Do both Walking and Yoga daily 20+ 20=40 mins. Also better diet is equally important to reduce BP and Cholesterol. Better to consult a dietitian who can work out a detailed plan for you. Excess weight can worsen the problems that you have. Take corrective steps now.

Best is to increase quality and variety of diet through almonds, cashews, paneer, curds, eggs, fruits, dals etc. Avoid giving artificial things unless recommended by doctor. You may give Vitamin drops for a month and also get deworming done every six months.

Eating powder + Going to gym - to increase weight is not a guaranteed/long term solution. You need to focus on improving your diet to eat natural foods and natural proteins. Also going to gym does not give any instant results. It takes years to build a better body. Right now focus on eating better diet + regular exercise and gradually your fitness, strength, shape will improve. Avoid artificial powders.

Add 2-3 Fruits to your daily diet. Double your water intake. Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/ Colas/Juices from your diet. Completely eliminate Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice/Biryani etc. Eat slowly and mindfully. Reduce portion size. Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins. This will keep you toned and trim.

You are about 8-10 kgs overweight. You need to reduce your diet and increase daily exercise and reduce about 2 kgs a month. Body fat/ belly comes from excessive eating / poor food habits. This needs to be corrected, now since you are young and its possible to do it. Also 60 mins of good cardio exercises daily are needed. Once you switch to healthier habits, you will become fit and get into the shape you aspire to be in.

There is no fixed time for food. These days people have to work on 24/7 routines, it's not possible to stick to fixed timings for food for everyone. Your timings are fine.

I am trying to loose weight. Whenever I start eating only protein rich foods I am able to reduce it. But as soon as I start the normal diet again, the weight is back to where I started. Do I need to get some checkup done as even running 3-4 km daily doesn't help with normal diet.

You need to measure calories daily to check the extra calories coming in. You may be eating excess carbs - rice / roti due to which your weight goes up. You can use 'Myfitnesspal' app to monitor your calories. Try to consume more fruits / salads before your meals. You need to go on a 1700 calories diet per day. This is what your body needs to reduce. You can reduce about 2 kgs per month by this. It will help you to lose about 8-10 kgs in 4-5 months.

I have taken science ayurveda weight gain tablet for one year. After stopped taking that medicine I have some serious side-effects. After I came to know Definitely the medicine contains steroids. Side effects is - USG abdomen report - liver is mildly enlarged 16.6 cm Swollen lymph node - 12x5 mm And I am suffering from chest pain and shortness of breath. Please tell me what to do. Dear Lybrate, My suggestion is to avoid all kinds of medicines and go for natural cure. Under the name of tradional medicines, there are unfortunately a lot of untrustable advice/medicine being given. You are unfortunately a victim of such a system. Try Yoga, exercises, try meditation. Eat good natural healthy diet. Some natural products are known to be good at detoxing the system like Beetroot, Lemon, Green Tea, Ginger, Garlic, apples, carrots, cabbage etc. Please take these on a regular basis. Drink lot of water, do exercise regularly. Human body has a lot of power to get back into healthy zone. It will take some time.

Yes, poha is a healthy option for breakfast. It has about 210 calories for 200 grams serving. It is light on the stomach plus it is nutritious. You can add some herbs to it like dhaniya etc to add some more taste.
