Early Morning You can have any of the following items to start your day. ? 1 glass of lukewarm water with lemon juice added to it. This drink will have zero calories in it. Breakfast 2 Idlis and half a cup of sambar and � cup of low fat milk Mid Morning Snack You can use boiled pulses, green salads, low- calorie fruits or nuts as a snack Lunch cup brown rice (not to exceed 200 grams cooked rice) and � cup mixed vegetable gravy along with one bowl mixed vegetable salad and 1 small bowl raitha or low fat curd. Ensure that the vegetables are cooked using low fat oil and without adding coconut. Evening Green tea Dinner Start your dinner with any thin soup. Hi, you should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 20 minutes daily. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food and oily food. Take small and frequent meals.

Thanks for the query. Feeling tired is majorly due to lack of energy and nutrition. It is important to know that just eating two heavy meals a day will not fulfill your nutrient needs. Most often we skip meals especially when at work or in college. We start our day on empty stomach but our work or stress or activity is never reduced. This causes weakness and lack of energy levels. Food is our source of energy and if you don't eat well as per your needs you are going to get deficient in many nutrients. So, start by eating the right foods at the right time. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Sleep well.    Exercise at least thrice a week.

Your diet should be rich in proteins and carbohydrates i. E dairy products, non-veg, fruits (banana, dates, mango, anzeer) go for gym for 1 hour everyday.

Growing children are under pressure to increase their height. Try these methods to increase height naturally with these tips.

 

Generally children are told to hang from a bar or cycle to increase their height, but we look at the age old method that is intrinsic to India. We look at how yoga can be used to increase height and grow naturally.

 

These are the yoga exercises to grow naturally:

 

1) Suryanamskar: Surya Namaskar comprises a sequence of 12 yoga postures. If done at a fast pace, surya namaskar provides a good cardiovascular workout. At a slower pace, the postures help tone the muscles and can be relaxing and meditative.


2) Shavasana: Shavasana, is an asana to rejuvenate your body, mind and soul. It is also known as Corpse Pose. This asana is one of the easiest asanas to get into but the most difficult to practice. It helps in decreasing heart rate, blood pressure, muscle tension, general anxiety, and panic attacks.

This technique is popularly known as the downward facing dog. Place your palms and knees on the yoga mat with your knees aligned directly under your hips and your hands a little ahead of your shoulders. This posture should be such that your toes are facing upwards. Now, exhale and slightly lift your pelvis away from the floor. Do not allow your head to dangle freely and hold it firmly in between your arms. Maintain this posture for minute or two and then relax. Repeat this for a total of 5-6 times per session.

3) Trikonasana (Triangle pose): The triangle pose stretches the legs, chest, hips and spine and also strengthens them.

Hi, to generate interest in sexual coition, one should consume, apples, milk, carrots, cheese, almonds, papaya, soya been, spinach, pumpkins, mangoes, regularly. There r the certain, factors to b sorted out to inculcate, interest to join, sexual coition. One should go for meditation to reduce stress, and to nourish cells, tissues and to calm down one's nerve to cooperate on d occasion. Both d partners should, respect feelings of each others, realising, any physical disorder one may suffer, such as pain in lumber area, she / he is weak due to anaemic condition, any mental block, against coition may cause aversion from sexual coition. Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Mr. Lybrate-user kumar, primarily he should achieve a very strict blood sugar control like fasting around 100 mg, pp 150 to 160 mg, hba1c%<7. Get his feet examined by a competent diabetologist and a podiatrist (diabetic foot specialist). Use soft or specially designed foot wear. Avoid injuris to feet. He should examine his feet every day to see if any additional problems have come up. Secondly if need be get a full assessment for peripheral neuropathy and blood supply to lower limb by a colour doppler test. Neglecting the feet can be very dangerous. Thanks.

Yes definitely it can. Your body has to put in more effort to manage excess weight and more than often you might be crashing your intake of food to reduce weight which will only cause deficiency and muscle loss and fat gain. So, start by helping your body lose some unwanted fats not your energy.

You are very slim. I advise you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take lots of water daily. Avoid garlic and red chilly at home and avoid non veg and eggs. Take more of milk, curd, paneer, cheese, desi ghee in diet and less of proteins. Follow this and give feedback.

My Mother is aged around 65 years. She is suffering from Diabetes, High BP, Arthritis and Obesity (110 kg). Because of her weight she is unable to walk. She does walk inside the house but with support and her breath start to become fast once she tries to walk little bit say for example going out for doctor. Her Sugar levels are normal with medicines and she is taking medicines for BP and knee pain as well. Could you please suggest which surgery will be best for her to reduce weight. Hi. Getting fatigue soon with less physical activity can be caused by heavy bodyweight. But may be it is not the sole reason. Any heart artery blockages should be tested first. Once fit from heart side, she can be advised physical exercise and yoga as per her health and weight status. She can also be advised surgery for weight loss only after confirming that heart is healthy. Take care.
