Intermittent fasting is a fad diet, and any fad diet can only have temporary results. It is like taking an asprin for headache, without trying to find out the real cause for headache. In case of obesity, the problem is excessive eating/lack of exercise. Unless this core issue is resolved, all temporary measures will only have temporary results.

One boiled egg (full) a day for breakfast is good nutrition. Will help in weight loss since it's protein content will give you a feeling of fullness for much longer.

Your Body Mass Index (BMI) is 21.9 which means you are in normal weight category. Your daily calorie intake to maintain weight needs to be at 1500 calories. One or two rotis per meal with lots of dal, salad etc should work well. Take milk and milk products regularly. Do daily exercise and keep yourself fit.

Belly fat happens due to excessive weight and lack of sufficient exercise. Some changes are needed to reverse this process. 1. To lose weight/belly fat, make healthy food choices and more exercise/activity. 2. Add 2-3 Fruits per day taken in gaps between meals. 3. ‎Eat plain roti/rice with dal with a bowl of salad in each meal. 4. Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/Colas / Fruit Juice from your diet. 5. Anxiety can be resolved by meditation and yoga. Please enrol for any yoga class in your neighbourhood. Also you can try 10 mins of daily meditation through videos on Youtube or through apps like Calm, Insight Timer. There may be an underlying cause for your anxiety, could be due to constant nagging to look perfect by people around you. Try to discover that cause. Take these steps and you can resolve the problem.

Out of 52 weeks if you take liquids for one week, not much change will happen, because you are not resolving the main issue of excessive calories consumption. One or two kgs that you lose through liquid diet will soon come back. The main point to note is that there is no magical instant cure for obesity. It needs long term permanent change. Only then you can see positive results.
