Hi Hope you are doing good. My wife has developed swelling allover body along with body ache. Joints pain. She feels sleepy all the time. Feels there's no energy left in the body. Talks in a state of drowsiness. She's 31 year old. What might be the problem? Also couple of bruises have suddenly come on her arms. Please help. We consulted a doctor and got her blood tests done too. Everything came normal and healthy. Even INR. Then a friend suggested to get urine test, LFT and Renal FT. These are the results which were highlighted. LFT Globulin (serum) came out to be 3.7 A/G ratio (serum) came out to be 1.19 SGOT (AST) (serum) came out be 76 Renal FT Sodium (serum) came out 135 Chloride (serum) came out 96 Urine Test ketone negative Ph 7 Specific gravity 1.020 Bilirubin negative WBC 25-30 Epithelial cells 20-22 Yeast cells - budding yeast present Can you figure out what the problem is? Warm Regards.
I am a 44 year old female and have been suffering from lower back-ache for past 8 months. It started with raising a leg to put on lower garment. It was very severe in the beginning. There was no apparent problem with X_Ray. Doctor had prescribed painkillers and ointment at the time. I have managed it with hot packs, gels and some general self acupressure. I have been taking Calcium for last 6 months. Vitamin D is low. I now frequently experience a bad back (sometimes upper, sometimes lower) and think its something with the muscles. Could someone suggest ways to strengthen back muscles. Thanks in advance.
I had an operation in my collarbone (fracture) 3 years before and that scar is too big. My que is how to remove the scar easily?
Hi doctor, issue is regarding my mother, she is almost 50 years and has diabetes for 13 years straight. She has been taking insulin for over 6 years and recently she had spondylosis issues so we consulted a neurologist and he gave some appropriate medicines which worked fine. Recently 2 days ago. She felt dizziness in early morning and we checked the sugar level right away it was fine so we thought it might be from spondylosis so we took her to the same doctor and he gave some medicines. After that for last 2 days she's been sleeping all day and night and dizziness is consistent all the time and she's not taking any food or medicines as well due to nauseous feeling. We do not know wat to do or whats the problem. Her blood pressure and blood sugar level or normal at all times. But she is sleeping all day and night.

I Iron Cross
This is an advanced stretch that should be used only by those with no history of back pain. For healthy backs, it’s an excellent warm-up to prepare for dynamic movements on several planes. This is important for the rotation needed for everything from gardening to housework to playing basketball.
1.Start by lying flat on your back with your arms extended and palms down. Focus on pressing your lower back into the floor. Keep your left leg flat on the floor and lift your right leg straight up.
2.Keeping your shoulders and head flat on the floor, pull your right leg across your body toward the left hand. Lifting only your right hip, reach as far over your body as is comfortable. Hold the stretch for 15 to 20 seconds and alternate between sides 8 to 10 times.
CAUTION: Though this is an easy movement, work at a comfort able pace. Do not do this stretch if you have any back pain or other limiting conditions.
II Stability Ball Back Extension
Using the stability ball for this exercise will give you more range of motion than you get on the floor, plus you have the extra challenge of balancing yourself. You’ll quickly realize this does more than release tension in your back. Your abs, glutes, and leg muscles all play a role.
1.Start by sitting toward the front of the stability ball with your arms at your sides and feet flat on the floor. Keep your back straight and core tight while facing forward.
2.Extend your arms out to the sides and roll back onto the ball as you feel a gentle stretch through your back. For a deeper stretch, reach your arms fully over head and roll back a bit farther. Hold this position for 15 to 20 seconds
III Stability Ball Back Release
With practice, you can train your muscles to relax and let go of the tension that causes tightness and sore muscles. The goal of this stretch is to allow gravity to relax the soft tissue to restore optimal mobility.
1.Start with your feet on the floor, stomach lying over the ball, and knees slightly bent. Place one hand on each side of the ball for balance and support.
2.Let your arms fall naturally to the side and arch your back forward over the ball. Allow your neck to relax as you breathe deeply. Hold the stretch for 30 seconds or longer as necessary to release tension in the lower back.
