Hello sir, I am 31 years old man. BP, Sugar & urine R/M are normal. Before 3 months I had got creatinine @1.22 (0.7-1.17) but after taking NEERI KFT @1 month by guide of ayurveda doctors, I got 0.98 (0.7-1.17). Now I have check serum creatinine@1.5 (0.7-1.4). Green Coffee / Green Tea, these are all plain health drinks and will not help in weight loss. Once body has accumulated fat, that can only be burnt by reduced calories or exercise or a combination of both. People keep looking for such shortcuts like Coffee / Tea / Garcinia etc and waste time, money and energy on such fruitless ventures. Till the time you keep looking for these short cuts, you can never lose weight. The day you realise that the problem is in the food and exercise, that is the day you can begin your journey to being fit and healthy.

Sugar Fasting - below 100 is normal. Or 100-126 is taken as prediabetes and above 126 is confirmed diabetes. 400 level is extremely high. You can be in danger of several body systems getting damaged severely. You need to immediately do four things #1. Visit a physician and take proper medicines.#2. Visit a dietician and take proper diet chart for diabetes. #3. Aim to lose weight immediately as this will bring down the sugar levels #4. Do daily walk/ exercise of 40 mins. Please take action immediately.

Please do a HbA1c Test. If the reading comes below 6.00, then you can discontinue the medicine. However please take proper advice of a doctor before discontinueing with the medicine.

Your Hypothyroidism is at a very low level, hence it can cause max 3-5% weight gain. In you case it will be about 2-3 kgs. Rest of the weight is probably due to diet and lack of exercise. Hence a proper nutrition plan + intensive exercises can help you to bring your weight down. You can come for a personal visit and start a weight reduction plan that will help you to come down by about 10 kgs. It is possible, step by step.

Do not diet. Do not stay hungry. Keep eating lot of fruits and healthy snacks throughout the day. At the gym do 30 mins cardio and 10 mins abs and 10 mins weights. Take a break after 3-4 days if you feel fatigued. Drink lot of water, lime water salted, butter milk. Follow these steps Aim for long term weight loss @ 2 Kg per month = 12 kgs in 6 months. Aspire to be fit and smart and slim. Add more 2-3 Fruits to your daily diet. Double your water intake..>> Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/ Colas/Juices from your diet. Blood Group diet is just a Fad. There is no scientific evidence behind this type of diet. Please don't waste your time searching for these magical cures. There is no magical cure for obesity. You need to change food habits lifestyle.

Green Coffee/  Tea / Honey -Lemon /Aloe Vera etc. These are all just general health tonics. But have no effect on weight. There is no system in the body by which any of such medicines/concoctions can travel inside the body and burn fat Body fat is accumulation of excess food a person has consumed. Such excess fat can only be burnt by Intensive exercise. Avoid spending money/time over such Magical Weight reduction stuff. Because none of it works. Healthy diet and daily exercise is the only way out. Change your lifestyle and change your life.

My sister is very weak physically she eats only 2 roti whole the day .she always feel tired her weight is less and sometimes she feels vomiting I visited to many doc but ayurvedic and allopathic but there is no effect on her .all his test report like blood n thyroid and urine are normal .we r unable to understand that what is the cause behind it .she is only 22 years old .her legs remain cool nd remaining body at normal temp .she always feel a lil bit cold when we turn on the fan. To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy and natural food + daily exercise. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. Eat 20 almonds & 5 dates daily. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, banana shakes etc. If your are Non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish.  For Veg - have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. No need for any extra supplements. Natural diet is best. Go for 30 mins walks / exercise / yoga daily. Feel confident about yourself. All the best!

Vitamin B12 is only found in Animal products like Meat, Eggs and Milk Products. Vit B12 is not found in any vegetable sources. Hence Vegetarians can get your essential Vit B12 from Milk, Curd, Cheese, Butter etc. Deficiency of B12 can lead to anemia, tiredness, skin colour change etc.

Hello, I am 19 years old. The problem is sometimes when I sit on toilet I feel stools are very tight and also there are cuts on the anus mouth. I usually don't eat junk food. 1. Your Body Mass Index is 35.14 - it falls in Obese Class 2 Category. 2. It means you are highly susceptible to lifestyle diseases like Diabetes / BP / Cholesterol /Heart Issues etc. 3. If you become diabetic, it will be solely because of your food habits and lifestyle. Your parents are not to blame for your condition. 4. Mostly diabetes is passed in a family because of the excessive eating habits, not because of genes. Few tips are given below for both you and your parents. You should change your lifestyle now for yourself and your family. Avoid 3 big meals. Instead take small mini meals every 2/3 hours. Take green vegetables/salad with every minimeal. Eat whole grain food/grains like ragi, wheat, jowar, barley, instead of refined grains like maida/ sooji/ white bread, white rice etc.>> Avoid all forms of simple sugars/carbs like Colas, juices, sweets, cakes, biscuits, pizzas, noodles etc.. Eat fruits  with low/medium GI index like apple, guava, mosambi, orange. Do at least 30-45 mins of exercise everyday. Walk for 10 mins after every meal. These steps can help reduce sugar levels.

1. Try to introduce variety of foods. 2. Try to give natural foods. 3. Give food/ snack every 2 hours 4. Keep experimenting with different foods 5. Never force any food including milk. 6. Make meal time as happy time with stories etc. 7. Give more milk, cheese, paneer, almonds, dals, veggies, fruits, curd etc. 8. Avoid artificial foods.

Exercises to reduce Belly Fat -. Running / Jogging / Intense Cardio / Swimming. Intense exercises to be done for one hour at least daily. Crunching is additional exercise for giving shape to abs. However doing only crunches will not reduce any fat/weight. Also reduce your diet to about 1600 calories per day. A combination of diet + intensive exercise can help you reduce belly fat/weight.
