My mother has burning pain while urinating. Urine in drops and in slow quantity at a time. She goes for urination frequently 4-5 times in a hour. In sonography no negative symptoms found. Only blood found in urine which is not seen directly by eyes. Doctors says reports are normal. She is not diabetic. please advice treatment, medicine name to cure. Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like mental worries, nutritional deficiency, hereditary and anaemia. *Make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *Eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *Avoid stress and anger. *Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *Take a sound sleep. I have fever what should I do now?
Fever is not considered medically significant until body temperature is above 100.4 F (38 C). Fever serves as one of the body's natural defences against bacteria and viruses which cannot live at a higher temperatures. Also, the body's defence mechanisms seem to work more efficiently at a higher temperature -Fevers of 104 F (40 C) or higher may be dangerous and demand immediate treatments like: -Acetaminophen (dolo-650 mg) twice or thrice can be used to lower a fever . Aspirin should not be used for fever in children/ adolescents or during a viral illness. -Wear loose fitting clothes and don’t overdress. Overdressing can cause temperature to rise further. -Tepid water (85 F [30 C]) bathsmay help bring down a fever. -The body should be cooled with a wet sponge. -A fever can cause severe dehydration. Drink plenty of fluids.. Have citrus fruits, particularly Vitamin C rich ones like mausami,Amla juice etc. -Take light and easily digestible home cooked meals .avoid outside food -Wash hands frequently with soap and water especially after returning from public places or public transport. -Further therapy depends on the cause of fever like urinary infection/typhoid or malaria/dengue infection and the accompanying symptoms that need to be investigated and treated accordingly

Hi, You should start with Arsenic Album 30, 6 pills a day for next 14 days at 7 pm daily. After that report me with before and after photograph of the patch for further treatment. Management - Avoid sun light exposure. Apply papaya and tomoto pulp to them daily and massage there for 10 minutes.

Hello Mr. lybrate-user kumar WEIGHT LOSS DIET Things to be followed 1.No salt intake after 7: 30 am 2.No aerated drinks. Even Liquor too. 3.Restrict mango and banana. 4.Restrict potato and rice. 5.No artificial juices. 6.Half an hour aerobic exercise daily. Joining a gym for workout will be a better option. 7.20 mins of breathing exercise (pranayam). 8.Avoid Rajmah, Channa, Peas, Mushroom, Gobi, Pumpkin, Leafy vegetables, Capsicum, Paneer, Cheese, Curd, Non Veg, Maida related items (like Bread, bun, pizza, burger etc), Deep fried and spicy food, Sweets, Sugar, carbohydrate rich fruits like apple, Sapota, Banana etc. 9.Avoid rice intake in the morning and strictly in the night. 10.Avoid intake of refrigerated food in the morning, prepared previous night. 11.Intake of food should be on time without skipping even a single meal. 12.Maintain min two hours of gap between dinner intake and sleep. 13.Consume minimum eight glasses of water a day. 14.“Early to bed and early to raise” should be strictly followed. Sleeping Late night should be strictly avoided. 15.Have fruits only in the noon time. Avoid fruits consumption in the night (occasionally can be taken before dinner). 16.Stop intake of milk during bed time. 17.Bathing should be before food intake only. 18.Tea, milk intake should be twice a day preferably morning and evening. Coffee intake should be strictly avoided. DIET PLAN FOR Week 1 6: 30 am (as soon as you wake up) – 2 glasses of methi seeds water (soak 1tsp of methi seeds in 2 glasses of water. Strain out the methi seeds and drink the water. Helps a lot in water retention and bloating) 7: 30 am – ginger tea/ green tea. 9: 00 am – One bowl Papaya or 200 ml Mongdal gruel with little jaggery. 11: 30 am – four cucumber slices/raw raddish 1: 30 pm – A small plate of salad before starting the meal. The fibers in the salad fills you up which in turn prevents false hunger that makes you overeat. 1dry chapati with 1 bowl of dal, with one bowl rice, rasam, 1 glass buttermilk. 5: 00 pm – 1cup of milk or tea with 2 biscuits (just marie, no other biscuits) 8: 30 pm –A small plate of salad before starting the meal. 2 or 3 dry chapati with vegetable curry or dal. When this week ends, you can see reduction in weight up to 1.8 kilos. U lose the max in this week because you lose all the water weight and the bloating as well. The further weeks you are surely going to lose weight but it won’t be this much. Week 2 6: 30 am (as soon as you wake up) – 2 glasses of tulsi leave water (soak 5 tulsi leaves in 2 glasses of water. Strain out the leaves and drink the water.) 7: 30 am – ginger tea/ green tea. 9: 00 am – 1 bowl of veg salad or Semi liquid gruel (lightly salted and flavored with pepper, Jeera, Ginger, Garlic, coriander, pudina) prepared out of broken barley. 11: 30 am – Small bowl papaya without peeling skin. 1: 30 pm – A small plate of salad before starting the meal. 1dry chappati with 1 bowl of dal, with one bowl rice, rasam, 1 glass buttermilk. Or Only 3 dry Chappatis with veg curry and 1 glass buttermilk. 5: 00 pm – 1cup of Coffee/milk/ tea with 2 marie biscuits only. 8: 30 pm –A small plate of salad before starting the meal. 2 or 3 dry chappati with vegetable curry or dal, 1 cup ginger flavored buttermilk. This week you can lose up to 0.9 kgs Week 3 6: 30 am – 10 ml of Karela, amla juice with 1 glass of luke warm water. 7: 30 am – ginger tea/ green tea. 9: 00 am – salted and flavoured Green gram gruel or Rava gruel semi liquid consistency 200 ml. 11: 30 am – four cucumber slices. 1: 30 pm –one bowl allowed veg or fruit salad, 2 chappati and vegetable dal. 5: 00 pm – 1cup of milk/ ginger tea, green tea or 1bowl popcorn (air popped popcorns without the butter) 8: 30 pm –1 bowl broken wheat with rasam or dal, 1 cup buttermilk. Week 4 6: 30 am – Triphala ras 10 ml with 1 glass warm water. 7: 30 am – ginger tea/ green tea. 9: 00 am – 1 glass Broken wheat gruel 11: 30 am – one bowl veg salad. 1: 30 pm – 1 bowl broken wheat with rasam, 1 cup buttermilk. 5: 00 pm – 1cup of milk/ ginger tea/ green tea 8: 30 pm – 2 dry chappati with 1 bowl vegetable or Dalia kichdi, and 1 cup buttermilk. By the end of the month you will definitely be losing 2-4 kgs Repeat the same diet for 4 months.

No you should not use any powders for muscle building- a good protein based diet can help you build muscle along with weight training exercise in case diet is deficient in proteins, then cam use protein supplements, but under supervision of a dietician.
