Tea or coffee don't reduce any weight. All such stuff is just marketing dreams, nothing more. There is no tea/ drink/ medicine for weight loss. You got to simplify food habits. Get on to a 1200 calories diet. Do daily 30 mins exercise. Take a long term permanent approach of Health and fitness, only then things can change.

Fasting sugar 100 is Normal. No problem. You can lose weight by reducing calories intake. Take daily two fruits and three bowls of salads before meals. Drink more water and fluids. Exercise 60 mins daily. Aim for long term changes. Going in for 'quick' weight loss always leads to disappoint. Better to aim for good health and fitness on a gradual and permanent basis.

You need to focus on balanced diet iwith exercise, plus studies all together. You can not afford to neglect health & fitness, and postpone the problem for a few years. It will only get worse and lead to several other health issues. Health and fitness is a daily affair as much as brushing your teeth or taking bath. Right now it is better if you consult a dietician and work out a healhty and gradual way to lose weight. Avoid trying short cuts or supplements or medicines, because none of them work. Only a long term and healthy approach will give you best results.

My Grandmother is 68 years old. Her sugar level is not controlling it remains always between 170 before eating food and 234 after eating food. She is not eating any sweet and sugar thing from 2 months. Sugar had also effected her eyes as doctors said that she has white motiyabind. Can somebody suggest Food Chart.

1. Her carbohydrates level should be restricted to 30% only 2. Take only millets instead of atta/rice 3. Take proteins + salad with each meal 4. Walk 10 mins after each meal. 5. Take 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder and one tsp Amla powder with water/ milk daily. 6. Avoid all mithai, white rice, maida, fruit juice etc 7. Double water intake. 8. Follow this and her sugar levels will drop in a month.

1. To lose weight and belly fat make healthy food choices and add more exercise/activity. 2. Add 2-3 Fruits per day taken 30 mins before meals. 3. ‎Eat plain roti/rice with dal with a bowl of salad in each meal. 4. Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/Colas / Fruit Juice from your diet. 5. Completely eliminate Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice etc 6. Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio exercises for 40-60 mins. This will keep you slim and trim.

Immediately give ORS fluids. You can get in any chemist shop. That is first aid. Apart from that check what food he has taken which caused loose motion. Don't give those foods next time. If symptoms are extreme please visit a doctor.

During festival season we tend to overeat sweets and other goodies due to which weight gain happens rapidly. However not to worry, you get back to your old healthy eating habits and your weight will drop once again. Make sure you take lots of salads, fruits and water now onwards. Eat meals on time. If you are getting delayed take some fruits or packed lassi from any shop. Carry fruits like apple and some dry fruits like almonds with you all times. Drink more water or fluids throughout the day. This way you can solve headache problem.

Reduce carbohydrates and sugar from your diet. Do cardio exercises daily for one hour. Do regular abs exercises so that you get a toned ab. Drink more water, take more salads, and fruits. You can drop a few kgs and you will get good results.
