Hi, don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. Eat more often. Drink milk. Try weight gainer shakes. Use bigger plates. Add cream to your coffee. Take creatine. Get quality sleep. But you r perfect.

Hello lybrate-user- weight loss can be easily achieved by following some ayurvedic rules- a) go to bed before 10 pm and wake up early morning if you want to study. B) avoid fast foods and foods which are processed in nature. C) practice kapalbhati pranayam in the morning. D) have foods which have more fiber content. E) take evening meals before 7 pm and try not to take milk while going to bed. F) drink water before meals as it will decrease your food urge and will reduce your weight.

try shampoos that do not contain sulfates or parabens. Sulfates are the chemicals that make shampoos lather up. Parabens are preservatives that cause irritation and eye problems after prolonged use. Both of these chemicals aren't healthy for you or the environment so try to use shampoos with natural cleansers--- homoeopathic shampoo arnica gold shampoo (bakson) this shampoo do not contain parabens and sulphates, so will not cause allergy in your hairs. Use shampoo twice a week.

Foods That Kill Sex!

The 6 Foods That Could Absolutely Kill Your Sex Drive

Looking to get lucky tonight? Better stay away from these un-sexy eats, which could do a number on your skills in the sack.

Here’s what you need to know about anaphrodisiacs

Sex is a powerful human drive that confers more benefits than just propagation of the species. In addition to improving your mood and whittling your waistline, sex can even help you live longer. Everyone’s heard of aphrodisiacs—foods that increase your sex drive. But what about the opposite? Do a quick Internet search for “foods that kill sex drive,” and you’ll find a slew of articles listing alleged anaphrodisiacs, or foods that can lower your libido. But unlike aphrodisiacs, which are foods that have some scientific backing to support their sex-boosting abilities, the same can’t be said for their opposites. “You’ll find a long list of foods that affect your testosterone or libido; however, a lot of these are based on word-of-mouth or poor research studies,” says Jamin Brahmbhatt, MD, co-director of the PUR Clinic in Clermont, Florida. “Don’t believe everything you read.” Still, Dr. Brahmbatt says it’s a good idea to abide by the rule “everything in moderation,” and it can’t hurt to keep certain foods in mind before getting intimate.

Soy-based foods

Don’t worry, you don’t need to completely give up your edamame sushi appetizer (phew!), but it’s a good idea to be mindful of how much soy you’re ingesting. Small studies have suggested that diets high in soy-based foods like tofu may lower testosterone and sperm counts, but larger studies failed to turn up any direct link between soy and libido or testosterone.

Foods high in saturated fat

If some of your favorite meals are fried, they may be tasty but they’re also laden with saturated fat, which contributes to clogged arteries, poor blood flow, and weight gain; that can lead to erectile dysfunction, which obviously plays a part in your drive to have sex. “If you eat poorly, you’re more likely to be obese and have problems like diabetes or high blood pressure, all of which can affect your libido,” says Dr. Brahmbhatt. “It’s best to eat better today for a healthier sex life tomorrow.” Other foods high in saturated fat are red meat and cheese.

Vegetable oil

Some vegetable oils are high in polyunsaturated fats, which can cause your testosterone levels to take a serious dip, according to Columbus Men’s Clinic in Columbus, Ohio. Testosterone plays a part in the libido of both men and women, so consider sticking with extra virgin olive oil if you’re worried about it taking a hit.

Prevent: 1. Lose weight. Obesity is the leading cause of GERD, Dr. says. Extra stomach fat places pressure on your abdomen, pushing gastric juices up into your esophagus. "Lose weight if you're overweight, and don't gain weight if you're not, he says. 2. Avoid foods known to cause reflux. If you're at risk for GERD, avoid: Fatty foods Spicy foods Acidic foods, like tomatoes and citrus Mint Chocolate Onions Coffee or any caffeinated beverage Carbonated beverages 3. Eat smaller meals. Large meals fill the stomach and put pressure on the LES, making reflux and GERD more likely. 4. Don't lie down after eating. Wait at least three hours before you lie down after a meal. Gravity normally helps keep acid reflux from developing. When you eat a meal and then stretch out for a nap, you're taking gravity out of the equation. As a result, acid more easily presses against the LES and flows into the esophagus. 5. Elevate your bed. Raising the head of your bed six to eight inches can help gravity keep gastric acid down in your stomach. You could also use a wedge-shaped support. Don't use extra pillows, as they only raise your head and will not help with GERD. You need your entire upper body elevated to get relief. 6. Review your medications. There are a number of medications that can increase your risk of GERD, either by relaxing the LES, interfering with the digestive process, or further irritating an already inflamed esophagus.

That's the case with all fairness creams. Cosmolite should not be used for more than 4 weeks on pigmented skin. If you continue using that it will cause thinning, redness of your skin. Use a good sunscreen. Consult a dermatologist for proper management.
