Apply cucumber n lemon juice every day in morning and evening on nose n face and leave it for 20 minutes... rinse thoroughly...add fruits n green leafy vegetables in your diet....take 1 tsf triphala daily at night with water.

Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be Migraine Headache follow advises given below: You can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4.We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician for further management.

Hello Edmin. Rice or wheat, it has its effect on every individual. Being married or unmarried doesn't affect. However replacing hi-fibre grains like Jowar/Bajra/Raagi will enhance the entire body and control the mood swings too. Hi take brahmi vati. Smriti sagar ras and praval panchamrit. Make its powder and mix it. Then take these medicines with honey twice a day. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Do pranayama early morning for freshness. Avoid oily food. Junk food. Avoid alcohol consumption. Eat green vegetables. Walk for at least 45 minutes a day.

You must be under some stress and that will cause a problem for sleep. The lack of sleep, i.e. Sleep for less than 6 hours per night, is directly linked to about 86 diseases! So let us first focus on that. In your case particularly, do not sleep during the day; don’t even lie down. Go for regular exercise (breathing through your nostrils only) at a fixed time (at about 6 am) every day, whether you sleep or not. You must develop this habit of sleeping by 10 pm latest every night and wake up at a uniform time by 6 am every morning, even if you do not get sleep. If you do not get sleep, just lie down and if you have a bed lamp (or you could get one) lie down and read something light but not exciting. Your eyes will tire and you will fall asleep. If you like you may also put on light and soft music with the sleep function on. Depending on whether you are a visual or auditory person, you may watch TV in a lying down position until you feel sleepy. Have a warm bath before going to bed (for some people a cold bath at night seems to induce sleep! If you are one of them, please do so). Place the head side of your bed in a North-South position. The room must be as dark as possible and there should be no electronic items that give off even a light LED glow. There must be ample ventilation in the room. Avoid strong odors, except lavender, on your body or in the room, or on your sheets and clothes. There should not be any live plants in your bedroom. Sleep with the lightest of clothes or without any clothing. When lying down to sleep, lie down on your left ear as much as possible. Do not sleep directly under an overhead fan. You must eat a good breakfast, a fairly light lunch, and an early dinner, which should be a very light meal. Whatever you eat in the other meals, have only a pure carbohydrate meal at night with any vegetables, and preferably before 8 pm. Do not drink much liquids after or near about dinner time. When lying down to sleep you may use the 4-7-8 breathing pattern of sleep inducement i.e. Breathe in for four counts through your nostril only, hold for 7 counts, and exhale with a whoosh sound, through your mouth only, for 8 counts. Repeat this four times in the morning and just before you sleep at night. If you know Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT , then please practice this too for sleep induction. Self-hypnosis and slow relaxation techniques, at night will be tremendously useful. Acupuncture or acupressure will both be very useful too. Pray last thing at night before you sleep.

Hello, You haven't mentioned are you still pregnant or in post partum. Both thyroid and pros take a stake on the body s metabolism,resulting in negligible or no weight loss. But for natter if fact it is also important to lose weight if you need these two under control. Be patient with yourself and ensure there is a lot of sensible and smart eating from your end.

There are chances of oregnancy always at any time of cycle. Beause sperm stays alive almost for one week and sometimes more than that. So you should always use protection.

Dandruff is the one of the chronic hair problem. When we face the dandruff our hair scalp is itching and flaking. It is the worst hair problem faced many people. The dandruff leads to the itching, irritation, hair loss and hair thinning. The regular usage of the shampoos can’t clear the dandruff completely. They just washed the dandruff after 4-5 days dandruff is coming back. There are medicated shampoos in the market to treat the dandruff. Use the homeopathic shampoo and oil along with homeopathic treatment to treat the dandruff. Massage 2 tablespoons of lemon juice into your scalp and let it sit for a minute. Mix 1 teaspoon of lemon juice into 1 cup of water and rinse your hair with it. Repeat daily until no longer needed. While excess oil can be a root cause of dandruff, homeopathic arnica oil can still be helpful in keeping it under control. All-time best home remedy to remove dandruff quickly and effectively with fenugreek seeds. Soak 2 tsp. Of fenugreek (methi) seeds in water overnight. Grind methi seeds into a fine paste the next morning. Apply this paste on the scalp, leave for half an hour and wash off. You can add the lemon juice or curd to the fenugreek paste also. Do not throw the water in which fenugreek seeds were soaked. Use this water as an after-shower hair tonic or last rinse. Follow the regime once in a week.

I am 56 yrs old, I am sleeping in between 11.15 to 11.30 p. M. Getting up between 4.00 a. M. To 4.40 a. M. Whenever I keep quiet, I am feeling sleepy. I don't have any sickness as such.

Their is no harm in sleeping 6-7 hrs rather it's good but feeling always sleepy is a different thing it might be lethargy that you r feeling. Get screened for cbc and thyroid. Anemia and thyroid are commonest causes for that. Please let me know history of diabetes if any thanks for asking.

Do take morning walk daily without slippers on grasses. Avoid extra salt/cheese/paneer/red meat/eggs in your diet as far as possible. Do meditation to relieve stress. Keep bowels clear. Avoid sedentary life.
