If you feel guilty for having those thoughts, it is a sign that you have a good conscience. At your age your sexual drive may be more heightened than others, and you may have been deprived of female companions, or have been cautioned too strongly against relating to girls. Any or all of these things can stimulate a greater drive in your libido and so there will be an extraordinary sexual urge. You must learn to mingle with girls and study how they function and what kind of drives they undergo. They are human beings like us and have their needs too but there are some strong differences and some very subtle ones. These make them attractive and desirable. But if you let your strong drives influence you, you will lose control and become an embarrassment to yourself and to them. You must learn that all contact with girls is not about sex. They also want to love and be loved but not in brash and ungentlemanly ways. You need to reflect a lot of culture to truly make an impact. You need to spend time with them and develop control over your urges. But during this time you could (driven by the hormones) do something inadvertent that there may be no turning the clock back. So you need to exercise control and channelize this energy through games and sports and hobbies. Also you would have developed secondary sexual characteristics and they seek to be used and seek fulfillment. Again this is not a problem but the drive can be very bad for those who do not have sufficiently well developed value systems or a good conscience. These kids can lose control and become reckless. Most kids have a problem, like you do, around their sexual urges and may resort to acting out in the form of masturbation, pornography, and other sexual exploits. If you indulge in any of these you can get into a guilt trip or develop an addiction that may plague you for a long time. Your character will certainly be tested, and it will reflect your development in this regard. The best thing to do is to get a sex education from a counselor and ask all the questions you wish answered. Otherwise you will want to experiment or seek information from your peers who are not adequately qualified to really do justice to your queries.

Dear Lybrate User, *Avoid more salty, dry, maida related junk foods, more tea, coffee. *Consume more fresh fruit juice. *Practice yoga, meditation, breathing exercise. *Cleansing shall be one of the most important steps of your skin care routine. Even if you are not having an acne problem washing the face twice a day helps in removing dirt, oil and dead skin cells from the surface of your skin. Less oil and dirt also means less acne. While washing your face never apply soap and always use a mild face cleanser. Also wash the face only with warm or cold water as using hot water can cause pimples *wonder product which you already have in your kitchen and it can help you fight against pimples is baking soda. A mixture of baking soda and lemon juice can be applied on the skin to make it pimple free. Baking soda is an amphoteric compound which means it can work both as an acid and as a base. It helps in neutralizing the skin’s pH, imbalance in which is often a cause behind acne. It also dries the skin removing any extra oil and mixing some baking soda with water works wonderfully in cleansing and exfoliating our skin.

There is no medication or food for improving eyesight or to get rid of glasses. If not interested in glasses then you can try a. Contact lens b. Lasik laser as your age is now 20 years so your number will not increase now whether you wear glasses or not as number becomes stable at age of 18-20 yrs. Having said that I advise you to eat balanced diet including green vegetables and seasonal fruits for keeping eyes and body healthy. As you are not comfortable with contact lens then go for lasik. Lasik is a very easy and painless procedure. If you want to get rid of glasses then go for lasik.

You need to look back to the last year and see if you can identify any stress that may be causing this memory loss, purely because of your age. Stress is a major reason for us to lose concentration and therefore loss to memory. You should then meet with a counselor and work this stress out of your system and memory will happily return. If it is not due to this stress you may then need to go for a thorough medical check up and see if there are other reasons to affect memory. In the meantime it would be wise to write down things that you need to remember and tick off the ones completed. The brain is capable of producing new brain cells at any age, so significant memory loss is not an inevitable result of aging. But just as it is with muscle strength, you have to use it or lose it. Your lifestyle, health habits, and daily activities have a huge impact on the health of your brain. Whatever your age, there are many ways you can improve your cognitive skills, prevent memory loss, and protect your grey matter. The hippocampus, a region of the brain involved in the formation and retrieval of memories, often deteriorates with age. Hormones and proteins that protect and repair brain cells and stimulate neural growth also decline with age. Older people often experience decreased blood flow to the brain, which can impair memory and lead to changes in cognitive skills. Exercise the mind and keep it always occupied with new challenges in the form of reading, learning new languages, doing crosswords, puzzles, anagrams, jigsaws, picture completion, picture comparison, sentence completion, Sudoku, riddles, etc. Exercise is a must, and a good eating habit and diet is very essential. Maintain good relations at home and with society. Play games you are not already familiar with that involve strategy, like chess or bridge, and word games like Scrabble. Read newspapers, magazines, and books that challenge you. Get in the habit of learning new things: games, recipes, driving routes, a musical instrument, a foreign language. Take a course in an unfamiliar subject that interests you. The more interested and engaged your brain, the more likely you’ll be to continue learning and the greater the benefits you’ll experience. Take on a project that involves design and planning, such as a new garden, a quilt, or a pond. New research indicates that walking six to nine miles every week can prevent brain shrinkage and memory loss. According to the American Academy of Neurology, older adults who walked between six and nine miles per week had more gray matter in their brains nine years after the start of the study than people who didn't walk as much. If you are not yet old, you may want to work on prevention rather than the cure. That is a good idea. Plan your day well but do not be too rigid. Follow a meaningful and prayerful lifestyle too. One thing that I have seen in many people who have started to live a life of giving and sharing (either in time, money, service and love) have found such pleasure and satiation that the longevity in life and in memory has received a major boost.

Hello, first of all you should start taking a healthy and balanced diet. Hair fall is a result of any deficiency of any essential nutrient. Eat colourful fruits and green leafy vegetables. Include more protien rich supplements to your diet. Take phosphorus 200, 5 drops , morning empty stomach, once in week. wiesbaden 200, 5 drops , daily morning empty stomach. Apply Arnica hair growth oil (B &T) on your hair and scalp, thrice in a week. Wash hair with Arnica montana herbal shampoo (SBL) Drink minimum 10 glasses of water per day. Take 10 ml amla juice mixed with half cup of water, at daily night.

Take tab. sinarest it contains ( Acetaminophen+ Pseudoephedrine+ chlorpheniramine). Acetaminophen, chlorpheniramine, and pseudoephedrine is a combination medicine used to throat infection and treat headache, fever, body aches, runny or stuffy nose, sneezing, itching, watery eyes, and sinus congestion caused by allergies, the common cold, or the flu. Get your teeth x-rayed to determine the cause. It can be due to decay, gum infection or sensitivity. Decay can be treated by rct. Gum infection can be treated by scaling and polishing n maintaining proper oral hygiene habits. For sensitivity, use desensitizing paste twice daily.

It could be due to cervical spondylosis this is quite a common condition rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days do neck & back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Use of cervical collar will give you relief. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take you will need other supportive medicines also. Yes excessive masturbation do cause it. There is not black magic to wean this habit. To be well informed about it is the great remedy. Hye. Soft fruits and vegetables will break down more easily than chicken or meat, so you will need to make sure you chew your food as thoroughly as possible. You should chew softer foods 5-10 times, and more dense foods (meats/vegetables/roti) up to 30 times before swallowing.
