Increase weight up to 60 kg. Add in your food carbohydrates, proteins, vitamines, minirales, green vegirabales, milk end milk prodycts. Do arobic excersices, yoga, walking will help.

Almond is a super foods if you are overweight it will help you to reduce your weight and if you are underweight or average it will not reduce your weight but maintain a healthy balance between your height weight and body shape. There are hundreds of benefits in almonds so without any hesitation you can consume it but in summers if you are eating almonds make sure they are water soaked.

Hi lybrate-user for increasing body weight, start eating more chapatis and rice with ghee or butter. Take creamed milk upto 400 ml daily. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables, take pulses and pulses products. You can eat homemade fried foods but avoid eating from the market. If you eat non-veg then eat 2 to 3 pcs. Of egg or fish thrice a week. Also take 4 to 6 pcs. Of almonds or cashew nuts or some raisins. Must take exercise daily as it helps in better absorption of food and also increases your satiety.

less weight is sometimes common according to age. Ayurveda believes in digestion not into giving heavy food for weight gain. According to ayurveda, food which are easy to digest but nutrient can gain weight. But I need detait history for perfact solution. Like your appetite? bowel habits sleeping habits kind of your work or job life style diet etc. But till you can do following: take daal rice more. Use cow ghee n milk. Avoid over eating start massage with til oil in morning, after that, do exercise whatever you want. Then bath focus in yourself avoid stress anger fear take ajvayan 1 tsp after meal. Start chyavanprash in morning. For medicine I need you more history.

Generally TB treatment lasts for 9 to 12 months and should be taken regularly and sincerely. If tubes are blocked due to TB then IVF can be tried. Repeating AKT after taking full course is generally not necessau and the values of antiTb antibodies can remain high for a long time even without TB disease.

You may have noticed that professional body-builders take supplements according to a fixed schedule. They take 40 grams of whey just after waking from sleep at morning. They take another 20 grams of whey just 30 minutes before workout. Again they take 40 grams of whey just after finishing workout. Now you are a normal person & unless you have any intention to compete in bodybuilding competition you do not need to follow the above timings of whey protein. In fact you can get the extra protein from your diet only. Try to take 50- 70 grams of protein daily. That would be sufficient for your daily need in initial stage. As you continue progressive overload then you should also increase your protein intake.

Your baby's weight is normal according to the age. Signs of adequate milk production are adequate weiight gain, 6-8 times passing of urine and adequte sleep. Drink enough water. If you take good food millk production will be good. No harm in taking milk and bread.

Yes Manisha you are right..so take healthy diet like high fibre diet which remove toxic agent from your body..drink plenty of water..maximum intake of fruit juices and green tea..include green vegetables and citrus fruit in your diet..take good sound sleep..avoid fatty refined food..always try to be happy...

For weight loss you have to consume less calorie than your daily requirement. Exercise alone is not sufficient you have to take care of your diet first. E. G. If you are doing 1 hour brisk walk you will burn 250 kcal but single package of chips contain kcal. So to decrease weight you require individual diet and exercise schedule.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. There is no conclusive evidence to show that taking antipsychotic drugs leads to precipitating T2 diabetes. However, some studies and metaanalysis has shown that there is an association noticed in certain cases. Thanks.

I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and for loosing weight few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast , khaari ,naan ,white bread . can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water

Hi lybrate-user Everyone wants to reduce fat from some or other part of the body. And the most common problem area is the tummy. Here are 6 tips to keep in mind while you’re worrying about your belly fat: 1. Before you target your tummy fat, try to lose the extra fat around your abs by doing cardiovascular exercises that engage multiple muscles. Try circuit training that burns higher amount of calories in a shorter period. 2. There is no such thing as spot reduction when you have a lot of weight to lose. Instead, try to lose some weight, and once you are thin enough, focus on particular areas to get better results. 3. Get more sleep. If you’re not getting enough sleep and only concentrating on the exercises, you’ll end up over-exhausting yourself. This will do more harm than good. You will end up eating more to fight the lethargic feeling. Try to get at least 6-8 hours of sleep per night in order to win in the fight against belly fat. 4. Eat less sugar and calories.
