Do warm water with honey early in the morning on an empty stomach helps in weight loss.
Water is good for hydration, not for weight loss. Honey is just sugar, will add more calories to your daily intake, therefore avoid it. There's no shortcut to weight loss. Consume less, exercise more, eat more fruits and veggies. That's the only way to weight loss.

Your food intake still could be high. Increase your running time to 60 mins. Monitor your weight loss through 'Myfitnesspal' app. That will give you an accurate picture of calories intake.

Chia seeds do not lead to infertility. Chia seeds do not result in weight loss. Chia seeds are simply good for health with a lot of good nutrition.

Protein powder will not give you a fullness feeling. If you remain hungry. Later on you may eat high cal snacks like biscuits etc. It's better to have a roti with dal + lots of veg salads, soups etc. That's a sustainable option in the long term.

Your daily calorie needs are about 2500 calories. To reduce, You should consume daily 2000 calories, so that you can lose about 2 kgs per month. If You can add an hour of intense excercise and you can lose about 3 kgs a month. Or 36 kgs in 12 months. Use 'Myfitnesspal' app to monitor your calories. Consult a dietitian to get a complete nutrition plan for you. Currently your BMI is 39+ which can lead to many health issues. It's better you start reducing quickly.

Your weight will grow gradually with age. No need to become desperate now itself. Gym will help you to grow strong and build some muscles after 1-2 years of continuous workouts. Take a good diet. Enjoy your gym, without expecting any instant results. Be confident of yourself, that's most important.

Ab exercise roller wheel is used for cardio. R roller wheel is used to loss weight.
Ab roller wheel is not effective for weight loss. It is a tool for abs toning and body strength. For weight loss, you need to do intense cardio exercises. For 1 hour daily. Intense cardio means Treadmill @ 8-9 Km pH or cardio workouts of similar intensity!

You need to maintain a Food Diary and write down every bit of food and liquids that you take. Do this for one month. If you can't write in diary you can use 'Myfitnesspal' app. Once you do this you will realise that you are consuming too much excess calories. It is better you visit a dietitian to work on a proper plan. But please avoid all sorts of gimmick gadgets / supplements / medicines etc. Just a simple diet of 2 rotis - salads - fruits can ensure better health. Make up your mind. Find a guide to help you. Don't feel sorry for yourself. Find your strength and start moving forward, step by step.

You can try HIIT workouts. There are specific workouts for legs thighs etc however they take longer time to show results. Like 'Skinny Jeans Workout' by Popsugarfitness channel. Aim to stay fit and confident. Love and respect your body. Accept yourself the way you are. There is nothing called as perfect figure. Being happy is most important.

To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy and natural food + daily exercise. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. Eat 20 almonds & 5 dates daily. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, banana shakes etc. If your are Non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. For Veg - have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. No need for any extra supplements. Natural diet is best. Go for 30 mins walks / exercise / yoga daily. Feel confident about yourself. All the best!

Your app has given you wrong data. Your BMR is about 1545 cals. Your daily cal needs based on average - sedentary lifestyle is about 1900- 2000 calories. Currently you are overweight by about 5-8 Kgs. Hence to reduce weight you should be taking in reduced calories by about 300-500. That means your daily intake of calories should be about 1500-1600 if you want to lose weight. But if you want to maintain weight you should be taking 1900-2000 cals. If you take 2789, you will put on weight by about 2-3 kgs per month. Rough distribution of nutrients would be 50% carbs, 20% fats and 30% protiens.

1. Hypothyroid may only lead to weight gain of max 3-5 kgs. Rest of the excess weight is due to a person's own eating habits. 2. There is no magical powder/ drink for weight loss. 3. Cinnamon powder or flaxseeds are generally good for health but they have no impact on weight. 4. For weight loss consult a dietitian and take proper guidance.

To the respected doctors, My little baby has completed 7 months and now 8 month is running. I've started to give him little bit solid food along with the cow milk. But some of my Superiors are not allowing me to give him solid food. The are telling that it's not the proper time. After 1 year I should start the solid food. A baby is ready to take solid food supplements after 6 months. These can be simple soft mashed food, banana etc. It will help in his growth since a variety of nutrients will be available to him. Cow milk / diluted buffalo milk, can be given. Will help in calcium buildup.

Weight does not happen on its own. You make everyday Choices of food. You choose - either food as medicine or food as toxin. Food as medicine means more of fruits, veggies, water, light meals and less of sugars and oils. It will be good if you visit a dietician in town who can study your food/work habits and create a better nutrition plan for you.

Swelling could be due to Thyroid. please get a complete body check done including Thyroid test. Drink more water. Eat less salt, pickles, papas etc. Take 2-3 fruits daily Spend 30-45 in exercise daily.

Aim for long term weight loss 2 Kg per month = 12 kgs in 6 months. Aspire to be fit and smart and slim. Add more 2-3 Fruits to your daily diet. Double your water intake. Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/ Colas/Juices from your diet. Cut down Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice. Eat slowly and mindfully.   Reduce portion size.Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins.  This will keep you toned and trim. Love yourself and respect your body.
