Hello,   ⁃ it  can be reduced, by opting-certain natural-norms in life & taking ,meal, judiciously.   • Go for a brisk walk in d morning / evening at least 10 000, steps 45 mnts to restore blood circulation to nourish d whole body.    * Tk, 3/4 litres  of water, free from conteminents to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell & prevent constipation.    •Go for meditation to reduce your stress and to nourish cell& tissues to curb fats cells, improving haemoglobin level in blood.    * go for either, cycling, jogging, swimming, skipping, gardening, playing badminton, dancing,regularly.     * opt staircase, instead of a lift in your office.    * Tk, oats with green tea  or, 1 slice of whole grain bread with 1 cup of cooked vegetable soup + 1 fruit (pomegranate, pear) in d breakfast.     * Tk, salad, fruits,sprouts in ample qty in lunch, your meal b preferably, vegetarian ,high in proteins and fibre, maintains 1300-1600 calories through dietary  regulation.      * consume salad, fruits (not juice) whenever you feel hungry.    •Avoid, nicotine,coffee, alcohol,junk food, cookies, burger,pizza ,butter, ghee,sitting on computer late in d night. # Homoeo medicines which r administered gently ,acts rapidly without any adverse effect, thereof. @ Phyto berryQ -10 drops, thrice, with little lukewarm water before each meal • Your feedback will highly b appreciated for further follow up, please. Hi lybrate-user stop eating wheat and wheat products for 1 month, avoid sugar, canned food, refined (use sarso oil only), secondly eat seasonal fruits every alternative days and other alternative days only normal dal, vegetables and rice or mostly south indian dishes. Stat eating triphla chooran in morning emty stomach with luke warm water (available in patanjali stores). And the most important thing start doing surya namaskar in morning. Try not to eat anything after sunset, this will make you slim and healthy.

Firstly, start doing surya namaskar in morning and start eating triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. Start a fruit dieting every alternative day, means you have to eat fruits every alternative days & normal fruit every other alternative days. Avoid late night dinners and try to eat nothing after sunset. Sit in vajrasana after every meal you eat for 10 minutes. Walk atleast 30 min in morning.

Avoid sugar, junk food, fried food and fruit juices. Exercise regularly and take medicene perscribed by your doctor. Medicene will depend on your sugar levels and weight.

1. Keep yourself hydrated. 2. Get extra rest for some days till you feel more energetic. 3. Avoid watching television for long hours. Indulge in relaxing activities. 4. Avoid stress and too much physical exertion. 5. Take a nutritious diet with more protein items in homemade food like soya, sprouts, dals, paneer, milk, seasonal fruits. 6. Do light physical activity, meditation and yoga. 7. Take one good multivitamin tablet after food for 7 days.

Low vit D level has shown to predispose the individual to various respiratory problems both infectious like TB or non infectious like COPD or Asthma. Sunlight has its effect in increasing vit D level. So why not to get on to old age tradition of morning walk, surya namaskar or getting massage in the early morning hours.

I have very low stamina. How should I boost up my stamina. I am easily tired after doing small work mentally as well as physically.

Add 1spoon honey and chawanprash in morning and evening and have 2 cups of milk wth almonds kishmish banana in morning and evening. Avoid fry spicy junk food and aerated drinks and do 30mints of exercise in the day avoid excess salt and spices. Do deep breathing 5times inhale exhale from left nostril than same from right nostril.

1. Reduce weight if you are over weight by regular exercise, 2. Control diet by avoiding oily, fatty, cholesterol rich and high calorie diet, diary food product, fried /processed/junk food, soft drink, sugar, salt, ghee butter meat. 3. Take foods rich in omega3 fatty acid like walnut, fish oil, flax seed oil, high fiber diet, vegetables, beet/carrot and fruits 4. Drink plenty of water 5. Avoid hepato toxic drugs 4. Total abstinence from alcohol, smoking if you are having 5. Monitor your liver function test regularly and consult gastro enterologist/hepatologist for advice and treatment 6. While exceptional penis health is a laudable goal, sometimes a man needs to focus a little less on the superficial health and more on the practical penis function. Very often a penis may seem to be in good health but the penis function may be impacted nevertheless. For example, a man who suffers from anejaculation may have a strong erection, good urinary flow, well-moisturized penis skin and other earmarks of good health but still be deficient in the area of functionality.

What is anejaculation?

It's not one of the more common conditions, which explains why most men are unlikely to even know what anejaculation means. "Anejaculation" refers to a condition in which a man is unable to ejaculate semen.

Anejaculation shouldn't be confused with impotence. A man with anejaculation is still able to obtain an erection and is still able to engage in sexual activity, either with a partner or with himself. In many cases, he is still even able to reach an orgasm - but he does so without releasing semen from his penis.

