lybrate-user there is no short cut for loosing weight apart from that I thing you have one month for SSB and need to do all physical activities in technical entry too for that you need to increase your stamina so you need well planed diet and workout schedule because for loosing weight lifestyle changes along with balanced diet and sound sleep are very important. You need counselling by dietitian so that specific changes will be incorporated in your schedule. Few tips for the same- start eating small frequent meals and don't skip any meals specially breakfast Include whole grains and use atta with bran take high fibre diet which include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables Drink atleast 10-12 glasses of water avoid drinking calories in form of juices and carbonated drinks avoid eating junk food, fried food and maida products try to eat home made food as much as possible move yourself use stairs, walk to near by places instead of using any vehicle include at least 45-60 minutes workout in your routine take sound sleep of at least 7-8 hours, manage stress consult me privately for customized diet plan.

Some tips • Squeeze a lemon in a cup of warm water. Drink this water as soon as you get up in the morning. Drink lots of water throughout the day, keep yourself well hydrated. • Drink green tea in the morning. It has antioxidants that help the body to burn fat and detoxify. Eliminate all juice (except natural pomegranate juice) and soft drinks from your diet. Drink only 1 cup of coffee a day. • Avoid junk food at all cost. • Start exercising. Do ½ hour to 45 minutes of cardio, preferably walking on an incline every day. Hello Sudipta, Loss of appetite occurs when you don’t have the desire to eat or snack at your typical mealtimes. The idea of eating food is unappealing and can lead to nausea. Nausea occurs when you feel uneasy or sick to your stomach, as if you may vomit. Are you on any type of medication?? Appetite loss and nausea can be caused by infections. Liver problems or ulcers can also be the culprit for it. Ginger tea or lemon water can be helpful.If cooking smells trigger nausea, try to stay away from the kitchen when food is been cooked; open windows and turn on fans to blow cooking odours away. Keep tasty snacks around so that any moment of appetite can be used to your advantage.Use dry and/or salty foods like crackers, bread or toast, to calm the stomach. Protein foods can improve nausea and sweet foods can sometimes worsen it, so avoid sweet foods at breakfast.Avoid spicy foods, fried foods, high-fat meats, sauces or gravies, sour cream, caffeine-containing beverages. If the problem still persists, you can consult a doctor.

Hi lybrate-user firstly, start doing surya namaskar in morning and start eating triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. Start a fruit dieting every alternative day, means you have to eat fruits every alternative days & normal fruit every other alternative days. Avoid late night dinners and try to eat nothing after sunset. Sit in vajrasana after every meal you eat for 10 minutes. Walk atleast 30 min in morning.

People who have breathing difficulties lead to significant weight loss because it takes more energy to breathe Breathing itself is also a natural calorie burner. Being underweight is associated with poor nutrition. Eat smaller meal but more more frequently. Make sure you drink plenty of water High calorie foods. Most important nutrients for gaining weight is protein and carbohydrates. Includes meats, fish, eggs, dairy products, legumes, nuts. Avoid processed foods, junk food, unhealthy foods.

Hello, to gain energy you need to follow the under noted tips.
