What should I do for weight lose. How I can get slim. Not slim atlst average. Which trips should I need to follow?
Body gains weight due to different reasons like improper digestion, acidity, constipation, side-effects of some medicine, low physical activity. You can follow some tips in daily routine. 1. After every meal, drink 1 cup boiling water with spoon sip by sip. After half an hour you have taken meal do this daily. 2. Try to avoid eating heavy food after 7 pm. As it takes time to digest heavy food. 3. Drink 1 glass water half an hour before meal. 4. Drink 2 glasses of lukewarm warm daily in morning. 5. Try to do some exercise. Yoga and meditation are very good in losing weight and maintaining it also. Yoga asanas you can do - manduk asana - sarwang asana - setubal asana - pawan mukht asana -nauka asana pranayama -anulom vilom -deep breathing - kapal bhati other exercises -crunches -cycling -leg rotation

Hi I am 38 years old guy, I do regular exercise for 4 days in a week for at least one hour that includes cardio and strength training. My height is 167 cm and weight 78. My weight seems to be constant since one year no gain no reduction. I want to reduce weight of about 10 kg. I am not taking any protein supplements nor any other supplements nor I do dieting. Don't skip breakfast. Eat regular meals. Eat plenty of fruit and veg. Get more active. Drink plenty of water. Eat high-fibre foods. Read food labels. Use a smaller plate.

Do regular exercise like brisk walking (at least), running, swimming etc. Avoid sedentary and lazy lifestyle. A glass of warm water mixed with the juice of half a lemon. A teaspoonful of honey can be added have it early in the morning. For more details consult me privately.

Change food habites. Avoid too oily end ghee prepretions, fast, spacy junck foods, over eating. Take simple veg home made foods. Salad, green vegitabales, take less as you fill hungery. Do arobic excersices, yoga, fast walking will help you. See health tips on lybrate.

Carrot juice is very effective in reducing fat from your body. Take one or two fresh carrots and peel off its outer skin. Now put the carrots in a juice blender and extract its juice. Drink a glass of carrot juice every day in the morning. You can also include carrots in your daily salad mixture or eat as raw carrots or can even have it steam cooked with other vegetables every day to see a visible weight loss.

Hi lybrate-user Everyone wants to reduce fat from some or other part of the body. And the most common problem area is the tummy. Here are 6 tips to keep in mind while you’re worrying about your belly fat: 1. Before you target your tummy fat, try to lose the extra fat around your abs by doing cardiovascular exercises that engage multiple muscles. Try circuit training that burns higher amount of calories in a shorter period. 2. There is no such thing as spot reduction when you have a lot of weight to lose. Instead, try to lose some weight, and once you are thin enough, focus on particular areas to get better results. 3. Get more sleep. If you’re not getting enough sleep and only concentrating on the exercises, you’ll end up over-exhausting yourself. This will do more harm than good. You will end up eating more to fight the lethargic feeling. Try to get at least 6-8 hours of sleep per night in order to win in the fight against belly fat. 4. Eat less sugar and calories. Belly fat is easily reduced with a controlled diet. Try to include more protein and fiber rich vegetables that will keep you full for longer, resulting in less snacking between meals. 5. Drink more water as this will keep you satiated and will prevent you from mistaking thirst for hunger. 6. Eat more fat to burn more fat. Hi Exercise alone is not sufficient to lose weight. You will have to change your diet as well. Stop eating refined foods and added sugars for a week and check whether there is any change in weight.
