Which season is more important to care our self.
Don't take stree, proper sleep, proper diet, proper exercise and workout. Avoid fried foods, junk foods. Constant and regular timings for medication. No skipping of dose. Loose your extra weight this will not only lower your blood but also helps lowering your blood pressure, cholesterol too. You need to bring a little change in your life style, routine and diet. No long gapes and skipping of meals. Never miss out breakfast. No overeating. Food slowly chew well and not to swallow. Use sufficient amount of ginger, onion, garlic, coriander, lemon, greenchilli, black paper, fenugreek seeds, cinnamon, bay leaves in food iteams. Timely and balanced diet is as important. Take small and frequent meals. If you are suffering for high blood pressure then you have to leave pickle, papad, and pouring extra salt. Don't take fast.

Single fruit diet- 1. Take one fruit diet, only banana, for 2weeks. You can eat as many ripe bananas as you wish but you don't have to take anything else in diet. (banana is fiber rich & high nutrient fruit with a no. Of health benefits. This would detoxify your body and help loose weight naturally). Rest enough as your body will go through deep detox and restoration. 2. Drink plenty of luke warm water, up to 3 ltrs per day. Sit on a chair and do following yogasanas- kapalbhati pranayama empty stomach (starting with 10 min) followed by brisk running, aerobics & following yogasanas: -cobra pose (bhujang asana) -bow pose (dhanurasana) -boat pose (naukasana) -wind relieving pose (pavanamukthasana) -bow pose (dhanurasana) -boat pose (naukasana) -wind relieving pose (pavanamukthasana)-sun salutation (surya namaskar). Do not's do not consume too many sweets and chocolates, as they are rich in carbohydrates. Do not eat fast foods. Avoid intake of diary products like milk, cheese, ghee and ice cream. Get your thyroid test done. Follow this schedule strictly for 2wks.

Hair problem generally occur in thyroid. So there is a need to regulate thyroid. Thyroidism I am having in package also if you want. Firstly give a diet which is rich in fibrous and fruits except banana grapes. Use a homoepathic shampoo and oil anti dandruff in B&T you vill find.

Hello Dushyant, i would suggest you first thing start exercising as exercise, changes the outlook of the person, in a way it makes things positive and again eat healthy food rich in antioxidants like, pomegranate, beetroot and such dark coloured fruits and vegetables. Green tea also helps. Long term impairments are of many kinds, one first needs to know the kind of impairment and then only can decide on the diet and exercise, but walking is recommended irrespective of the impairment.

Weight gain is muscle gain. In your condition your energy requirement is very high so whatever you eat is used as a source of energy and you do not make muscle. To gain muscles you will have to eat at least 6 meals (high calorie) in a day at a regular interval with a proper ratio of proteins and carbohydrates. Proteins will help you gain body mass while carbohydrates will help you give energy. Protein foods are eggs, fish, chicken, milk and milk products, meat and dals. Carbohydrate foods are roti and rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes. You have to eat vegetables and fuits and use healthy and good fats for cooking like ghee, cold pressed mustrad or til oil. You will also have to do some weight training exercise to help you build mass into the body. Also drink enough water to keep you hydrated. Weight gainers are good but it should have a mix of good whey protein with good amount of carbohydrates. And it has to be accompanied with intense weight training. Then it will show results.

Follow these simple steps to ensure a good sleep every night and stay away from sleep disorders and other health problems associated with unhealthy sleep habits: 1) maintain a regular sleep routine - try to get at least 6 to 7 hours of uninteruppted sleep at night time go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed. Sleep well live healthy and live longer. If you have tried all these and still have problems, please consult me for prescription medication.

A change in lifestyle is the best form of medication

Medication for pcod addresses its symptoms. For example, you could take medication to correct insulin resistance or pills to control acne and hair growth. Go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.

Your weight reduction and control is of prime important.
