Hi, I have a very loose and heavy belly. I should get it reduced. I will not have much time to exercise on my body. What should I do? Is there any type of food that can reduce belly?

Belly reduction will happen by reducing food/calories intake. In your case since you are diabetic, you also need to restrict your carbs intake to 40% of daily calories. Aim for complex carbs/whole grains like brown rice, millets etc instead of simple carbs like white rice, white maida, breads, noodles etc. It's best to consult a dietitian for a proper customised diet plan.

Sir I have a cough (only mucus comes out) since last five years .I have visited numbers of doctors ,they either give me medicines but that doesn't work .have done almost all the test but nothing comes. I have loosing too much of weight inspite of eating every balanced diets, fruits.my nerves can be seen properly and I am feeling too much of weakness please suggest me something.

Eating foods that can boost immunity can reduce your problem. You should try eating daily these items, Two lemons with water - 15 almonds - 1 apple - 1 banana - green leafy vegetables. Try to have these daily without fail for next three months and you will see an improvement. Have your normal food but add these items also to your daily intake of food.

To gain weight you can follow these steps. 1. Take two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. 2. Eat 20 almonds & 5 dates daily. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, banana shakes etc. 3. If your are Non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. 4. For Veg - have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. 5. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. 6. No need to take artificial supplements. Natural diet is best. 7. Go for 30 mins walks / exercise / yoga daily.

MY WIFE 34 Yrs gets pain in her stomach whenever she takes egg It takes hours to relieve even after taking lemon or antacid or any thing otherwise she does not have any pain Sir /Mam what is the possible cause and request you to suggest a possible remedy so that she can take eggs the pain is not severe but it lasts long and near the solar plexus.

Some people have allergy to eggs. There is no solution for it. Just avoid eggs and take eggless products. It may go away on its own after few years.

For thyroid you have to take medicine, there is no other cure for it. It is a normal pill to be taken daily. There is no problem after that. Lack of sufficient Thyroid can hamper in your body processes and metabolism. Please do not skip thyroid medicine. For Weight loss follow these steps. 2. You seem to have Urinary Tract Infection. Please visit a doctor, get proper tests and then prescribed medicine. It is not due to any spices.

Reduce proteins of all types, drink more water, reduce stress. Do meditation daily, take double toned milk, take millets and two lemons daily. This will help to reduce your uric acid levels.
