Hii doctor my weight is 72 kg nd I want to loose 10 kg so please can you help it wht shld I do.
1. Aim for long term weight loss @ 2 Kg per month = 10 kgs in 5 months. 2. Add 2-3 Fruits to your daily diet before meals. Double your water intake. 3. Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/ Colas/Juices from your diet. 4. Completely eliminate Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice/Biryani etc 5. Eat slowly and mindfully. Reduce portion size. 6. Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins. This will keep you toned and trim. 7. Love yourself and respect your body. 8. For a customised plan, you can consult me privately.

To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy and natural food + daily exercise. 1. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. 2. Eat 20 almonds & 5 dates daily. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, banana shakes etc. 3. If your are Non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. 4. For Veg - have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. 5. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. 6. No need for any extra supplements. Natural diet is best. 7. Go for 30 mins walks / exercise / yoga daily. 8. Feel confident about yourself. 9. For a customised plan, you can consult me privately.

Thyroid problem is taken care by the Thyroid medicine that you take. It does not effect your weight once you take the medicine. 1. Best exercise for weight loss at Gym is Treadmill. 1. Fast walk at speed of 6+ kmph, then jog at speeds 7-8, run at 9-10. Minimum 40 mins daily. 2. Add 10 mins of abs exercises + 10 mins of strength exercises. This is best combination for weight loss.

Best sources of B12 for vegetarians are Milk, cheese, curd, paneer. Depending on your B12 levels you may need to take additional supplements. Better to consult a doctor for it.

You need to take these steps to resolve your problem 1. Eat a bettter diet with more milk, curd, peanuts, almonds, eggs etc. 2. Do yoga and meditation daily to calm your mind 3. Focus on your work and help one person everyday 4. Download apps like Calm and do 10 mins meditation daily 5. Go for a 15 min walk in a park and observe nature.
