 years my thyroid level is maintained. I'm under medication. Tab thyroxine 50 mg. Before 6 months my weight was 65kg now it's increased. I. Do regular exercise like skipping, push up, sit up, plank etc. Eat small amount of food. Use supplement in this purpose. Avoid fast foods, junk foods. Drink plenty of water specially before meals. Use lukewarm water after meals. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Take quality sleep.
