Hello, persistent feelings of anxiety, dread about illness, bad health, negativity, stress, loss of interest along with few other symptoms like feeling low or sad, constant tiredness, feelings of loneliness, helplessness & sleeping difficulties is suggestive of depression. Now, the simplest solution to depression, tension, anxiety & similar problems ; is a proper course of medicines & certain lifestyle changes ranging from as simple things including a proper course of medicines to get rid of this problem plus meditation & daily 30 minutes jogging to more complex things as structured diary writing, thought recording etc. Good luck!

First of all, the intensity of stress is in the perception. Change your perception, there is no stress: it’s like looking at a glass half full or half empty. Apart from that, all your emotions need to be dealt with by expression i.e. you need to talk about the feelings. Then you need to exercise regularly, eat fiber foods (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), sleep at least 8 hours every day, learn Yoga and meditation, learn stress management, and do a personality development course. Because you may be into studies, follow a tight schedule, with good breaks and study habits. If group study helps you, do it with the right people. If tutoring is required, arrange for the same. These should see you through successfully without the stress.

Actually this is a problem of majority of the youth in your age who are in darkness regarding their future.This doesnot mean that everything iss over,.It is the start of a new journey and most of us face such problems in the start of their carrier and the difference is that some come out early from this ssituation and many like you finds it difficult to come out.But the basic principle is to keep on trying and always think about one thing whenever you face a failure that God has planned something better for you and better luck next time.Once you are out of this situation or if I say ,the moment you have a placement in a job,all your worries will be gone.Means in nuthell that by experiencing such moments in your life you always learn something and thiss lays a foundation stone for your bright future.So keep on trying until you succeed and never loose heart because there is no space for Disheartened or laggard people in thiss harsh world.

Hello Respected Doctors, I want to know about diet chart for gaining good amount of weight. I am very very slim s skinny, due to weak and light bones I always feel depressed and ungrounded, fear is always present in my mind. I am vegetarian, can I take egg as it is richest source of selenium and vitamin D which will help for gaining good bones and muscles? What about Green Moong Ki Daal? And, soybean? Please provide me a diet chart for gaining muscles, development of bones, and for proper nourishment of body, my digestion is also not good. Whats the role of egg in building muscles and bones?

Hi you need to gain 23 kgs of weight that too muscle not fat. I can help us with 4-5 kgs muscle gain in month. Being vegetarian is not problem. If you wish to have egg yes you can. Egg yolk is rich source of all minerals. It is not like that you won't get those minerals in vegetarian source you can. Ya sure I can help you with muscle building with diet only.

I studied competition exam in 2014. That time I am nervous and stress too. I think very much about my success and failure. One day I have pain in brain. I take declorine tablet. But after some time I consult a doctor and he tell I have migraine. I taking medicine long time but I have no relief.in fact I doing every thing but I can not consontrait on my study. I can not explain what is this but my study is stopped. And than I join a job. Now since 2 year I doing job. I have no problem. But whenever I watch TV or reading books I can't focus fully and I can't study like my school days. I want to ask you why my study is affected. I think I never doing study now.

Dear Virendra, 1.You have thought about both success and failure. 2.You have stopped studying and took up job. 3, You have no problem with your job. All these are good coping methods you use. Continue them. Studying as such might not have caused pain in brain. It is the nervousness and stress that would have made your brain pain. So when you are prepared for further non stressful studies, you can study.

Dear lybrate-user, welcome to lybrate. Anger and aggression are emotions. Anger comes when you become irritated. Irritation happens when you don't like something, or when something is repeated. As anger is an emotion, it should be vent out. You should be able to throw anger out instead of controlling it. But more perfect will be, know the frustrating situations and stop being emotional. If practiced properly, you will not get irritated at those circumstances at all. Those techniques are much easier to understand. Take care.

Hi 1) sleep on tym. N min 8 hrs sleep is essential for body 2) wkup early n do morning walk at least 45 min in fresh air 3) eat breakfast n meals on tym. Please eat freshly prepared food only. Don't eat refrigerator food 4) listen your favourite music 5) love your self. Feel proud whenever your working thanku.

