Hello, first of all you should know what is backache and by which factors it caused and aggravated. The usual cause of low back pain is the sedentary lifestyle that we lead these days. There is hardly any movement. walking, running and cycling like activities are also not a part of our daily routine. To add to it, our diet consists more and more of junk food. Fresh fruits, vegetables and high fibre foods are consumed less and less. These daily practices lead to obesity. The increased body weight puts lot of pressure on the spine which has to bear all the extra unwanted weight. The back muscles which are already weak due to lack of exercise and wrong posture are unable to cope with this increased load. This causes pain in the back muscles. Management for Back Pain:-Along with medicines for relieving pain, one needs to identify the cause and correct it. This may require some medicines or some correction in your posture or reducing weight or improving your lifestyle. At the same time, there is a need to work on the local muscle strengthening. Back muscles need to be strengthened so that they can bear the weight of the upper body. For this exercises of the back muscles are very helpful. Regular walking is also very helpful as it is a wholesome exercise of the body, improves blood circulation and helps lose weight. Most importantly if you are overweight then losing weight is an important part of the whole treatment plan .Long term use of painkillers for low back pain is harmful Treatment for back pain:- Homeopathic medicines are very helpful. They not only treat the acute stages but are also used for the treatment of chronic back pain.Selection of the exact remedy depends upon the individual symptoms of the person.So share the complete symptom picture for the proper treament. In the mean time take Arnica 200, 3 drops in the morning and Rhus tox. 200, 3 drops at night for 7 days.Take care.

I am having back pain. I recently had a car accident. There are no fractures reported. No dislocations. I was discharged from the hospital on the 5th day after the accident. Am doing quiet fine. Except my back pain.

General Back Pain: This is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain. It looks like you are anaemic. If you have back pain after you sit for long hours then it is due to your haemoglobin levels as it is important to check that. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back / leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain.

Go for a Hip MRI to get it examined to know the true cause of pain. Headache can be due to Cervical Spine issue with tight muscles around the head and neck which can give headaches which mimics migraine type headache. Consult a Qualified Orthopedic Physiotherapist Specialised in Manual Medicine. Take Magnesium Citrate 400 mg daily at night, may take 800 mg divided in two dose before sleep. Take Coenzyme Q10 200 mg per day at morning. Make sure you don't have Heart disease already diagnosed and taking any blood thinning and digoxin drug, otherwise Coenzyme Q10 is not advised in this. I am 28 year old female suffering from Scoliosis since last 10 years. Not every Scoliosis requires Surgery. Scoliosis is of different types. Usually Functional or Postural Scoliosis gets corrected by experts hands trained on Manual Medicine by qualified Physiotherapist. This is why you need to gets assessed by the same. Schroth Exercise is wonderful in correcting Scoliosis. Many a times, a Lateral Shift of Spine and pelvis is incorrectly assumed to be a Scoliosis which can lead to unnecessary harassment and cost expenses. Do not be in a hurry, take your time, unless you have Severe Deformity, associated with Respiratory Problem, surgery is not recommended. I hope you find a good solution out of mine.

Congratulations for embarking on the healthy way and loosing 10 kgs. You should start specific exercises for the knee which focus on strengthening your quadriceps and hamstrings. Avoid stair climbing /squatting and sitting cross legged. Do swimming and cycling instead. You may need Cartilage supplements based on further evaluation. Regards.

Calf muscle are stiff and do hot fermentation with warm water and do gentle massage ya tens therapy and ultrasonic therapy after relief do calf stretching exercise and should be equal balance on both legs. Avoid long standing.

I have severe pain in my lower back i.E. Coccyx and the left side of buttock which radiates upwards through spine. I have severe cervical spondylitis too. I am also a patient of bronchitis which troubles with the change of season specially winters and the months of February & March.

Follow the below exercises meant only for tummy and will help you to loose fat from tummy if you don’t have any other medical condition: 1.The Plank - Lie down on your tummy and then come on your palms and toes.Lift the knees off the floor. Draw your tummy muscles up and breathe deeply into the side and back of the rib cage. Aim to hold the pose for 30 seconds. 2.Static Tiger pose - Place your hands and knees on the floor. This is the starting position. Now lift up one leg and extend the opposite arm. Hold this Static Tiger Pose for 3 deep breaths. Come back to the starting position and swap sides, extending arm and opposite leg. You can look down towards the mat to keep the spine in line. This exercise will build core strength. 3.Sitting Spinal Twist - Sit on the floor and cross your legs. Place one hand next to your hip and the other on the knee. Rotate the spine and look over one shoulder into a Sitting Spinal Twist. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. Swap sides, rotating and looking over the shoulder. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. 4.Stomach Crunches - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Place your hands on your thighs, across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your knees until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 stomach crunches. 5.Oblique Crunch - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Roll your knees to one side down to the floor. Place your hands across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your hips until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 oblique crunches and repeat on the opposite side. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

I have no morning woods and pain in penis. Till last 5 days. 1 day erectile dysfunction and next day its but it pain in my penis and next day they dysfunction. Mujhe lower back pain aur thoda sa abdominal pain bhi hua tha 8 din pehle. Mai pehle do months se 6-7 ghanta bath kar padhta hu aur ha aabhi penis se liquid bhi nahi aata.
