Dear sir, cancer may be caused by multiple factors like pollution, pesticides, industrial affluent, radiation exposure, Hormone imbalance, viruses or genetic. Even non smokers can be passive smokers as we are in vicinity of smokers. Due multiple causes any one of the causes may be contributing to causation of this.

I am 68 years old. I now lack concentration in jobs. Irregular bowl habits. Sticky cough, water flowing frequently from nose. Stool keeps passing while wiping it off. Disturbed sleep if no medicine taken. Prosted is said to be enlarged. Lever also said to be fatty. Kindly advise.

Dear , at this age you cannot have memory issues like amnesia. You are possibly having problem with concentration, memory and recollection. The best method to improve your concentration, memory power and recollection etc is to use your brain creatively again and again. Doing number puzzles, creative hobies like painting, games like chess etc can sharpen your brain and improve concentration. Exercise plays an important part in sharpening the brain and in many aspects of memory. Nutritious food including green vegetables, fruits, nuts, cereals and pulses are beneficial. Alcohol, nicotine, drugs, coffee, red meat etc are not that good for sharpening brain and memory power. Being happy and cheerful also contributes positively. Dear, You must be able to understand Concentration, attention span, recollection and distraction. If you are able to watch a movie for two hours continuously, if you are able to play a game for an hour, then you do not have any concentration problems. You can't be attentive towards your studies because you are not interested in it. You are able to watch movie and play game because you are interested in it. Human cannot be attentive towards anything for more than 10 minutes. Then you should study in such a way that your attention is continued and make the subjects are interesting to you. Effective learning techniques should help you. Recollection depends on anxiety, stress and other physical and circumstantial factors. Distractions while studying are plentiful. You should be able to overcome distractions or avoid distractions. Please understand the above. Change your study style and attitude accordingly. Hello User, I had read a story. Two persons were walking along towards a village. It was summer time. A large tree came on their way. They lie down below the tree to save themselves from heat. And you call me good-for-nothing”. God has created every living being with a purpose behind. You too carry a purpose. H. You are fortunate to have taken birth as a human being. Please thank Him from your heart, for being born as human being. Now, you say that you do not have any friends, and you are very lonely. You feel depressed. Let us analyse the cause of disturbance. I have learnt one line in my life. That is ,” Answer lies in your question”. It means all unsolved items only comes up to the surface from your mind. You remain disturbed within that boundary. Then you look outside for solution. Disturbance inside frames the periphery around it. Hence, your question shows the boundary. You feel lonely. Such feeling arises when you feel the absence of other. The presence was giving you a lot of pleasure. If that is the reason, then the solution is attachment. May be someone was listening to you, you could share your unhappiness and pleasure. Of course, we all do it in our day to day life. It gives a relaxation when we share our feelings. But, it has a opposite effect ,when the other is not there. In other words, dependency on others bring pleasure and unhappiness. Hence, it is advised to learn to live alone. Aloneness is staying within oneself independently. You are not affected by other’s absence or presence. You are within yourself. And you feel completely filled within all the time. To reach such a state you need to do meditation daily. I will suggest you to get some guided type meditation from net. Do practice daily with them. Those will reduce the disturbance your mind. To understand what you are studying, you must be able to be attentive or concentrate. Concentration is possible when you are interested in that subject. Creative way of learning can help you concentrate and understand easily. When you are able to understand and concentrate, it is stored within your brain. If you read more and more it will be store in long term memory. Third part is retrieval. Whenever you want to retrive what you learned and stored, your brain gets the request, searches the database and retrieves the information for you. The retrieval may prove to be difficult if you are anxious, stressed, worried or tired physically or mentally. Retrieval is more easy when you are relaxed and healthy. Brain needs nutrients to keep itself sharp. Fruits, vegetables and dry fruits provide much needed nutrients for your brain. Include at least one fruit in your daily diet. Knowing these steps can help you to work through your grief over the loss of a loved one. Step 1: Allow the feelings Coping with the loss of a loved one brings up almost every emotion imaginable. There are times when more than one emotion seems to take hold at once, and you may feel as if you're “going crazy.” It's natural to feel this way, as it's normal to experience a number of different feelings. Gently remind yourself in your time of bereavement and grief that your feelings are yours, and they are well within the norm. It's important to your process to understand that there is no" right" or" wrong" when it comes to your feelings about losing a loved one. Step 2: Gather support While there may be times as you are coping with loss when you'll wish to be alone, it's important to gather a support group around you for those times when you might need them. Friends, family, a Minister or Rabbi and perhaps even a therapist are all people who can and should be accessed during your grief process. These individuals can be accessed for emotional support as well as physical needs, if required.
