Hi, loose your extra weight this will not only lower your blood but also helps lowering your blood pressure cholesterol too. You should go for 30 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes daily. Take lukewarm water with half spoon methidana powder in the morning. Include complex carbohydrates and high fibre food in your diet. Avoid junk food and oily food. Never miss out breakfast. If you are also suffering for high blood pressure then you have to leave pickle, papad and pouring extra salt. Take small and frequent meals.

Sir, You need to be examined for proper advice. As a first aid, I advice you to take lot of water You can do Warm Salt water gargling of mouth daily after walk. Get back to me if problems persist.

How Can You Boost Your Immune System?

The immune system of the body essentially plays two important roles. Firstly, it protects the body from bacteria, viruses and other foreign organisms, thus preventing the onset of infections and diseases. Secondly, it ensures that body cells are functioning properly and are not degenerating. Thus, the immune system of the body is quite effective and is responsible for your overall health.

There are times when the immune system becomes weak and is thus unable to fight foreign organisms invading the body. A direct indication that your immune system is weak is when you catch the seasonal cold or flu. In such a case, you have to take certain steps to give a boost to your immune system, such as-

  1. Live healthy- Living healthy does not only include eating a balanced diet and exercising regularly. Make sure that you get enough sleep on a daily basis and avoid smoking along with consumption of alcohol. It is also essential that you maintain your weight and keep a tab on your blood pressure.

  2. Maintain good hygiene- Hygienic habits such as washing hands before every meal and after using the toilet go a long way when it comes to boosting the immune system.

  3. Reduce sugar intake- As per research, it becomes more difficult for white blood cells to fight bacteria when the sugar level of the body is very high, which is why the immune system gets surpassed, and you are more susceptible to infections.

  4. Consume healthy fats- Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids play an important role in boosting the immune system. These healthy fats help the immune system to make prostaglandins, which effectively destroy germs and viruses that have invaded the body.

  5. Avoid the consumption of toxic food- As far as possible, make sure that you are consuming organic food. This is because food grown on a commercial scale is full of toxic chemicals from the pesticides, insecticides, preservatives and artificial colours added to it. The toxic chemicals have a grave impact on the immune system of the body, which can lead to severe complications in the long run.

Although, you want your immune system to be strong and effective, make sure that it is not highly overactive. A highly overactive immune system can also lead to many health complications, such as the onset of autoimmune conditions. All in all, make sure that you are leading a healthy and balanced lifestyle. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a doctor and ask a free question.

This may be because of acidity/ indigestion/ gas or it may be muscular pain avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food also tell me associated symptoms like vomiting sensation, loose motion/ burning sensation in chest or any other symptoms are present or not? so that we can reach diagnosis. We may need to start medications after personal consultation.

Few things related to headache so that we can plan the treatment accordingly - if pain is associated with blurred or decreased vision than check your eye sight for refractive error - if the pain is associated with cold and fever than we have to rule out sinusitis as the cause and if the pain is pulsatile in nature and with a throbbing pain usually with an aura than we have to rule out migrane as the cause - if the pain is associated with neck problems than we have to rule out cervical spondylosis as the cause - if the pain is associated with either low or high bp or due to hyperacidity than we have to treat the cause after examination.

Hi lybrate-user, it depends what kind of ability you are talking about. Nevertheless, its no rocket science, just be yourself make your partner comfortable, pay attention to their sexual needs as much as you pay to yours. Ask her what she wants, do not make it boring experiment, compliment her to let her feel more comfortable, do more foreplay before intercourse. If you feel stress just do deep breathing exercise before entering such situation. All the very best.

7 hour sleep is okay more sleep will make person dull better to sleep 6-7 hour in a day not less and not more I thing i want to tell you that if you can relax your mind by Rajyoga meditation than you can reduce your sleep upto 5-6 hour and you will feel fresh and active

Best time to have your breakfast is between 8-9 am. You can't be skipping your breakfast as this will become the 1st major meal of the day replenishing all the vital nutrients through out the body especially the brain which functions best on having it. A good balance of proteins, carbs, micronutrients should be made. Buckwheat sandwiches, beet root kulchas, stuffed veg and paneer paranthas, egg sandwiches, Apple cucumber smoothies, alfalfa sprouted sandwiches

frequent/ continuous cough cold may be because of many reasons like: 1. Any ent problem like dns polyp sinusitis 2. Low immunity 3. Allergic condition There are some supplement available that can be start after personal consultation and these supplement can reduce severity and no. of episodes of this problem you need to consult ENT doctor for proper examination and further management.

Excessive sweating could be due to 1. Anxiety, nervousness 2 obesity, diabetes, thyroid problem, 3. Alcoholism or due to effect of some anti hypertensive and psychiatric drugs 4. Investigate yourself to rule out these diseases 5. Avoid anxiety, nervousness, tea/coffee, alcohol, spicy food, chocolate etc 6. Try some anti antiperspirant lotion or roll on.

Dear Lybrateuser, - Do not worry the problems are not due to masturbation, stop thinking about it & try to keep your mind busy in studies, do exercise, listen to music, follow a hobby, if urge is there go for a walk - avoid fried, spicy & junk foods - have a well balanced diet with more of fruits & vegetables including green leafy ones, whole grains, protein foods like eggs, milk & milk products, non veg, lentils, beans, pulses, sprouts, peas - take tablet Pan 40, 1 tablet half an hour before breakfast daily morning - do regular exercise like walking, jogging, swimming, cycling, play a game, do moderate weight lifting 2-3 times a week, also do yoga & deep breathing daily morning for 5-10 min to keep fit.
