Dear Patient, find the diet chart for yoour problem. Along with this i will also suggest you homeopathic medication for complete cure and non-recurrence of the disease. DIETARY MANAGEMENT: ? In acute phase of disease rest and take only liquids- water with salt and sugar, fruit juices- water melon, etc, start dioralyte in case of severe diarrhea. ? Later start with semi solid, light and bland diet ? porridge, soups, fruit juices etc. ? Add a pinch of turmeric to food, it has anti inflammatory properties and its action is seen more in the colon. ? Try to consume more of antioxidants (vitamin A, E, C, Selenium etc.)? Most fruits and vegetables contain bioflavanoids, which is a good antioxidant. ? Eat well balanced diet, will boost up your immunity. ? Increase fiber intake in your diet ? whole grains, bran, oat, green leafy vegetables, peas, beans, potatoes, raw vegetables, salads, dried fruits and fresh fruits. ? Eat fruits and vegetables with the skin. ? Limit fried and fatty food. ? Avoid intake of milk and milk products. ? Increase intake of iron ?jaggery, beet roots, green leafy vegetables, and nuts ? Brazil nuts and almonds, dried fruits, dates, prunes, raisin. ? Increase intake of vitamins and minerals ? most vitamins and minerals are present in vegetables and fruits so try to consume vegetarian food more. ? Avoid non- vegetarian food. ? Avoid refined sugars. ? Avoid food that you are allergic to. ? Avoid tea, coffee and aerated drinks.

For backne: Most important is hygeine. Keep your body clean and scrubbed, wear cotton clothes. Bathe twice with anti bacterial soap like Cetaphil or Sebamed. Improve your diet, leave junk food. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables

Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like *physical or emotional stress, inadequate protein intake, genetics, anemia, aging, hormonal changes, prolonged illness, deficiency of vitamin b6 and folic acid, thyroid diseases. *hair fall can also result when one indulges in too much dying, blow drying or use of hot curlers. *dandruff can also be great cause behind hair fall. Take homoeopathic medicine graphites 30 (4 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days and update. Apply jobarandi hair oil. *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *take a sound sleep. *avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight. *avoid hot hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends. *it is best not to comb the hair while it is wet as this leads to greater chances of hair breakage.

Hi, your child bed wetting problem can be cured with homeopathic treatment. But may take a few months for complete cure to happen. First give her equisetum hym 200, 5 pills two times a day for two days.

Hello, Beard is purely genetic make up. It could be a pituitary issue, hair follicle or their lack of, or could possible even be genetics. To make hair grow you need to stimulate, moisturize, and cleanse. Use a soft bristle scrub brush for the face and use circular motions using a eucalyptus, menthol, and/or peppermint type cleanser or lotion. The invigoration of the brush and cleanser/moisturizer will wake up that hair follicles and gives them a signal to produce. Make a mixture of Argan oil, Jojoba oil, sesame oil and olive oil and massage your beard and moustache daily to grow and maintain black and smooth hair.

Red Vs White Wine - Which One Is Good For Your Health?

Wine lovers have a difficult time answering this question to others, red or white, as both have their share of points when a comparison is being drawn between the two. Too many researches have been undertaken to make a choice and the following are some points that might help you decide. 

Some popular white wines include Champagne, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Riesling, and Chenin Blanc. Popular red wines include Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, Pinot Noir, Syrah, Merlot, and Sangiovese.

White wine is made from white grapes, without any skin or seeds. Red wines are made from whole dark red or black grapes, and the skin adds to the flavour and colour. Red wines are richer, white ones are sweeter.

Though wine lovers would decide on red or white wine depending on their preferred taste, from a health point of view, red wine wins over white wine. Though they are both made of grapes, they do not provide any benefit like fruits. Through fermentation, their original nutrition is lost but newer benefits towards heart and lung health settle in. 

Read on to know more:

  1. Red wines have less natural sugar compared to white wines, though there is no significant difference in terms of carbohydrates or calories.
  2. Both have equal amounts of calcium, which is good for bones.
  3. Red wine has more amount of iron, phosphorus, and magnesium compared to the white variety.
  4. Red wine has as much potassium as in a banana, so beats the white variety again.
  5. Carotenoids like lutein and zeaxanthin are found in good amounts in the red variety, which is good for macular degeneration.
  6. Red wine also is richer in choline, which prevents liver damage and overall inflammation.
  7. Red wines, with the skin as well, contain resveratrol which is protective against heart disease. They prevent plaque formation in the arteries, improve the immune system, and inhibit cancer growth.
  8. The polyphenol in them are excellent antioxidants and help in preventing cholesterol levels, reducing blood pressure, strengthening the immune system, are anti-infective and anticancer agents.
  9. The flavonoids in the red wines also have strong antioxidant properties and help in reducing the risk of cancer.
  10. White wines are more acidic, and so are proven to cause more erosion of the teeth. Red is safer, with less damage to the teeth.

Though white is sweeter, the red one is healthier. With its benefits over the white variety is almost all aspects, it wins over. A word of caution, though wine contains alcohol, which has its own harmful effects on the body. The debate here is only to prove that red wine has more benefits compared to the white variety when consumed in moderate amounts (up to 2 drinks per week). If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a dietitian-nutritionist.
