I am a 44 year old male. I have been having nasal congestion for the past 25 years. For almost 20 years, I have been using nasal decongestants. Have consulted / obtained treatment several times but to no avail. Is there any possibility of alternate medicine helping me with a permanent solution so that I can stop carrying around nasal sprays with me all the time and can breath like anyone else?

I eat good foods to be healthy. Nd I keep myself always healthy but aftr so much I m not getting that much strength. I also can not study bcoz I feel very weak.

Dear, you can easily get fitness and health by following simple and very important tips: * take a diet rich with proteins carbs, vitamins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with fruits. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. * in morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. * for proper fitness, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. * avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. * do meditation daily to calm down your stress level. Do pranayam daily. You can take long and deep breaths atleast for 10 minutes in calm and peaceful environment. * avoid smoking & alcohol drinking completly. * for boosting memory, take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder daily once a day. A) Take 30 ml of aloe vera juice along with 30 ml of triphala juice and 30 ml of lukewarm water, at night before sleep. B) take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and 10 gm of jaggary before meals. C) eat 5 gms of black cumin seeds along with 30 ml of lukewarm water after meals. I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

There is no perfect figure, you are only 18+ 4.11 feet & weigh only 40 kgs. Focus on general health. Get hb tested, eat healthy food with more proteins like milk & curd and eggs if you like, carbs and good fats like a spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts everyday to get good fats & proteins. Do exercise in moderation & remember that at 18 you are still growing up teenager. Get back with details after a month.

DEAR Lybrate USER. You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. …. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day …2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 3) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal…4) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 5) avoid late night sleeping habits …6) avoid coffee and tea. A) take 30ml of triphala juice and 10 ml of honey early in the morning on empty stomach and at night before sleep. B) take 30 ml of DAAAIMAVLEHA after meals along with 30 ml of water. Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Not only heavy diet is required to grow muscle. You need to consume more amount of protein rich diet. For that every morning take boiled or sprouted legumes like moong chana muth udad. Take eggs if you are eggiterian. Frequent small meals can increase your metabolism and then if you consume protein nuts banana guava peas dal more, you will gain weight.

Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 20 minutes daily. Take 1glass lukewarm water with half lemon in the morning. Take small and frequent meals. Take salad before meals. Include more vegetable and fruits in your diet. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid late night dinner and overeating.