Kinds of anejaculation

Anejaculation has several different "modes": situational, total, orgasmic and anorgasmic.

Situational anejaculation is a "sometimes yes, sometimes no" condition. It means that sometimes a man cannot ejaculate and other times he can. In most cases, situational anejaculation occurs because a man feels uncomfortable in a particular situation. For example, perhaps a man ejaculates freely when he masturbates at home; however, when with a partner who is masturbating him, he finds himself unable to release his semen.

It's different with total anejaculation, which means that a man doesn't ejaculate at all. This may have been a problem for him his whole life, or it may be of more recent vintage.

Orgasmic anejaculation means that a man is able to reach the bliss of orgasm even without ejaculating; the anorgasmic variation, sadly, means that there is neither ejaculation nor orgasm.

There are, of course, combinations of these types, such as an orgasmic situational anejaculator, who can find climactic relief but does not bring forth semen. A total anorgasmic ejaculator, unluckily, gets neither the delights of an orgasm or the satisfaction of seeing his semen shoot forth from the penis.

What causes anejaculation?

As mentioned above, some cases of situational anejaculation (and some rare cases of the total variant) are caused by psychological factors - discomfort, anxiety, worry, stress, etc. There can be physical causes, such as a blockage in the ejaculatory duct, a spinal cord injury, or a reaction to certain surgery (including some prostate surgery). In some cases, a nervous system malfunction may bring the condition about, and in other cases the culprit is a reaction to some antidepressants or antipsychotics. And often it can be the result of diseases like diabetes or Parkinson's.

Is it treated?

Effective treatment depends upon identifying the correct cause. Relieving stress or other psychological factors, removing duct blockages and treating nervous system problems can be effective. Changing medication may be effective, as can be treating underlying diseases that bring anejaculation about. Penile vibratory stimulation is effective in some men who have suffered spinal cord injuries.

While anejaculation impairs penis function, physical penis health is generally not affected. Indeed, in some ways maintaining that health by using a top flight soothing penis health crème (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin) might even be beneficial. If caused by psychological factors, keeping the penis properly sensitized may help overcome anejaculation due to the greater ease with which stimulation occurs. Use a crème with L-carnitine, a neuroprotective ingredient, to help maintain penis sensitivity. If the crème also contains the amino acid L-arginine, it can also help keep penile blood flow strong - another factor which may be of benefit to the anejaculant man.

lybrate-user you are totaly wrong. Your weight is too much. First of all take diabetic diet, diabetic exercises. And take allopathy tablet glycomet gp 2 mg twice daily before breakfast and dinner. The food you eat is critical for your overall well-being as cancers that often affect the human body are of gastrointestinal origin. Stick to organic and chemical free foods to live a healthier life, since they reduce the risk of cancer substantially. Regular consumption of the food items mentioned below increase your risk of developing cancer, as well as many other conditions and should be avoided at all costs.

  1. Microwave Popcorn: Most microwave popcorn bags are lined with c8, also known as Perfluorooctanoic Acid (PFOA), which increases the risk of certain cancers such as kidney, testicular, bladder, pancreas and liver cancer notably. Microwave popcorn also contains an artificial or synthetic butter flavoring called diacetyl, which is extremely toxic and obstructs breathing.
  2. Canned Tomatoes: While tomatoes are considered to be cancer fighting foods, their canned counterparts are extremely unhealthy and may cause cancer. This is mainly due to the lining of the cans they are put in, which contains a chemical known as Bisphenol A or BPA that has been proven to elevate the risk of infertility as well as prostate and breast cancer. Due to the high acidic level. BPA leaks from the lining of the cans and penetrates into the fruit. Tomatoes should be cooked fresh or stored in glass jars.
  3. Processed/Grilled Red Meat: Processed meats such as sausages, prosciutto, bacon, pimento loaf, bologna, hot dog, etc., contain various chemicals and preservatives such as sodium nitrate. This is added to make the meat look fresh and appealing, but are, in fact, carcinogenic in nature. Moreover, you should also avoid grilling meat, since it releases a carcinogen known as heterocyclic aromatic amines, which is another dangerous food item that smoked meat contains as it picks up tar from the smoking process. 
  4. Farmed Salmon: It is imperative to avoid farmed salmon because they are fed unnatural diets that are contaminated with carcinogens, antibiotics, chemicals, pesticides and so on. They also harbor sea lice, 30 times greater in amount than wild salmon. High levels of PCBs, cancer causing dioxins, and mercury have been found in them. It is advisable to opt for wild sockeye salmon instead of farmed salmon.

To lose weight can be done only in. 2 ways. One is to control through your diet and the other is through exercise. Fix short time goals like try to reduce 1-2 kg in 15 days. This will help to retain your stamina and muscle tone & also will help to keep your weight in check. Dont give up your mind until u reach your goal.
