It is very important for you to remove fried foods from your diet if you have any intentions of losing weight. •Make sure that you do not include fried chicken, fried meat, fried rice or any other fried snacks in your daily diet. •If you completely eliminate fried foods you can see remarkable changes in your weight in a month or two.

When I masturbate. Usually nothing is wrong, but sometimes after I masturbate, a few minutes later I have to urinate. And when I do, it is usually very painful. The feeling doesn't pass either. My scrotum usually gets tightened up, and there is painful feeling above my crotch. Usually I just sit there, drink some water and I have to urinate (if I can'nt) and very little amount of urine is come for 25-40 min. Until the feeling goes away. ANY idea what this is?

This is a normal phenomenon. There is nothing to worry about this. You can do kegel exercise daily to strengthen your muscles. You will have a greater control over your urination. Before masturbating, make sure that you pass urine beforehand. Holding urine while masturbating can cause some trouble while passing urine later on.

Dear lybrate-user, headache whether its severe, throbbing means you have to take some investigations. Check your B.p, eye check up, xray skull ap view to rule out sinusities. Simply taking pain killers will not do needful.

My friend want to become slim from fat body. Kind of information he do all treatment & everything so, now please tell me what he do for it? here one condition when he try to reduce weight it will be become more weight grater than previous. What he do against this?

The more you will try to crash your intake the metabolism will go low and you will not lose weight but in fact gain more fats too. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss.

you are right. women do feed after operative deliveries too provided that they want to they are guided well baby gets no bottle feed as hungry baby has better suckling reflexes baby needs rest after birth and there is no need to disturb baby to give top feeds like many nurses do in best nursing homes first 48 hour are crucial as mother gets little milk which is dependent on suckling,though she can be helped by a breast pump.

The right way to reduce weight is making a balance in your diet and exercise both. Maintain your calorie intake to maximum of 1500/day and try to burn 500 calories per day through exercise the ratio of carbohydrates, protein and fat of the total diet should be: carbohydrates -50% protein-40% fat-10%

Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism. Many a times weight gain takes time. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat about 6 calorie dense meals a day. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Only if you break down can you grow or develop or rebuild. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation. You need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal first before starting any supplement.

You can do mammography test and upload report, if there is no history of injury due to rough handling of breast.

Looks like he is just a little away from normal ...it shall get better once he regularly does physical routines and follows diet restrictions Reduce foods like curd banana non- veg sprouts and refrigerated foods and drinks Instead try having good amounts of Amla barley oats buttermilk garlic and warm water always when drinking This should take care from his levels getting abnormal

Lybrate-user, start taking protinex or any high protein supplement from the chemist shop as well as take high protein and high carbohydrate diet devided into 3 main and 3 small meals daily. You must be taking iron and calcium tablets as feeding your baby. Your baby is noe 2 years so try to reduce or stop breast feeding and give additional food to your baby now.

Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit and join a gym with a professional trainer.

Take high calorie and high protein diet do excercise or walk regularly. Don't skip brkfst. With brkfst take 1 glass of milk n add 2 badam n 2 anjeer. Take 4-5 meals in a day on frequent interval.

Weight gain is muscle gain and not fat gain. In your condition your energy requirement is very high so whatever you eat is used as a source of energy and you do not make muscle. To gain muscles you will have to eat at least 6 meals (high calorie) in a day at a regular interval with a proper ratio of proteins and carbohydrates. Proteins will help you gain body mass while carbohydrates will help you give energy. Protein foods are eggs, fish, chicken, milk and milk products, meat and dals. Carbohydrate foods are roti and rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes. You have to eat vegetables and fruits and use healthy and good fats for cooking like ghee, cold pressed mustrad or til oil. You will also have to do some weight training exercise to help you build mass into the body. Also drink enough water to keep you hydrated.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Have a dinner at 8.00pm and sleep at 10---11.00pm.

If you have fat around the belly and thighs, then you should get a thyroid test done to rule out any health concerns. If your periods are irregular, that can cause belly fat too. Treat the period irregulatity first and then go for fat reduction. If you do not have any of the above problems then follow the following recommendations. Belly fat is one of the toughest things to reduce. So the first step is to be patient and persistent in your efforts 1. Exercise - this is the most important part of fat reduction. With out exercise none of the weight loss tips will work. So be sincere and regular with the exercises. You can do yoga or cycling or skipping, these will work specifically on the target areas - belly and thighs 2. Jeera/cumin water - my patients have given me excellent feedback for this tip. Boil 2 tsp of cumin in half liter of water for ten minutes, filter and drink this water when it is luke warm. You need not have it in one shit. Have one cup every now and then. Do this daily for best results 3. Massage with warm sesame oil followed by warm water bath - this will help loosen up the fat moecules.
