It appears that the body is not able to absorb the nutrition got from the food. Take cinnamon powder a teaspoonful with honey in the morning in empty stomach. Take dates and badam with milk in he night before going to bed. Consult after 5 days.

Hi, I am 30 years old and have a baby girls three years back through c-section. So after that I put on 15 kg weight, my current weight is 70 kg and I want to reduce it. I am a working women and my shift timings are 1 pm to 11 pm.in this shift I am not able to do any exercise and all. So please help me here.

Hi lybrate-user. There are various therapy to reduce weight without exercise. Like dieting, or medicines and even bariatric surgery which now a days is possible just in 30-40 thousands. But my personal experience and advise always is to reduce weight by natural means. Like With exercise. Dieting and some natural medicines like homoeoapthic. I know it is difficult to manage with job and baby but still you will have to adjust your time table. It is for your own good.

From past few month I have been diagnosed with thyroid, having tsh reading of 9.8. I had been given thyronorm 25 and am taking it regularly, but I still feel lazy, I sleep a lot as in am not able to get up early in the morning, not interested in any activities, constipation is also there, and am gaining weight. Can you please suggest what I need to do to completely get rid out of this and I need to shed down my weight. Please suggest me.

IN HYPOTHYROIDISM:--- Deficiency of thyroxine hormone leading to sluggishness, tired feeling, weight increase, slow heart beats, intolerance to cold, swelling of legs, feet and face, difficulty in concentrating and at times in speech. Treatment for hypothyroidism is giving ' THYROXINE ' tablets. And dose are according to level of thyroid for life time. Avoid iron medicines. Avoid bad habits . Avoid stress. Some Relax during work.go walk daily.avoid oily foods,junk foods. Do Tests T3,T4,TSH EVERY 3 TO 6 MONTHS. Take plenty of water, high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread. Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. flax oil, Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

For loosing weight lifestyle changes along with balanced diet and sound sleep are very important. Few tips for the same- start eating small frequent meals and don't skip any meals specially breakfast Include whole grains and use atta with bran take high fibre diet which include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables Drink atleast 10-12 glasses of water avoid drinking calories in form of juices and carbonated drinks avoid eating junk food, fried food and maida products try to eat home made food as much as possible move yourself use stairs, walk to near by places instead of using any vehicle include at least 30-45 minutes workout in your routine take sound sleep of at least 7-8 hours, quit smoking and drinking if any manage stress consult me privately for customized diet plan.

Headache is a very common medical problem. Nearly 25% of females and 8% of males in general suffer from headaches at some point in their life.

i suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating ......
