1. To lose weight/belly fat make healthy food choices and add more exercise/activity. 2. Add 2-3 Fruits per day taken 30 mins before meals. 3. ‎Eat plain roti/rice with dal with a bowl of salad in each meal. 4. Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/Colas / Fruit Juice from your diet. 5. Completely eliminate Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice etc 6. Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio exercises for 40-60 mins. This will keep you slim and trim.

If you want to take light foods you can take simple rice + dal or curdrice or poha. Also you can take lot of fluids like water, butter milk, coconut water. In addition if you walk a bit you will feel relieved.

Hello mam/sir, I joined the gym and my weight at that time was 66 kgs. But after leaving gym my weight gained to 4 kgs now my weight is 70 kgs. Please clarify me that how may I avoid the weight gain after leaving gym, because I have to join the gym again. And please also clarify that what workouts should I do so that my weight should not increase like jumba, cardio,yogasun, walk, skipping?

I joined the gym and my weight at that time was 66 kgs. But after leaving gym my weight gained to 4 kg...
Weight control is 70% diet & 30% exercise. One hour of exercise may burn 300 calories which can be negated by just one samosa. You can do any exercise, be it gym or running or zumba, ultimately your weight is going to depend on the diet. Take a 1400 calories diet to lose about 2 kgs a month.

Hi I am 24 years old My height is 5,11 My weight is 115 kgs I tried almost everything to reduce my weight like exercise and diet but unable to reduce my weight So I started taking a pill of garcinia cambogia extract 1500 mg 60%hca pills 2 time each before lunch and dinner After 3 days I started gaining weight now my weight is 117 kg I gained 2 kg with same diet and life style I am afraid of that result .instead of reducing my weight it's gaining What to do now shall I continue or stop that dose? Such medicines which promise weight loss will only make you lose money and time, nothing else. Excess weight needs a long term commitment to change food habits and lifestyle. Stop taking all such medicines, supplements, shakes, green tea etc. Stop looking for short cuts because there is no quick path to fitness. Consult a dietitian who can customise a permanent holistic solution for your health. Step by step you can be fit. 1.Work on 1-2 years time horizon to solve your health challenges. 2. Healthy diet does not mean starvation. It means replacing high calories junk food with better and healthier options like fruits, salads, sprouts. It also means doing daily exercise to stay fit and trim. Exams will keep happening all your life, it does not mean you neglect your health and fitness. Devote one hour to outdoor jogging / gymming etc to stay fit. Try to follow these steps. 1. To lose weight/belly fat make healthy food choices and add more exercise/activity. 2. All such medicines which promise miracles never achieve any results. The only thing you will lose is time and money + lead to more frustration and loss of self-confidence. Oats with flaxseeds can be taken by breakfast. It is a healthy breakfast. However it is not a guarantee to reduce any weight. Weight loss will happen when your over all daily calorie count is reduced by 500 calories everyday. Whether you eat roti in breakfast or oats, it is the same. The total quantities of calories per day needs to be reduced, that is what is the most important part of weight reduction. You can use 'Myfitnesspal' app to monitor your calories. You can try a 1200 calories diet and can lose weight at a constant pace without staying hungry.

As a rule diabetic medicine should not be taken by a normal person. Intake of Metformin by a normal person can result in low body sugar or even fainting. Kindly do not do such experiments with your body. If you want to reduce weight, then change your food habits and lifestyle. Your body is already stressed due to excess weight and now this unwanted medicine will create more problems instead of solving any. Please avoid such dangerous experiments.

To gain weight you can follow these steps. 1. Take two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. 2. Eat 20 almonds & 5 dates daily. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, banana shakes etc. 3. If your are Non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. 4. For Veg - have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. 5. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. 6. No need to take artificial supplements. Natural diet is best. 7. Go for 30 mins walks / exercise / yoga daily.
