Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

You need to, avoid lifting heavy weights while bending your back, improve posture, do hot formentations over the area of the back where it pains, learn to do mckenzie back extension exercises and core strengthening exercises, twice daily at home, if the pain still persists, then you will require prescription medications,

Try doing gentle shoulder stretches. Specific shoulder stretching exercises can help get rid of pain and strengthening the weak shoulder muscles can prevent recurrence.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. You are very young to have any kind of persistent back pain, please elaborate your problem in detail as to whether there is any pain radiating down in legs and any other symptoms like numbness, paraesthesia, weakness in legs etc do you feel fever, weight loss, loss of apetite etc if you have localized back pain, you can start with - to maintain proper posture while working and sleeping - if pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medication which suits you - physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home - adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - ice packs can applied if your pain is acute, then hot fomentation can be done at home - analgesic spray for local application can be used and is easily available. Get back to me in case your symptoms do not get better in 2-3 weeks time. Actually I will advise for dynamic x rays of your back because 6 months is a long time to have persistent back pain. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance.

Hello, * * your complaint is due to obesity. * cut your meal by 20 % * go for a walk in the morning. * take plenty of water. * take, salad, fruits, sprouts, along with breads. * apple, carrots, orange, papaya, orange, cheese, almond, walnuts. Homoeo-care:** @ fucus vas q-20 drops-with 1/4 cup of luke water 1/2 an hr before of each meal. @ cal. Carb 30-4 drops, thrice a day. Report your progress, fortnightly along with your wt chart.

Hello, please send me your all investigation report to rule out whether it is ldp (lumber disc prolapsed) or anything else. This is may be due to overweight or deficiency of vitamin d3 and calcium or due to poor posture. Till then follow these advises:- 1. Take calcium supplements and sun bath daily to prevent further damage to your joints. 2. Avoid heavy lifting. 3. Avoid squatting and weight bearing activities. 4. Use western toilet. 5. Wear shock absorbing, good quality of shoes while walking. 6. Keep roll of a towel under your knees while sleeping. 7. Perform some gentle exercises and stretching of your all joints before getting out of your bed. 8. Walk straight with shoulder protracted. 9. Perform deep breathing exercises or yoga for proper functioning of lungs. I will explain you stiffness and pain reducing techniques in the next session. Wish you a happy and pain free life thanks.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. You are very young and should not be having shoulder pains, my advice for initial few weeks ( 1-2) will be to go for ice packs, anti inflammatory medications, physical therapy, avoidance of heavy exercises especially gymn till pain completely subsides, if you do not improve, then we will get some blood tests and x rays to see whats happening? do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance.

Hi I can understand your problem 1) avoid activities that make your symptoms worse 2) apply ice packs 3) start physiotherapy treatment as electrotherapy will reduce pain and inflammation 4) exercise and manual therapy will help in pain free movement. Hi the knee is the largest weight-bearing joint in the body and takes significant stress when an individual walks, runs, or plays sports. Goodevening your joint pain can be due to mild arthritic changes. So please follow a few active exercises for your wrist and your hands. Do a hot and cold fermentation for your hand. Certain climatic changes can also cause pain to come.

- kindly fix physiotherapy appointment as soon as possoble,- he might be having cervical spondylitis - physiotherapy will releive his pain gently and slowly by exercises and ultrasonic, ift machines - do hot water fermenration - you can also give him homeopathy abd aryurvedic alsp to maintain his joint range and muscle strength. - check uric acid level.
