Apply hot fomentation twice daily. \navoid bending in front. \npostural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana? lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a da.

Hi you can make slim body but slowly consistently. First stop taking all fried foods, junk, cream based foods. No butter, ghee, dalda, no oily too much parotha, puri foods. Very less rice. Go for high fibre based diet, whole grains, multi grains flour, take plain roti, phulka, vegetables low in potatoes, more gourd s like bitter, bottle, snake gourd etc. Do not consume nuts group, coconut, banana, mango. Sleep only at night 7 hrs. Most importantly you be dynamic, more working not sitting one place but outdoor at pollution free zone.

Dear lybrate user, increasing weight does not mean that you will go fatty. In fact, extra fat serves as a precursor of many diseases. In order to increase your weight as well as stay healthy you have to increase the muscle mass of your body. Normally a muscle undergoes an increase in size when it gets hypertrophied due to weight training. Weight-training leads to the pumping of blood to the muscle resulting in increased protein synthesis in the muscles. This applies to every muscles of human body. So, weight training is a must to increase weight. Whenever a muscle gets hypertrophied it demands protein to expand. Here comes the need of protein supplement. The most effective protein supplement is whey protein. For quicker & better results take 40 grams of whey just after waking from sleep at morning. Take another 20 grams of whey just 30 minutes before workout. Again take 40 grams of whey just after you have finished your workout. Kindly remember gaining weight is a time -taking process. So do not expect any result within fortnight.

Depression - How To Manage It?

Depression, a psychological condition marked by sadness, lethargy, exhaustion, helplessness and hopelessness can develop among men and women of any age, at any point in their lifetime. It is difficult to pinpont the exact cause of depression, however, financial setback, failure in a relationship, academic under-performance, vocational under-achievement and several other socio-economic stressors of this sort are known to cause Depression how we know it in current times. 

Prolonged and untreated Depression can compromise the depressed individual's immunity making them vulnerable to several other health problems. Therefore, one must make efforts to get out of a depressed mode as soon as possible. While dealing with feelings of sadness it is important to accept one's condition, identify the reasons behind those feelings and try as much as possible to come out of it using one's own efforts. In order to recognise your stressors and work your way around those you must- 

Sleep well: While you are resting through various stages of sleep your body is getting ready to take on more life for when you wake up and get going. A good night's sleep rejuvinates the body and repairs the day-to-day wear-and-tear that the body undergoes. Not getting enough rest on the other hand can lead to many health problems, further worsening a depressed person's condition. Therefore, sleeping is important. If needed, you must force yourself to sleep. 

Eat well: A depressed person might binge eat and/or over eat or avoid food altogether. Many clinically depressed people report indulging themselves in foods like chips, chocolates and such other high-calorie foods. Such an eating pattern will lead to weight gain and predispose one to obesity and obesity-related health problems. Alternately, if one lacks the desire to eat anything, then, this too can lead to adverse effects as the body's nutritional balance gets disturbed. So, make an effort to keep your body nourished at all times. 

Exercise: Regular exercise is very useful in that it acts as a diversion from stressful or negative thoughts and also helps in keeping the body active. In case you do not like to exercise, you can opt for jogging or running. Even a simple walk out in the open can be beneficial. Going out, inhaling fresh air, connecting with the nature can all help shift focus onto the positive aspects of life and enhance the quality of your thoughts. Small windows of positive thoughts in one's daily life can do wonders for anyone. 

Keep yourself engaged: Engaging in activities that one doesn't do every day can distract your mind and also make you creative as well as productive. Such activities might include gardening, painting, cooking, riding a bicycle and the likes. While engaging in such activities can keep you busy, keeping your mind off from wandering to catastrophic thoughts you might even discover some of your hidden talents in the process. 

Trust in your abilities: No one is perfect and many times one's social, economic and/or physical conditions are not contributing favorably in achieving one's ambitions and desires. In such conditions it is important to focus over what one is capable of doing and making earnest efforts at making the best out of one's situation. Sooner or later change will occur. These are some of the ways you can use to fight away depression. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Psychologist.

Do not use zaptra 12.5, the natural remedy which I am telling may sound weird but its followed by millions of people who trust ayurveda and naturopathy. You have to put 2 drops of warmed cow ghee in your nostrils at night before sleeping, you will have a sound sleep, no snoring, mind relaxed, no anxiety secondly sleep with your head in east or south direction never in north or west direction. Start doing meditation, pranayam and surya namaskar for best results. Bhramari pranayam is best for all mental relaxation, avoid over crowded place, do not involve in arguments, smile a lot, help needy people it will give you inner happiness, do not keep things for pending. Resolve them at the soonest. At last sleep for 7 to 8 hours. Thanks.

Your problem is gynecomastia with enlarged nipples on both sides. Only solution is surgical removal of fat with liposuction, excision of fibrous gland and reduction of enlarged nipples.

As you all know that most of the dental problems are due to sugary food or food lodgement in inter space of two adjacent teeth.
Reason is that our toothbrush bristles are unable to reach between interspaces of two tooth.
Now a days we dentists recommend dental floss to clean the interspaces of teeth and helps in maintaining tooth intergrity and the chances of tooth decay get reduced to much extend
Sometimes there may be sensitivity in teeth it's just because of worn or grinding of enamel of tooth whose treatment depends on severity of worn off of that layer. It may require cap or may require root canal then cap.
So to take care of your teeth for long period always visit to your dentist in every 6 months and ask for the better care of your smile on your face.

* Firstly take your meals with proper chewing and dont be hurry in taking meals to avoid acidity after meals. * Take less spicy food & avoid chilly in meals. * Try to avoid stress. If you feel unable to avoid stress & extra thinking then follow meditation techniques. Sit in a calm & well airy room & do long breathing. Concentrate on your breathing. Do it for atleast 3-5 minutes twice a day. You can do Anulom - Vilom Pranayam in the morning .It calm down your mind and lower the gastric irritation. * Put 1 teaspoon of Fennel seeds ( Saunff)in a glass of water in night and drink this water in morning everyday to cure gastric problem. * Take few leaves of mint ( Pudina), coriander leaves( Dhania), pinch of rock salt & pinch of black pepper.crush them well and make paste.Take 1 teaspoon this paste( Chatni) with meal in morning & evening.
