Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. If delivery was normal, get iucd fitted from a reputed place. I will not suggest pills because you may be feeding your baby. Other methods have a failure rate of more than 10%. So do not even think about condoms or safe period in a month giving you any protection.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. I want to ask whether eating too much sweets and not too much I mean if I take a regular bite of some sweet after dinner then can it lead to diabetes in future. Diabetes has nothing to do with eating more and less amount of sweets. But there are other risk factors for diabetes such as: family history of diabetes overweight physical inactivity increasing age high blood pressure ethnicity. Tea on an empty stomach does causes acidity.

Hello, Glucagon is a counter regulatory hormone, produced when blood glucose goes down. It helps increase glucose level by breaking glycogen from liver. It is present in usual quantity in diabetes too.

Dear , I would like to applaud the fact that you are concerned about the health issues of diabetes and are looking to monitor your sugar levels and take adequate protection for the amelioration of the issue. Diabetes comes with a number of issues, especially related to the heart, kidneys, eyes and blood vessels. Maintaining a good blood sugar level is essential for protecting your organs. For holistic control of blood sugar, the following are essential and I would be glad to go over them in more details in consultation: a. Diabetic diet, which limits you to 1600 kcal per day (could be less/more, depending on your bmi) and is supplemented with regular aerobic exercise. B. Maintenance of blood sugar, and regular monitoring of fasting and after meal sugars using a glucometer and by hba1c measurement once every 3-4 months. C. Baseline estimation of lipids, kidney function, ophthalmoscopy, heart work up, etc. To have an idea of any other organ impairment. D. Preventive and curative drugs for various issues. To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1.Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2.Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a.Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. Hi, if the food you eat is not properly digested and absorbed then how can you gain weight. Nothing will work if this is not proper. Take *alfa malt forte (medisynth) 1tablespoon to be taken twice a day during meals for 1mth *take grd powder 1tablespoon in 1 cup of milk, drink once a day.

Dear sir, one needs to have a balance of cooked and raw foods for survival. Only raw food will not make up all your nutrient requirements, because some of them can be made available only after cooking. But raw food is also very important. That is why we stress on salads and fruits also for a healthy body. Some foods without cooking also may lead to certain infections of the stomach and may also cause too mush of bloating. And indigestion. So a wise balance needs to, be maintained.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism along with your daily diet and exercise routine. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Weight gain is all about taking more calories than you burn. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. There is no one food that helps weight gain. Eat meals at frequent intervals. You need to eat at least 6 main and mid meals a day. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits, dry fruits, starchy vegetables, rice, bread, whole grain cereals, smoothies, masala milk, ghee, cream in your meals. Just eating sugary, sweet foods is not good. Try to have healthy deserts like kheer, chikki or lassi. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. It helps development of muscle mass and improves appetite.  Even if you were to take just medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation. You need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal and good exercise routine, it's crucial. Tips to sleep right Stick to a regular bedtime. Go to sleep and get up at the same time each day, even on weekends. Your body will get used to the routine. Take a warm bath, before you are ready to go to bed. Take time to calm down before you turn out the lights. Turn off your electronic devices and TV an hour before bed. You can read a book, listen to music -- whatever helps you unwind. Make the bedroom a sleep zone. If you're still awake 20 minutes after you hit the sack, get up. Get back in bed only when you feel tired enough. Train yourself to think of the bed as a place for sleeping only. Avoid afternoon naps. If you sleep during the day, you're more likely to stay awake at night. Don't drink alcohol close to bedtime. Even small amounts can make it harder to stay asleep. It can make you wake up in the middle of the night when the effects of the booze have worn off. Drink less fluids at night. Trips to the bathroom break up your sleep. Wear yourself out. Exercise at regular times each day, but not within 3 hours of your bedtime. Get some sun. Make an effort to get outside in the sunlight each day. It'll let your body know when it’s time to be awake, and when it’s not.

Hi. Firstly start doing surya namaskar in morning and start eating triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. Start a fruit dieting every alternative day, means you have to eat fruits every alternative days & normal fruit every other alternative days. Avoid late night dinners and try to eat nothing after sunset. Sit in vajrasana after every meal you eat for 10 minutes. Walk atleast 30 min in morning.
