hello mam, take fiber diet. take luke warm water with lemon juice and honey. take luke warm water before and after meals. don't skip your meals .have small and frequent meals. do atleast 45 min walk. avoid sugar, oily food, junk food, fried foods, potatoes, rice, sweet, sweet potato, take luke warm water, with lemon juice.

First of all you have to tell which ligament is injured. Any way if the ligament injury is upto grade two then it can be cured by physio therapy.

i suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating ...... When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. So you should take following remedies improving weight A]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner B]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavor increases satiety and enhances appetite. Avoid lifting heavy weights. When bending down to lift something from below, bend your knees first and then lift the object. You can take homoeopathic medicines for the back pain.

Hi lybrate-user First of all you should know that why are you always feeling tired. You may get Hb, serum calcium, D3 examined. Take healthy food. Exercise well physically. Proper refreshing sleep .Keep away from excessive internet usage. Above all accept your body. God has created everyone unique. Recognise your uniqueness and be happy. Because happiness is a personal decision. Even then if you want consult any good qualified homeo. Doctor at your area who will take proper history and give you constitutional medicine.

Since the boy is your son, kindly prevail on him to refrain from continuing this discord. Your daughter-in-law is the new person in your house, and must be treated with lots of love and respect. If your influence is not respected, then send them immediately to a marriage counselor and let them discuss this matter with the professional. In my opinion a marriage brings two families together and they must be equally respected. It is not a simple matter: respect is every man?s right. Why bring the family into disrepute or into their conflicts. In the Christian faith, we are very clear that when a man and woman marry, they become one flesh and must leave their father and mother and live by themselves. You must put your foot down, with your son in particular, that if they cannot respect their families, they can stay by themselves somewhere else. This might jolt them to a sensible reality. There is a risk but you cannot pussyfoot with this situation. The primary relationship for the couple is each other, then it is their children and then it is the parents. In any of these levels disrespect is never allowed or encouraged. Unnecessarily, they will need to stand for their own parents and make life miserable for themselves. In that case it is better for them to live by themselves, and exclusively for each other. Whatever happens, the couple?s marriage must be saved and restored to good levels of respect.

Make a lemon juice rinse. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon and add the same amount of water. ... Dip a cotton ball in the mixture and apply it to your face, neck, chest, arms, and anywhere else you want your skin to be lighter. Let the rinse sit on your skin for 20 minutes, then rinse it off with warm water. Take a ripe tomato, mash it and add a few drops of lemon juice to it. Apply it and watch your skin tone lighten gradually. Another great way to make oily skin fair is to apply a mixture of milk powder, papaya, honey and milk to your face.

avoid liquids / water 2 hrs before going to bed . clear bladder before going to bed dont ever control natural urges of urination & other . it may due to loss of muscle tone ,urine infection ,or psycological some times.

Period tym me mujhe hmesa joint pain. Hand n legs pain ki sikayat hoti h. Saath hi kamar aur hips me v bht dard rehta h, me bht pareshaan ho jaati hu. Mera kal night se period start hua h, aur aaj mere haath -paaw me bht dard tha. Especially left hand n leg me. Aur aaj me kisi jruri kaam se mrkt chali gyi thi isi situation me, mujhe bich-bich me bht joro ka dard v uth rha tha pet me. And kamar bhi bht joro ka dard de rha tha khade-khade. Kaafi derr baad achanak se mujhe chakkar sa aane lga, sambhalne ka bht kosis kiya mene. Chair pr v baith gyi sar pakad kr apne. Pr mere aankh k saamne sb ghum rha tha, n aankh bhaari lgne lga tha, fir bht muskil se mujhe pakad kr ek shop pr baithaya gya, aur paani pilaaya gya, phir mene head down kr liya thode derr k liye, n fan k hawa k niche thoda relax lga, uske baad mujhe nimbu -paani pilaaya gya dhire-dhire, tb ja kr me bht derr baad relax ho payi. Pr 1 ghante baad v me chal paane me utna comfortable nhi hui thi. Infact avi me leti hui hu, pr avi v mera sarr ajeeb sa lg rha h, n aankhe bhaari si lag rhi h, period tym me mujhe asa pehli baar hua h, infact normally v itna jyada asa pehli baar hua mujhe, otherwise me aaj tk behos tk nhi hui hu. Wese mujhe BP Low ho jaane ki problem bbhi h. Me 19 saal ki hu. And har month me 3-4 din ek ladke k saath sex v krti hi hu.

