I am suffering from ocd from two years before 10 months I was taking medicine but I took only two months and left then I start yoga and exercise then due to work load I again stop now present I am doing yoga n exercise and I kept myself busy I want to ask that is it cover from meditation and exercise? One more question I have to ask medicine of ocd can cause side effect?

She must get married again and then she will live a more fulfilled life. Six years is a long time after dad's death and if she has not dealt with that loss she may need to visit a counselor and get some help. Loneliness can destroy your life. She needs to go out, meet with people, visit parks, entertainment centres etc. You may have to help her because traditionally many women think that there are no options for widows. That is so wrong. You say she is beautiful, even more the reason that someone, somewhere will love her and change her life wonderfully. Make her exercise, go for meditation classes, handle her emotions, and live well. Life can change dramatically for all of you if she is settled. If the woman in the house is disturbed, then the house itself will be disturbed: she is so central to the family's well being.

Sir mein jeevan se jude kriyakalapon mein nirnay lene me kamjor hun jiske karan hamesha kunthit rahta hun mere nirnay na le pane ka karan hai mere pitaji. Unka jeevan abhavon or pareshaniyon me beeta hai jiske karan we bhi nirnay le pane mein asamarth hai. Unki is kamjori ne mujhe bhi kamjor bana diya. Jab mein bina puchhe kuchh kar leta hun to wo akroshit ho jate hain bas unke akrosh ke dar se meri mansikta bhi ab yahi ho gai hai ki bas chal raha hai chalne do. Lekin mein mahsus kar raha hun ki meri is mansikta ka mujhe kafi nuksan uthana pad raha hai. Kripaya mujhe nirdeshit karein jisase meri yah kamjori door ho.

It seems you have lost trust in yourself because of the way your father treats you. But if you know this then you learn to motivate yourself. Begin with forgiving your father and give him your love, he may be doing this because of his father. Since he has not changed this and he is transferring to you. You change this by trust on your abilities and resolve not to transfer this to your children in future. You are already feeling that it has caused you loss in your life then it is one more reason to motivate self. If you can't do it yourself then connect for a direct consultation with expert psychotherapist. It will be alright. Make a move.

I want to leave smoking but unfortunately I am unable to do that. I have tried NicoTex Chewing gum as well but it didn't help.

My fatherin law 76 yrs.He Has got parkinsons and osteoarthrites. Hevis taking amantrel and syndopa od 110mg. But nowadays he is sometimes staring blankly and this happens twice a day. Kindly advice
