Hello sir. Physiotherapy is the best management in your case. And plzz send your MRI report. Firt we all do the physical assisment. And after assisment will do the start treatment. 1. Ultrasonic therapy with in 3 min 2. TENS with in 12 and intensity 1.2 AMD with hot pack 3 no excersise in a few days And plzz you should take the knee cap or orthopedic barce So. U will go to orthopeic And he will take the brace. Surgery is not recomended Please go to the physiotherapist Thank you.

Standing calf stretch Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.

I have got the hair line fracture in my right ankle and doctor has advised me to go for plaster (30days). Would like to check anything which can fasten the recovery time?

Medicines will decrease recovery time only, if you are suffering with deficiency of it like calcium with vitamin d. You should keep plaster for 30 days, as per your doctor's advise.

My father is 68 years old. he is having problems in behind the knee. Behind knee water like liquid accumulate in every month .when he went to doctor .doctor take out water like liquid by needle .whenever it required. But now the situation different .he is having more pain even he can not walk .day by day his health is going down .what should step can be taken pls suggest me. As soon as possible.

Popliteal cyst/bakers cyst in knee. Your father is probably having osteoarthritis knee. Which is regularly damaging d knee n causing pain n recurrent swelling. I would suggest you get xray both knees AP Lateral view standing position n revert back to me. If knees are damaged more than that can b managed by medicines. Your father might need knee replacement surgery.

Sir/Madam, I am often getting back pain (only in the early morning). After finishing morning activities, pain will go away. Secondly, I got bubbles and rashes on my skin. First instance bubbles will arise and immediately after bubbles will go away (till I use steroids) and rashes will come. This system is repeating. Are these symptoms of kidney failure. My father died because of renal failure 4 years back, at his age 54.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana? lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hello you have to take care of your posture lyk do not stand do not run avoid step up and down avoid cross leg sittings avoid jumping activity apply ice and dolentia relx gel to reduce pain after you can start doing exercise for knee which you can google.

Hello , you can try mckenzie assessment to find the root cause of the problem. As the shoulder prob can be because of the shoulder itself. Or secondary to d cervical spine. By directional specific exs she can b absolutely cured.

Mam, need more information. Possible cause- prolong sleeping over left shoulder, any sudden jerk, carry hand back (college bag) over left shoulder, treatment- do exercises for sits muscle which you can check on the google. Hope this will definetly helps you

My father is 58yrs old his right hand have continue pain from shoulder to neck and full hand. No relief from medicines. What should I do?

Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Rotate your head clockwise and anticlockwise, forward and down, left and right a few times. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Consult after 5 days. For further guidance and treatment.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).
