You are 21 years old, 5'11" height and 80 kgs weight sounds perfectly normal. According to me, you only need to tone yourself. Weight lifting and ab exercises are recommended for shaping your body. You should do a 15 minutes jog in the morning or evening. Avoid eating junk and oily food. Take more protein if you exercise.

Hi, Immediately take homoeopathic medicine - Hamamelis 200 and Ipecac 200/ after every 3 hrly till the menses lasts. And take this general tonic - Five Phos. and Alaalfa Tonic - both to be taken regularly thrice a daily for 1 month. There after, revert me back and tell me about your condition. Take care dear.

Hi, I had the second tooth from the back lower right removed 3 days ago. My gums and front teeth are now itching and on edge. And the gums directly above the extraction feel a bit sore. Is this normal following and extraction? The area where the tooth has been removed is fine and appears to be.

This complication may arise after extraction. If you are smoker or tobacco chewing habits. Please stop for 15 days. Gargle with lukewarm water with lil bit salt 7 to 8 times in a day. You will feel better.

I had gingivitis and thus, dentist suggested scaling since I had a lot of deposits and was confirmed that it doesn't harm the teeth. Now, how long will it take for my gum to get its grip back or grow back to the teeth and I can feel that a lot of the teeth is out my gums. How long will now, gingivitis take to heal. I am doing mouthwash with Hexidine twice daily.

If you feel/can see that your teeth is out, then you might be suffering from one stage advance that is pyorrhea. After scaling you can see pinkish gums in 2-3 days only but total healing takes little time. And you night have bullous pemphigoid affecting your gums. For that you need to consult your doctor for local application.

To stop or control hair loss, increase your intake of green leafy vegetables, salad, fruits and sprouts. Include yeast, wheatgerm, soybean, whole grains and nuts in your meals. Massage the scalp gently with coconut or almond oil daily for 10 to 15 minutes.

Dear lybrate-user, welcome to lybrate. You must be able to understand concentration, attention span, recollection and distraction. If you are able to watch a movie for two hours continuously, if you are able to play a game for an hour, then you do not have any concentration problems. You can't be attentive towards your studies because you are not interested in it. You are able to watch movie and play game because you are interested in it. Human cannot be attentive towards anything for more than 10 minutes. If the task is boring, it is natural that that person will sleep or feel sleepy. Then you should study in such a way that your attention is continued and make the subjects are interesting to you. Effective learning techniques should help you. Recollection depends on anxiety, stress and other physical and circumstantial factors. Distractions while studying are plentiful. You should be able to overcome distractions or avoid distractions. Please understand the above. Change your study style and attitude accordingly. Please search internet for" effective learning" techniques. Take care.
