Hello, I wanted to have a suggestion regarding the regular dosage of apple cider vinegar. I am 64 years old and posses good health. Had a condition of gout a couple of years back but am totally healthy now after proper homeopathic diagnosis. Wanted to use the vinegar for reducing belly fat and thus would be grateful if you could suggest me the best dosage routine. Also please suggest the best Apple Cider Vinegar to buy for such medical issues. Thanks.

Apple Cider vinegar does not create any fat loss. These are all myths. No herbs/liquids can help in burning fat. Body fat can only be burnt by reduced calories + daily exercise. You need to reduce your carbs intake. Increase fruits veggies and nuts.

The figures 7.6 - 107 - 80 are not matching. I suggest you get the test done again from another accredited lab. Medicine is not needed for Fasting 107 but 7.6 hba1c is high. Yes, sugar levels can be reversed with proper diet + exercise + weight loss. But first get another test done.

Hello Experts, I've the big question for you. My body weight in March, 2018 was 116 KGs. I started to go Gym. I do exercise daily for three hours. Right now my weight is 98 KGs. My problem was High Blood Pressure. Last year my BP was 148/96. According to Doctors' recommendations, I did all the tests like Blood Test, Urine Test, ECG, Eco Test. But all reports were normal. So, Doctors have told me to loss weight as much as possible. But why my problems are still have like spinning head, pain in back head veins, weakness. It happens suddenly sometimes. And during that times I start to drink daily Bottle Gourd juice then the problems go away. So my main question is that when my these problems will permanently cure? When I will again get back my previous days that I can eat anything occasionally, I can do enjoy anything, I can go anywhere, I will feel fit & healthy ownself?

You have already lost 18 kgs, which is a tremendous achievement. You should feel proud about it. Continue doing right things. You food habits and other habits may have been disbalanced earlier but now under control. Do this out of love for yourself. Pains will reduce, do 10-15 mins light warmup exercises before gymming. Be strong, be confident, you will be able to maintain good habits. Once a while having some high cal meal will not spoil your body- in future. Love good health, love yourself, love what you are doing.

Maybe a deficiency of water or essential salts. It could be due to excessive heat. Not to worry. Take more water, take more liquids like lime water, buttermilk etc, you will be fine.

Weight loss happens 80% due to diet and 20% due to exercise. You are only focussing on 20% exercise, but ignoring 80% diet. Please switch to a 1400 calorie diet per day and you will lose 2-3 kgs per month.

No, there is no truth in such a statement. Banana and egg are part of Banana Cake and it is perfectly safe. Each food which is safe to eat can be taken in any combination. No food can combine with another food to create poison.

To gain weight you can follow these steps. 1. Take two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. 2. Eat 20 almonds & 5 dates daily. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, banana shakes etc. 3. If your are Non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. 4. For Veg - have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. 5. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. 6. No need to take artificial supplements. Natural diet is best. 7. Go for 30 mins walks / exercise / yoga daily.

You can follow these steps for consistent weight loss. 1. Focus on increasing fitness levels then weight will also reduce. 2. Add 2-3 Fruits to your daily diet, before meals. 3. Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/ Colas from your diet. 4. Completely eliminate Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice/Biryani etc 5. ‎Eat plain roti/rice with simple dal and lots of salad in meals. 6. Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins. This will keep you slim and trim. Do 20 mins arms exercises with light dumbbells.

Apple, orange, strawberries can be given. Lesser quantities of banana and melons also can be given. At any time not more than one cup size fruit should be given. Can take 2-3 fruits per day. For giving fruits or any food to check Glycemic Index of foods. It's also called GI Index. This will give you best guidance for diabetic diet.

Target heart rate is 220-age x 80%. In your case it will be 167 x 0.8 = 133. So 133 should be your target heart rate after any intense activity. Your daily calorie needs per day are about 1900 calories. If you consume more than 1900 your weight will go up. If you consume less than 1900 your weight will drop. To calculate exact calories, you can use Myfitnesspal app or consult a dietitian.
