Hi lybrate-user, cow milk is safe during pregnancy unless you have any allergy to milk. Ideally a glass of milk twice daily is good for health. Thankyou.

Start walking. According to one Harvard study, just 30 minutes of walking a day was linked with a 41% drop in risk for ED. Other research suggests that moderate exercise can help restore sexual performance in obese middle-aged men with ED. Eat right. In the Massachusetts Male Aging Study, eating a diet rich in fruit, vegetables, whole grains, and fish — with fewer red and processed meat and refined grains — decreased the likelihood of ED. Another tip: a chronic deficiency in vitamin B12 may contribute to erectile dysfunction. A daily multivitamin and fortified foods are the best bets for those who absorb B12 poorly, including many older adults. Pay attention to your vascular health. High blood pressure, high blood sugar, high cholesterol, and high triglycerides can all damage arteries in the heart (causing heart attack), in the brain (causing stroke), and leading to the penis (causing ED). Low levels of HDL (good) cholesterol and an expanding waistline also contribute. Check with your doctor to find out whether your vascular system — and thus your heart, brain, and penis — is in good shape or needs a tune-up through lifestyle changes and, if necessary, medications. Size matters, so get slim and stay slim. A trim waistline is one good defense — a man with a 42-inch waist is 50% more likely to have ED than one with a 32-inch waist. Getting to a healthy weight and staying there is another good strategy for avoiding or fixing ED. Obesity raises risks for vascular disease and diabetes, two major causes of ED. And excess fat interferes with several hormones that may be part of the problem as well. Move a muscle, but we're not talking about your biceps. A strong pelvic floor enhances rigidity during erections and helps keep blood from leaving the penis by pressing on a key vein. In a British trial, three months of twice-daily sets of Kegel exercises (which strengthen these muscles), combined with biofeedback and advice on lifestyle changes — quitting smoking, losing weight, limiting alcohol — worked far better than just advice on lifestyle changes.

I have a neck pain in last 2 months I am 34 years old women have if got any relief, what should I do now?

MBBS
General Physician, Hyderabad
I have a neck pain in last 2 months I am 34 years old women have if got any relief, what should I do now?
Neck pain, although felt in the neck, can be caused by numerous other spinal problems. Neck pain may arise due to muscular tightness in both the neck and upper back, or pinching of the nerves emanating from the cervical vertebrae. Joint disruption in the neck creates pain, as does joint disruption in the upper back. The head is supported by the lower neck and upper back, and it is these areas that commonly cause neck pain. The top three joints in the neck allow for most movement of the neck and head. The lower joints in the neck and those of the upper back create a supportive structure for the head to sit on. If this support system is affected adversely, then the muscles in the area will tighten, leading to neck pain.apply heated salt as massage on the pain area, use hifenac sr tab daily one before sleep for three days , sit in good pasture, avoid seeing tv in sleeping pasture, sleep flat on ground for a week without pillow, it cures ok take care ,

Hai kindly wait for six weeks because to be perfectly honest it's very uncomfortable the first time you have sex. it's according to your comfort i think and how hard your recovery is.....be careful though becuase they won't start your birth control until that six week check up...you don't wanna get pregnant again straight away you need to give your insides and body time to recover.....

Iron will only improve your haemaglobin level if you are known to have an iron deficiency anaemia (have you actually been diagnosed with this?). If you are very anaemic, the doctor will probably give you an iron injection immediately. If you are only mildly iron deficient just eat high iron foods like red meat, dairy, eggs etc. Vitamin C and alcohol both increase the rate of iron absorption, so eat lots of fruit and vegetables and have some red wine as well. If you are not iron deficient, don't go taking iron tablets unnecessarily because too much iron is actually bad for you. Eat healthy foods, take a-Z capsule daily one for 30 days , eat fruits, drink milk before sleep ,continue if doesn't increase you have to investigate proper diagnosis. Avoiding Certain Foods Meanwhile other foods you need to have less of as they can block the absorption of iron. These include tea, coffee, high fiber foods, high calcium foods such as milk and cheese, and certain medications. If your anemia is not caused merely by low iron, but is a result of another medical condition then of course the best way to address this problem is to address the cause of the anemia – that means seeking medical attention if you notice these symptoms. Eat Iron Firstly, it is possible to increase hemoglobin by increasing your intake of iron and this will improve your red blood cell count. You can increase iron in your diet by supplementing with over the counter tablets, or by using prescription medication by seeing a doctor and getting a blood test. Otherwise you can increase iron by simply increasing the iron in your diet. Foods that have high amounts of iron in them include eggs, green vegetables (such as broccoli or famously spinach), red meat, dried fruits, nuts, beans, liver, pork, fish and shell fish. Other Foods Other foods should also be sought out. For instance you should take more vitamin B which can also increase hemoglobin (as a supplement or from cereals, fruits, vegetables and milk), vitamin C (sources include citrus fruits and juices) which helps with the absorption of iron, and beet which can stimulate hemoglobin production.