Well anxiety can cause every kind of disease even gerd. Only breathing exercise won't help u.first of all you need to walk daily. Take food in every 3-4 hrs intervals. Take non-spicy food. Avoid soda, too much hot and cold food also acids. And take your dinner atlst one hour before you go to bed. U can lie on raised pillow. With this if you want a permanent solution then you must need proper homeopathic treatment .only by homoeopathic treatment this is completely curable. 10 Study Tips to Improve Your Learning Study Tip 1: Underlining Underlining is one of the simplest and best known study tips. It’s easy to highlight the most significant parts of what you’re reading. One key sentence per paragraph and a few important phrases here and there. You can only retain a certain amount so it’s best to retain the most important information. Study Tip 2: Make your own note and taking notes is one of the most widespread study skills out there. Essentially the aim of note-taking is to summarise lectures or articles in your own words so you can easily remember the ideas. Study Tip 3: Mind mapping A good Mind map can save you many hours of study and further consolidate your knowledge for your exams. Mind Maps are an extremely versatile tools. They can be used for brainstorming, outlining essays or study topics and for general exam preparation, ExamTime offers the ability to create Mind Maps quickly and easily which makes them the ideal tool when it comes to exams. Study Tip 4: Flash cards:- Using these are a particularly effective method of learning when trying to assimilate different facts, dates, formulas or vocabulary. If you are getting distracted every five, you can’t possibly focus entirely on your work. Request that people don’t interrupt you when working on a big project. If you are required to answer phones and drop-in’s immediately, schedule work when the office is less busy. 2) Structure Your Environment The place you work can have an impact on your ability to focus. Try to locate yourself so you are facing potential distractions such as doors, phones or windows. This way you can take a glance to assess sounds that would otherwise break your focus. 3) Clarify Objectives Know what your goal is clearly before you start. If you aren’t sure what the end result is, the confusion will make it impossible to focus. 4) Divide Blobs. If you have a large project that needs work, clearly identify a path that you will use to get started working on it. If the sequence of actions isn’t obvious, it will be difficult to concentrate. Taking a few minutes to plan not only your end result, but the order you will complete any steps, can save hours in wasted thinking. 5) Know the Rules Get clear on what the guidelines are for the task ahead. What level of quality do you need? What standards do you need to follow? What constraints are there? If the rules aren’t clear from the outset, you will slip out of concentration as you ponder them later. 6) Set a Deadline Deadlines have both advantages and disadvantages when trying to force concentration. A deadline can make it easier to forget the non-essential and speed up your working time. If you give yourself only an hour to design a logo, you will keep it simple and avoid fiddling with extravagant designs. Time limits have disadvantages when they cause you to worry about the time you have left instead of the task itself. 7) Break down Roadblocks Roadblocks occur whenever you hit a tricky problem in your work. This can happen when you run out of ideas or your focus wavers. Break down roadblocks by brainstorming or planning on a piece of paper. Writing out your thought processes can keep you focused even if you might become frustrated. 8) Isolate Yourself Become a hermit and stay away from other people if you want to get work done. Unless your work is based on other people they will only break your focus. Create a private space and refuse to talk to anyone until your work is finished. Put a sign on your door to steer away drop-ins and don’t answer your phone. 9) Healthy Body, Sharper Mind What you put into your body affects the way you concentrate. Nobody would expect peak performance if they showed up drunk to work. But if you allow yourself to get chronic sleep deprivation, overuse stimulants like caffeine or eat dense, fatty foods your concentration will suffer. Try to cut out one of your unhealthy habits for just thirty days to see if there is a difference in your energy levels. I’ve found even small steps can create dramatic changes in my ability to focus. 10) Be Patient Before I write an article, I often sit at my desk for a fifteen or twenty minutes before I put finger on the keyboard. During this time I feel a strong urge to leave or do something else. But I know that if I am patient, I’ll stumble upon an idea to write about and enter a state of flow. Without a little patience, you can’t take advantage of flow when it rushed through you. If you need strong concentration I recommend periods of 90-120 minutes. Any less than that and you will waste too much time getting started before the flow can continue. More than this is possible to sustain focus, but you will probably benefit from a quick break. These are the general guidelines for concentration, studying well or doing your job. Regards.

Instead of feeling the void, feel the presence of the departed through the memories associated with him/her. If you are feeling to keep to yourself, stay that ways, do not try to seek an opposite state. This will eventually fade away.

These problems are either they are too busy or due to anxiety and stress. Busy people use organizers or employ a personal assistant because they can't remember every task.
