Want to lose weight. And want a diet chart for day. Proper diet chart that I can strictly follow.
Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1.Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2.Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3.Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4.Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A.Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B.At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c.Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D.Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E.Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F.Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H.Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.

Simply avoiding fatty and spices food and skip lunch with mild breakfast and dinner take warm water with lemon and honey 2 glass daily empty stomach walk for at least 4-5 km daily with mild exercise and diet control avoid non veg and fast food do exercise and take plenty of water and papaya every day Will help you in reducing weight.

For type-1 diabetes diagnosis- blood test for auto antibody which destroys beta cell of pancreas, presence of ketone in blood for type @ diabetes do blood sugar (fasting and post prandial testing,), hba1c (glycosulated hemoglobin) testing consult diabetologist/physician with report for advice and treatment.

To much of indulging in sexual matter may lead other problems also. Please take care. Do meditation and at least one hour in jogging and pity. Divert your mind a little. Please take HOMOEOPATHIC medicines. Immediately take medicine Acid phos 200 take 5 ml from any medicine shop. Dilute 2 pills in half cup of water. Take like this for 5 days. Consult homeopathic doctor afterward. Hope to be fine very soon.

Hi lybrate-user children during hot summer days prefer liquid food and fruit juices to solids of parents preference. It is not bad. Rather fluids and fruits are the recommended food for children in hot days. But this kind of food habbits should notbe the order the day through out the year. You pls encourage years son to take fresh friuit as a whole instead of juices of high calories with added sugars and syrups. We need to respect the likes and dislikes of children. Avoid squashes during meal time. Coax years child to take some high protein diet like eggs or diary products first with promise that he would be permitted to eat fresh fruits after this. So do not loose heart, be moderate in approach to teach and discilpline your child.

I am 41 years old and having history of diabetic type-2 for past 6 years. Every year I ma doing heart check up and a per doctors it is ok. Is it enough to check up once in every year/ but some 1 ir 2 times I felt little pain in left side for few seconds and goes away. Why? But no other symptoms like sweating and all. Is it a cardiac problem?

Hello Heart check up for Diabetic patients is very important. You should carry out heart check up annually. In your case if you feel chest pain and ECG shows normal findings; discuss with your doctor about carrying out treadmill test or exercise tolerance test to know how much blood flow reaches to your heart. Doses should be taken as per recommended or else it will lead to hypervitaminosis and it will create other problems. Doses are advised as per your body needs, it dosent mean taking excess at a time will fulfil your deficiency, vitamins are absorbed in particular quantity.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

Hello, No they are never safe,there is nothing called a fat burner,it is simply a dehydrator which can simply leech out water from your cells and make you sick and dehydrated(67% of human body is water),pleae do not fall into the trap and change the gym and the trainer.

Please follow the below recommendation for your condition: diet, exercise, and behavioral modification should be included in all obesity management approaches for body mass index (bmi) of 25 kg/m 2 or higher. Other tools, such as pharmacotherapy for bmi of 27 kg/m 2 or higher with comorbidity or bmi over 30 kg/m2 and bariatric surgery for bmi of 35 kg/m2 with comorbidity or bmi over 40 kg/m 2, should be used as adjuncts to behavioral modification to reduce food intake and increase physical activity when this is possible. Many obese people are advised to follow a juice diet or the juice fast for a period of a week or so, so that they can shed the excess extra pounds faster. Doing regular exercise and yoga and following proper diet is the only way to reduce your weight. Start each exercise in gradual way increasing 5 minutes every 3 days. Do brisk walking for atleast 45 minutes everyday. Do aerobics. Abs crunches. Stretching skipping swimming do yoga. Praanaayaam suryanamaskar kapaalbhaarti diet. Eat lots of vegetables, salads, fruits. Consume low calorie nutritious diet. Stop eating out side food, junk food. Avoid oily, fatty, spicy food. Avoid milk and milk products. Eat less of rice and more of pulses sprouts and vegetables. Eat roti without oil or ghee i. E. Phulka. Jawar n bajra are also good. Eat your dinner early. Replace your dinner with fruits or salads twice a week.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow this regimen and you will soon start seeing the results.

Hi lybrate-user, start your day with a fresh juicy fruit. Good on stomach. Breakfast should be wholesome. Eat every 2 hours. Main meal options are roti-sabzi-dahi, rice-dal-sabzi, khichdi-dahi, etc. Workout 150 minutes a week, that's like thrice a week. Even though food is free in office, stay off junk that comes out of the packaged products including chips, sodas and juices. Stay hydrated. Dear lybrate user, -Some fruits produce ethylene gas as they ripen in the fridge which overripens & spoils them if kept for more than 1-2 days in the fridge, keep unripe fruits outside for 1-2 days then shift them to the fridge & consume them as soon as possible.

I need to go to restroom after eating any meal and even before going out of house. Due to this I am unable to travel anywhere. So mostly I do not eat anything when I have to travel. This situation becomes worse when I get stuck in traffic jam or when there is no restroom in vicinity.

Hello, you can take Alpha DP, 2 tabs twice daily after meals. Take Aloe soc. 30 Ch , 3 drops twice daily and Nux vomica 200 CH , 3 drops once daily after dinner. Revert me after 7 days