Do the cat/cow avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretchingstretch.

*Avoid sweets, cakes, creams, fried foods, processed food and junk food. * Maintain food timings * Don’t miss breakfast. *Avoid heavy dinners and late night meals. *Avoid stimulants, aerated drinks sweetish juices, etc. And maintain good food habits. * Drink lots of water and keep hydrated. Avoid sugary soft drinks * Have adequate, timely, good night sleep *Even with desk job, you can spend morning and evening time for work out *Have vigorous physical exercise to improve absorption and blood circulation. Games like basketball, volley ball and stretch exercises like pull ups, cycling will be helpful. Obesity- Check whether you have thyroid and such ailments causing weight increase. Homoeopathy has a good treatment for this problem.

For stomach pain take one tablet cyclopam and avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet and eat only curd rice or khichdi for few days and drink only boiled water.

* Take full rest & do not do any work at all. *Check your temperature twice a day.If the temperature is 100°F then take a tablet of Crocin ( Paracetamol) . *Do not take any antibiotic without consulting Physician. * Take 5 leaves of Tulsi and small piece of ginger.Crush them & boil in a glass of waterfor 2-3 minutes. Drink it twice a day to treat the fever. * If the fever do not lower down after taking crocin, then put the cloth/ bandage soaked in tap water and put on forehead and change it after 2-3 minutes. Do that until the temprature lower down.Do not use ice cold water for this. *Eat only light and easy digested food only.Avoid fried foods, meat, eggs, cheese . *If the fever do not lower down even after 3 days , then go to nearest hospital and test the blood for Malaria, Typhoid, Dengue and viral fever only under the guidance of doctor. Avoid from sudden change in temperature .Do not stay in Air condition, wear full sleeve clothes and cover your body on rest.

Hi good morning. I understand how you feel. As you said, you are mother of 2 children and the youngest one being just 4 months old and also you having thyroid issues, your body is still recuperating itself from the pregnancy and labor. Do not become very worried about it. Take it in your stride. The best way to handle this is, incorporating some changes in your lifestyle. Make physical activity and exercise a daily routine. Pull your tummy (belly button) in, and hold it like that most of the time. I know it might not be very comfortable thing to do, but you will make it a habit if you keep trying it. It also helps strengthen your core muscles around your tummy. Also, perform some of ab strengthening exercises such as planks. Incorporate healthy eating habits. Get an expert advice from a nutritionist/health coach for better results.

Can Kidney Stones be Removed?

A kidney stone may not be as big as the stones in your garden, but can be quite a pain. Kidney stones are actually mineral crystals that are usually a combination of calcium and phosphates. The size of a kidney stone ranges from the size of a sugar crystal to a ping pong ball. While some kidney stones pass out of the body along with urine, others can block the urethra and become painful. 

In addition to being painful, a kidney stone can cause permanent damage to your kidneys. Since large kidney stones are usually painful, they rarely go undiagnosed. However, if a kidney stone is left untreated, it could cause the kidney to atrophy and lower the functionality of the kidney. Kidney stones that are related to an infection can also lead to chronic urinary tract infections and damage the kidney through scarring and inflammation. This could eventually lead to kidney failure.
 
Not all kidney stones need to be treated with surgery. If the kidney stone is very small, your doctor may prescribe plenty of water and medication to treat the pain. With plenty of water, you should be able to pass the stone in your urine. Ideally, you should take plenty of rest until the stone is passed. 

Larger kidney stones may need you to be hospitalized for treatment. These are:

  • Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL): To begin this of treatment, a painkiller is administered. Ultrasonic waves are used to determine the location of the kidney stone. Shock waves are then passed through the kidney stone to break it into smaller pieces, which can then pass out of the body through urine.
  • Ureteroscopy: This is also called retrograde intrarenal surgery and is performed when the kidney stone is stuck in the ureter. A ureteroscope is passed through the urethra and bladder into the ureter. Laser energy may then be used to break the stone into smaller pieces to unblock the ureter. 
  • Percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL): This surgery is performed under general anesthesia.  It involves a small incision being made in the back and a nephroscope passed into the kidney through it. Laser or pneumatic energy is then used to break up the stone into smaller pieces and pull them out. 
  • Open surgery: Open surgery is performed only in the case of an abnormally large stone or abnormal anatomy of the person. An incision is made in the back that allows the doctor to access the kidney and manually remove the stone. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Urologist.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.
