Hye. Thanks for the query. Maintain a well-balanced and healthy diet. Without a proper diet, your efforts at the gym are useless. You need to ensure you are eating a sufficient amount of protein. Determine how many grams of protein you should eat a day (based on weight and physical activity). Great sources of protein include: nuts and nut butters, beans and other legumes, soy milk, cheese, egg whites, lean meats, poultry, and fish, tofu, sprouts are a great source of proteins for vegans. Ensure that your diet consists of mostly raw, minimally-processed foods. Eat plenty of vegetables, fruits, lean proteins, and whole grains. Opt for nutritionally dense foods that are low in fat and high in fiber. Stay away from soda and sugar. Drink alcohol in moderation. Avoid tea and coffee as much as possible as both tend to dehydrate muscles leading to low muscle volume. Stick with it! the only way to get stronger is to hit the weights frequently. Also, try to do activities during the day that involve working your muscles. Get plenty of sleep. Your body requires lots of rest, so make sure to sleep at least 7 hours a day. If you go to the gym, make sure to do only what you can. Don't try to compete with other people who are lifting heavier weights. Everyone is different, and you will see progress if you are consistent with your diet and exercise routine. Do not use steroids to build muscles; steroids will hurt your body. Supplements will be useful only when your exercise intensity and diet is good.

Mg/dl 84 mmol/l 5 after meal and fasted mg/dl 58 mmol/l 11. Either way I feel tired low drive to work body is cold and weak and my friends said it's hot it's 22 degrees outside something is wrong.

Hi, take tab. Dolo 650 mg 1-1-1 after food for 1-2 days. Keep recording your temparature. If it is too high, do tepid sponging. Wear loose cotton garments. Drink plenty of fluids. Consume light and easily digestable food. Drink boiled and cooled water. Take tab. Vomikind md sos arrest vomitting sensation.

Dear your mother's fat has deposited in the abdomen and liver. Causing fatty liver. To reduce this fat she needs to control her diet and lifestyle. Have more of protein foods but low fat and complex carbs. If she does some activity your wil be faster. The diet has to be regulated over the day. Hi Anil Excess fat deposit on tummy area is due to insulin and glucagon hormone imbalance. To lose tummy fat you should avoid starchy and sugary food exm. chapati, rice, bread, potato. U can use high protein diet exm. pannier, egg, chicken. Take lipolyzer tummy tablet after lunch and dinner.

Vegetables are an important part of healthy eating and provide a source of many #nutrients, including potassium, fiber, folate (folic acid) and vitamins a, e and c. Options like #broccoli, spinach, #tomatoes and #garlic provide additional benefits, making them a superfood!

Potassium may help to maintain healthy blood pressure. Dietary fiber from vegetables helps reduce blood cholesterol levels and may lower risk of heart disease.

Folate (folic acid) helps the body form healthy red blood cells. Women of childbearing age who may become pregnant and those in the first trimester of pregnancy need adequate folate to reduce the risk of neural tube defects and spina bifida during fetal development.

What to eat while going gym in the morning? I am feeling low (low energy) after 1 hr of exercise of aerobics and yoga.

to gain weight you should eat food rich in protein and calories. The right combination of healthy food, exercise, right breathing rest and sleep, go a long way in a happier. Focus on eating each meal containing a protein then do regular exercise. Follow it up with a heavy and healthy breakfast. Take moderate lunch and dinner. Add Banana, Milk, Eggs, including yellow yolk, Mango, rice gram, peanut, butter are helpful in gaining weight. Potatoes, bananas are a great choice because they?re high in protein and calories. Dried Fruit:Dried fruit is a rich source of fiber.Moreover, it has a high content value of vitamins and minerals which are necessary for overall health .

U should give him more hygienic care. Give him water after boiling .nothing to worry it may be due to teething process also, add a pinch of black pepper powder in his meal. Pomegranate juice is also good.

Tips for weight gain 1) eat foods rich in protein like milk and milk product, eggs, chicken, meat. 2) eat energy dense foods like nuts, dates, potato, halwa, kheer etc. 3) eat fruits high in energy like banana, chickoo, sitaphal, mango, grapes. 4) eat two servings of pulses in a day esp. Soybean and urad dal. 5) have proper rest.
