Hello , 400 is quote high. And it is not just related to tension. What treatment she is taking currently? her blood pressure under control? cholesterol level? since when she is diabetic? get done serum creatinine, urine albumin report too and fundus examination by opthalmologist. And does she have tingling sensation or slipping of chappals in both. Feet?

Bp goes up when. I am working or play sports. If play for 20 mins It go up about 185/95. Heart rate 110. But after a minute it goes down to about. 145/80. Is that normal.

Hello Bjorn, It is absolutely normal for the blood pressure and heart rate to shoot up after a heavy exercise. It should return to normal and stay normal when not doing the exercise.

Hello, well nothing is to be done if you are not feeling nausea as the worms would have been destroyed in the hydrochloric cid of the stomach and shall get digested. Just take a cup of curd after it.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Take control of your diet. Take more and more cereals and cereal products with ghee or butter. Take high protein diet also like pulses and pulse products, creamed milk and milk products, dry-fruits, egg, fish, chicken or mutton.
