All these problems are related to market cooked food. Try to eat healthy home made food with lot of vegis. Weight is slightly low, need not to worry. All problems will subside by simple. Change.

My son is 4 and 1/2 years old. His hemoglobin level is 3.5. As per the direction of local doctor he has admitted in hospital and 2 units of blood transfused to him on 2 days one unit each. Now the hgb level increased to 7. Indication of peripheral smear test showing the impression to go for bone marrow aspiration test. Can you tel me what are the diseases related to this? and how much cost for bone marrow aspiration test?

Blood transfusion is not permanent solution. Why hb dropd to 3.5 this must be evaluated? what was peripheral smear suggeative of? what is cbc report? you have to consult good pediatrician having good pathologist also. Don't delay.

Please tell me duration of pain and what was the initiating factor for it? what medications you generally take and what has been your treatment history till now for existing problem. I would like to know whether you have got your inflammatory profile done till now and whether calcium and vitamin d testing/supplementation has been done. A lot of knee pain in young adults is due to a condition called as chondromalacia wherein intensive physical therapy, calcium and vitamin d supplementation, short course of anti inflammatory medications and avoidance of certain activities initially will help. Hi. The exact cause of hair loss may not be fully understood, but it's usually related to one or more of the following factors: 1. Family history (heredity) 2. Hormonal changes 3. Medical conditions 4. Medications 5. Life style medication:- 1. Regukar oiling with sukesham oil, guduchi pharmacy helps a lot to reduce hairfall within 21 days. 2. 1. Have early dinner 3 hrs before bed time. 2. Excercise regularly for one hour preferably in the morning time, if time is not permitts to do in the morning, plan in the evening and make sure that the gap between excercise and your bed time is to be 4 hrs. 3. Avoid stimulants like tea, coffee one hour before bed time. 4. Avoid to use laptop/tv/computer/mobile screen one hour before bed time 5. Do relaxing things like reading books, listening music, meditation etc.

If you are not developing eggs then you need to do blood tests hb, tc, dc, fasting sugar, prolactin, tsh and testosterone. But how do you know egg is not proper have you done ultrasound of pelvis? usually without ovulation periods do not occur.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Keep a pillow under knee. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem. Show me mri report.

Ramaji, If you have diabetes (T2), there is need to take appropriate treatment, take proper balanced and restricted diet and do regular exercise for over 1 hour a day. Drugs to used will depend upon severity of diabetes, weight and level of daily physical activity. You will have to avoid sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods and pastries. Consume more of green leafy vegetables, salads and fruits. If you are looking for specific treatment suggestions then please come in a private conversation with details like fasting and PP sugar levels, HbA1c%, dietary pattern and level of exercise and drugs being taken with dosage.

Hand pain can be caused by anything from a trapped nerve to an underlying disease such as arthritis. If the pain persists even after resting your hand and taking painkillers, or if you have other symptoms and are uncertain of the cause, please consult a orthopedic or physiotherapist for detail assessment and management of your pain. In the meantime try few self care: use rest, ice, compression, and elevation (rice) for pain and swelling. Avoid sleeping on your hands, which may decrease blood flow to your fingers. Stop, change, or take a break from your activities.

Sir I am facing the problem of not getting full erection during sex. The problem is persisting for 1 year now. I never had any major injury on the organ apart that once my testis was over sucked during oral and it also resulted in swelling but it recovered by itself. Apart from that I do masturbate regularly. I do not have the problem of pre or early ejaculation though there is a slight effect on the duration. Is it only a health issue or illness?
