Coconut oil: coconut oil is considered one of the best natural nutrition for hair and is in contention with olive and jojoba oils as the king of the carrier oils. It is an excellent conditioner and helps in the re-growth of damaged hair. It also provides the essential proteins required for nourishing damaged hair and it softens the hair and conditions the scalp.

Hello- There are three different kind of orgasm in each women. First is clitoral. Second is vaginal and third one is G-spot stimulation. It might be possible that your wife is lacking internal lubrication so is willing or enjoying clitoral orgasm only. Use some artificial lubrication during sex and improve dietary habits of your wife. Your problem will be solved.

To lose weight, you have to maintain an input-output ratio. Whatever food you eat contains the input calories which gives you the output calories in the form of energy. If your input calories is too much, you are likely to put on weight. The best way to lose weight is to exercise or spend the additional calories accumulated in your body in the form of fat. The other most important thing is to eat wisely. Try to cut down the excessive calories you are eating and make sure whatever you eat is healthy. Some tips to lose weight - 1. Have more fruits and vegetables than junk food and juices. 2. Avoid sugar as much as you can 3. Exercise 3-4 times a week. 4. Have an early dinner, preferably before 8 p. M. 5. Do not starve yourself. Eat small meals 5 times a day. 6. Have barley soup in dinner and avoid rice at night. 7. Drink lots of water daily.

Hi, flaxseeds are a good source of omega 3 fatty acids and are anti inflammatory in nature. You can take 1 teaspoon of flaxseeds at any time of the day either raw/roasted in the form of mouth freshener or can be powdered and added to beverages and flour.

Try few things for your back pain: - Apply Ice and Heat Heating pads and cold packs can comfort tender trunks. Most doctors recommend using ice for the first 48 hours after an injury -- particularly if there is swelling — and then switching to heat. You can use whichever you find comforting as long as your skin is protected. - Limit Bed Rest Studies show that people with short-term low-back pain who rest feel more pain and have a harder time with daily tasks than those who stay active. -Keep Exercising Activity is often the best medicine for back pain. Simple exercises like walking can be very helpful. But remember to move in moderation, Stay away from strenuous activities like gardening and avoid whatever motion caused the pain in the first place. -Maintain Good Posture most people have poor posture when going about their daily activities, putting unnecessary strain on their backs. -Strengthen Your Core Most people with chronic back pain would benefit from stronger abdominal muscles. If the abdominals are weak, other areas must pick up the slack. When we strengthen the abdominals, it often reduces the strain on the lower back. - Improve Flexibility Too much tension and tightness can cause back pain. By increasing flexibility you need to put an equal load throughout the body from the feet all the way up to the head. -Sleep the Right Way The amount of rest you get is important, and so is the position you get it in. Sleeping in a bad position or on a mattress without support can cause back pain. Back sleepers should put pillows under their knees. Side sleepers should place pillows between their knees to keep their spine in a neutral position. Stomach sleeping causes the neck and head to twist and can put undue stress on the back. -Use Relaxation Techniques Research shows that practices such as meditation, deep breathing and yoga, which help put the mind at rest, can do wonders for the back. -See a Specialist Developing an individualized exercise plan is essential to managing chronic back pain. Some patients need more core strengthening while others benefit mainly from stretching and improving flexibility. Please consult a Orthopedic Physiotherapist for the right exercise plan. Best wishes.

Hello- Yes it is due to masturbation. Masturbation leads to abnormal peristalsis (forward movement) of intestine thus creating gaseous distention which leads to backward pressure on the spine and causing back ache. Reduce masturbation frequency, start ayurvedic aphrodisiacs and clear your bowel by eating fibrous diet.

7 reasons why men love breasts …women should let them have it!

It will take an awesome amount of oddness for a man to develop hate for breasts, or boobs as the ‘bad’guys love to call the twins on women’s chests.

It will take an awesome amount of oddness for a man to develop hate for breasts, or boobs as the ‘bad’guys love to call the twins on women’s chests.

There is a chemistry that begins from birth between men and boobs – unbreakable until death.

Now, why this love for those bewitching jugs?

Read on:

Men are naturally wired to love boobs… yes, we men were created to be bob lovers.

Men love the way breasts look, no matter the size, shape, or colour. A large one is loved for its largeness and a small one is loved for its handiness while a pointed one is good for sucking and a round one is cool for massaging…

Men love how they breasts feel, whether it is being held, squeezed, sucked, pinched or used as a pillow….

Men love to see them juggle… you just cannot describe the beauty of boobs in action. When active sex is happening, especially with certain positions like doggy, missionary, and cowgirl, the boobs bounce around beautifully

Men like to use them as a pillow, especially for those huge ones on some curvy black African belles… no pillow can give the feel of real boobs in your face or under your head

Men love to use them as hand-rails for sex… some positions like missionary or reverse missionary (cowgirl) leave the hands idle, calling for some hand action….the boobs come in handy at those times.

Men love them because they are suckable, clean and not wet like vaginas…yes, a man who likes to suck would prefer the boobs to vagina because it doesn’t have secretions that will require spitting…yes!
