. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Dear lybrate user use hot pack 15 minutes twice a day. Avoid cross leg sitting prolonged standing and walking, both ankle move up and down 10 times, roll big towel keep it under your knee press it against towel hold 5 to 10 sec 10 repeataion, put up pillow between both knee give inward pressure hol 5 second repeat 10 times, alternate bend straight your knee with foot bed contact 20 times repeat, straight leg raise upto 10 inch hold 5 second repeat 5 times, sit and stand 10 times from bed or chair.

Back. Do the cat/cow avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretchingstretch. Knee. Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min., afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. Start natural calcium supplement. Do regular stretching exercise go for ayurvedic treatment for better relief

Pain around shoulder region could be due to multiple reasons like tendinitis, arthrosis, degenerative tears, impingement etc. So we need to see actual cause of pain. If you can send me doctor' s prescription, send me a brief clinical history of when did pain start, what was the cause of onset, and what are the associated features, I will be able to help you more. Also if you have done any x ray, kindly send me that as well. Till that time, as there has been no mention of any injury, you can continue with conservative treatment. It may be because of vertebral disc problem. Avoid forward bending. Sleep straight on hard couch in supine position. Consult an orthopedic surgeon for detailed examination.

: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise. Ankle stretch calves get a custom made insole. Hams stretching. Sports taping. Hot fomentation.

Heat fermentation twice a day and avoid long sitting and lifting heavyweight and toward bending a checkup of vit d and calcium levels. A x-ray for your confirmation to see that bone is safe if it work then ok otherwise tk physiotherapy treatment.

1. Start with Physiotherapy treatment 2. Learn knee exercises 3. Wear knee cap 4. Don't sit on floor 5. Do hot fermentation twice a day 6. Apply volini cream before sleeping 7. Wear sports shoes 8. Take calcium vitamin D 3 and Methylcobalmine supplement for one month minimum. Also take Glucosamine supplement for one month.

Mr. lybrate-user I would like to suggest you that if you have not done gym before then stop first because every person has own ora .start with fast morning walk and light exercises then start gym ,regular painkillers are not safe but you can take your antihypertensive medicine regularly if you need to weight loss you can manage your diet, your age not allow to you for heavy gym or exercise, for any pain in your body ,can take homeopathy as well ayuveda its very safe .if you wish to weight loss you can call, I will priscribe for the best result.

I went through the tibia surgery in which they have inserted rod inside tibia to integrate the fracture. It's been 4 years for the operation. Should I go for reverse operation to extract that rod. I mean is it necessary to eliminate or I can continue with the same.

There is no need to remove the implant unless there are some symptoms related to it. Implant removals are tricky and unpredictable operations which take almost as much time as the original surgery.
