1. To lose weight/belly fat make healthy food choices and add more exercise/activity. 2. Add 2-3 Fruits per day taken 30 mins before meals. 3. ‎Eat plain roti/rice with dal with a bowl of salad in each meal. 4. Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/Colas / Fruit Juice from your diet. 5. Completely eliminate Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice etc 6. Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins. This will keep you slim and trim.

Your baby is still small, be patient, babies are very moody. Her growth is good. If they don't like something, do not force it. Leave it for some days and try again later. Try giving soft things in her hands like paneer, piece of roti etc. She may try to eat on her own after some time. Make her sit along with you on the table when you eat. Give food in her favourite colour bowls. Just be patient and keep trying, she will eventually eat a variety of foods. Do not compare with other kids. Each baby has her own path of growth.

Your Body Mass Index is 22.1 which is in 'Normal' category since 18-25 is Normal. It means you are not overweight, that is why you are finging it hard to lose weight. But still if you want to lose weight, then you can increase your exercise levels/ timings and reduce intake of calories by 200-300 per day and you can lose some weight. Use Myfitnesspal app to monitor your weight loss efforts.

My girl baby is 10 months old. From the beginning she is very attached to me. She did not go to others even her father also. She only need me. But now a days she goes to all others not to me. Just relax, kids have many mood swings. Do not worry, mother will always remain the most important person in her life. Enjoy this free time period, do your hobbies, most new mom's don't even get one minute of baby-free time.

I am a 62 years old man. I am 5'10' and my weight is round about 90 kilos. My full body is OK. But I have a pot belly. I am planing to take Green Tea in the morning empty stomach instead of Black tea with milk. Is it advisable?

First thing to take on empty stomach is two glasses of water. This is good for health. After that as per your choice/taste you can take normal/green tea because green tea does not reduce weight. It only reduces weight in advertisements, not in real life. The only way to reduce weight is by diet and calories control with exercise.

Weight gain is Not normal after Gall Bladder surgery. This surgery only creates minor changes in digestive system, which the body quickly adapts to. There is no reason for weight gain. Please check/control your diet, also start regular exercise so that you can lose weight and be fit.
